Working with Ben from Dual Serve Electric was a great experience! Very communicative about scheduling, explained everything to me in a way I could understand without making me feel foolish, and he was able to fix my problems right away. I'd definitely recommend Ben to a friend, and I'd also recommend him to women who live alone--you get a text message before the visit with a photo of him, so you know who to expect (no risk of letting in a stranger), and I felt very safe in his company.

As part of a recent air conditioning install we were required to upgrade our electrical panel in our 1955 home. I had several electricians come to the house to bid the project and after meeting Ben Lipe it was clear Dual Serve was the right choice. Ben was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what options were possible. He made me feel comfortable and confident about what was going to be done, and his pricing was very reasonable when compared to the other bids. When it came time to do the work, Ben and his apprentice were extremely competent and professional. The job went exactly how he had described it. I asked Ben to check on something that the A/C crew had adjusted after his electrical work was finished and he was glad to make another visit to ensure everything was right. He even redid some caulking work the A/C crew had goofed up. I would recommend Dual Serve without any hesitation. I wish all contractors were as helpful, honest, and proficient as Ben.

Ben at Dual Serve Electric is top notch. He thoroughly reviewed my project with me during my estimate and gave me feedback, including ways to accomplish what I wanted in order to save money. He is direct and communicative and you can tell he loves what he does. I also love that he provides the estimate and comes back and does the work himself...no subcontractors and no confusion.

I was installing a light fixture, and was told by every company I received a quote from that I would need to cut into the walls and ceilings to install wiring, and I was budgeting to do drywall repair and painting. Ben was able to SOMEHOW run wiring through the walls without making any holes, saving me even more money. I was truly impressed. I have no doubt that other electricians would have just cut into the wall without exploring options.

He provided a walk-thru at the end, we double checked everything, he explained what he did and how and showed me how everything works. He cleaned up and was careful to not damage my new floors. I told him he is my new electrician. I highly recommend Ben!
