When a supply line burst in my house, Servpro Kirkland quickly came out to mitigate the water damage to the downstairs bedroom, upstairs bathroom, stairs, laundry room, and crawl space.

They did a lot of excellent work to carefully test as many areas for moisture as possible and dry out all of the rooms, with lots of attention to detail, including subcontracting asbestos abatement.

Cliff was excellent with communicating to me exactly what was being done at each phase of the project and went above and beyond to ensure my 3 cats didn't get into any of the newly opened up walls. Devin gave excellent advice on how to do preventative maintenance so that I could avoid another water damage issue in the future.

We had a water leak into a closet causing some mold. Once we called Servpro they were very prompt. Filipe and crew got to work and gave us an idea what would be involved. They returned the next week to continue and did find mold and went to work to remove and cleanse the area. They set up a dehumidifier for a couple of days. Cliff and Ben came to inspect and clean up. They did a great job, all of the crews!! Now to put it all back together!

We recently had a dishwasher leak, and I was fortunate enough to stumble across ServPro of Kirkland when looking for a restoration company. From day one, the first thing that stood out to me was their responsiveness and speed of service. The staff was not only professional but also empathetic, helping me through the unfamiliar process of starting an insurance claim. They coached me on the sequence of events and set my expectations of how to start my insurance claim the right way to avoid any potential speed bumps.

Something I appreciate about ServPro of Kirkland is their direct experience working with insurance companies (and because they have former insurance adjusters on staff). They patiently took time to thoroughly explain the steps involved with a water leak restoration, and the subsequent rebuild, ensuring that I was well-informed and armed with knowledge before engaging with my own insurance adjuster. We felt like we had an advocate in our corner.

The restoration crew also exhibited the same willingness to answer any and every question, volunteering their own tips from their own experience. They proactively advised me to inquire about subrogation before repairing or discarding the dishwasher that caused the leak. This could directly save us some money, and they were the only people who mentioned this to me.

All in all, I would highly recommend ServPro of Kirkland if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of a water leak and need a company to help guide you through a pretty tough situation. They're just good people to work with.

I came home to a leaked dishwasher and my entire kitchen floor was ruined. Within 2 hours, the team at Servpro of Kirkland came in and documented the water damage to send to my insurance company and immediately started cleaning up and drying. It was very easy to set up a schedule for the daily check-ins and the staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Thanks again to the entire team.

When you're contacting SERVPRO things are generally not going your way and it is stressful. We noticed some water damage in our ceiling and Nick was out here immediately to take a look at the potential damage, give us a quote, and act quickly to reduce any further damage. He talked us through the entire process, took pictures, communicated every variable that could affect the final pricing and scenario, and even went so far as to catch a plumber mistake before the plumber left (which would have resulted in even more damage for us). The crew was polite; demo and clean-up were as good as it gets. Nick was nothing short of amazing and we are so happy we used their services. I hope we don't have to in the future, but if something comes up, Nick will be the first I'd call. Thanks Nick and team!

We had rainwater intrusion into an unheated garage and an adjacent heated utility storage area over a period of months before being detected, because so much stuff was being stored in the spaces. SERVPRO came by for an initial assessment within a day of our initial call. Because of potential costs for SERVPRO to remove the stuff, we decided to rent a POD and remove all the stored stuff ourselves to allow the crew access to complete the assessment, make an estimate, and do the work. It took us a while to rent a POD and to sort and move all the stuff out for temporary storage or disposal. Once we had an estimate and were ready, the SERVPRO crews tore out damaged drywall, insulation, and wet carpeting in the utility space, found the leak (which we were able to stop), and dried out the area with dehumidifiers and heaters. The crews did a great job and were easy to work with. The project was completed within the estimated cost.

Our insurance connected us to Servpro when we had water damage inside our house. The crew came and was very helpful and explained all the details in the process of getting this all sorted. It was the first time we had to deal with something like this and Servpro was patient with us in our time of need. Definitely recommend them.

Do not recommend. After more than 6 months, our job is not complete, there has been damage to furniture, missing belongings.

They responded right away and performed and evaluation and set their equipment up.
They have been engaged from the start working on our restoration. Every person from Servpro has been professional, on time, and knowledgeable. Servpro personnel who have been here helping us are: Chad, Brennen, Scott, Nick, and Divin.

Making the appointment was easy and Scot arrived on time and was easy to work with. He provided lots of information and helped with issues we had not considered. I now have a better understanding of our situation and will be able to make informed decisions on what needs to be done. I'd definitely use Servpro again.

Contacted ServPro of Kirkland because I noticed water bubbling in a bathroom. I opted to receive a call during regular business hours instead of on the weekend when I discovered it since it was $150 vs ~$500 for inspection. Was promptly scheduled and Scott came out and walked me through where water was and how we'd go about it. I decided not to use my homeowner's insurance for this because it's a small loss and paid out of pocket which means they require 50% of estimate for services. Decided to open up the walls just to be sure no issues. Brenden and Hector were great and while I wasn't home, were courteous and explained everything to my wife and quickly finished cutting out necessary area to start drying out the walls. They didn't remove a piece they originally said they would which was nice. Scott came back few days later to assess and knocked off a weekend visit on the estimate since it didn't happen. Later I called and got 1 day removed for the number of days renting the drying equipment because it was technically 3 days. Safe to say, I'm extremely pleased with the service provided as well as all the patient explanation for all my questions as a concerned homeowner. I would not hesitate contacting this ServPro Franchise again if I have issues in the future

We experienced a leak from our fridge water line and reached out to Servpro for an assessment of the ongoing mitigation. Their response was impressively quick, and they scheduled an appointment without delay. Nick and Chad arrived promptly and took the time to explain the issue thoroughly, as well as the equipment that was already being used for mitigation. Their professionalism and clarity alleviated our concerns, making the entire experience positive. We truly appreciate their assistance and expertise!

The servpro team did a fantastic job moving several items to a temporary residence and the majority to their storage facility. Chad and Brendon led the team. We're dealing with the fallout from a leak in the kitchen that has resulted in the floor, lower cabinetry and part of several walls being taken out (due to mold). At every step, things have been explained clearly and the proper precautions taken. When the drywall tested positive for asbestos, a special abatement team came out to remove it. Our situation was complicated by being a renter with a landlord who is currently living out of the country. The professionals at ServPro have taken it all in stride and been incredibly accommodating. Kirk even let me film during his initial visit so I could relay information without anything getting lost in translation! I wouldn't wish this situation on anyone, but if you find yourself in need, I highly recommend using ServPro of Kirkland for water remediation.

After the recent wind storm my insurance agent suggest I contact Ashley Fry at Servpro. She was quick to respond and schedule a tech to come out. Our first tech that did the inspection was Scott. He was courteous and very professional and answered all the questions my wife and I had. After scheduling the work, Chad and Hector showed up to do the moisture mitigation and remove some drywall at the request of my insurance. After going over the work to be done Chad and Hector got right to work protecting our carpet and belongings from dust and debris. Throughout the performance of the work being done, Chad made sure to show me what was going to happen next and then finally called me over to look at the damage in the area where the tree had almost broken through into the living space. I was able to take photos and then he explained the work that had been done. The whole time I was very impressed at the lack of mess especially due to the amount of drywall that was removed. Care was also taken to not do more damage than necessary. Chad then explained the equipment that was being left behind and how long it might have to stay. Both Chad and Hector were courteous and very professional. The first follow-up after the mitigation equipment was setup was performed by Scott. He determined that everything was nice and dry and the equipment didn't have stay any longer.
