I want to say that Varsity Electrician save the day. Im using my home warranty and when I got assigned to Varsity Electrician in less than an hour I get a call from Karen she was very professional and also outstanding customer service. That very same day she also scheduled the techs to come out Ryan, Matt and Scott they were very professional, outstanding customer service and they were very prompt. I will be using Varsity Electrician in the future.

Varsity Electric has won my business because they not only do good work, they really care about customers. And they follow through. I have used them for a couple jobs, but the best story about them is this one: Five years ago I had them install an EV charger in my garage, which is separated from the house. I dug the ditch myself to save some money, and they came and installed the conduit, the plug, and the charger itself.

Recently I was looking into upgrading the charger for a new EV, and discovered that while I had paid to have them install a 50-amp circuit for the charger, they'd only installed a 30-amp circuit. And this wouldn't work for my new charger. So I called them and the following week they were at my house, digging a new ditch (they had to install larger conduit), and not only installing a new circuit, but adding a subpanel in the garage to handle the EV charger and garage lights/plugs. All under the 5-year-old contract without an additional charge!

Everything is working great, and I have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment.

I call them for various upgrades my house needs and they get it done. Last job I had them do was replace a panel from the 1960s to modern and current electrical code. They had it done in a day and cleaned up nicely. Will hire again!

When we moved into our house in 2020, hired Varsity for a multiple lighting contract for ceiling lighting.
The contract was completed on time and at a reasonable cost.
Since that contract, we have used their services a number of times for other electrical issues.

We had Varsity install some outlets for us a few years ago and were extremely satisfied with the service and the cost. Then recently I changed a ceiling fan to a light fixture. Because of the way the fan control was wired I was unsure of how to put in a dimmer switch for the light. I called Varsity and they sent Matt the next day to give me an estimate for wiring the switch. Matt said it was a simple job (of course, for someone with the knowledge). He asked to borrow screwdrivers and pliers, and he installed the switch then and there. And at no charge. Varsity will absolutely be our place to call for any future electrical needs!

This is the second time we have had Varsity Electric out to take care of our electrical issues. Both experiences were excellent from the first call to the final inspection. They show up on time and every electrician they send out is courteous and knowledgeable. They are also very affordable and they adhere to their estimates and don’t add on unexpected charges. They are the first company I call if I need any electrical work.
