Not only they were prompt, honest, and very courteous, they were was also extremely professional. Varsity Electric were very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. They even sent us a thank you note in appreciation for our business. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic (and commitment to a job well done) these days. They were prompt. Reasonable prices. They explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Very nice and respectful.

We had wiring issues that I thought would be very costly. Varsity Electric was quick to respond, resolved the problems and the cost was reasonable.

Ghosted an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Followed by not answering the phone or returning voicemails to understand if anyone would ever show up. Not recommended.

We had Varsity Electric to handle the outside generator electrical connection at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly, and completed the job with precision and care.

The installation was clean and neatly done, and everything worked perfectly on the first test. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about doing the job right. It’s such a relief knowing the installation was safely and properly connected thanks to Varsity Electric.

Ryan came to our home to add electricity to our mobile bar we converted from a horse trailer. He did an amazing job. He added a box and outlets throughout the trailer! I tell everyone who done the work and will have him back to do more. The cost was reasonable and worth it!

We hired Varsity to investigate and resolve some electrical issues in our back house. Matt came out assessed, and quoted. I spoke with Matt a few times after that, and consistently received competent, professional, and correct information. Mike came and did the work later.

I communicated with Peta throughout the process in order to facilitate scheduling, and payment. She was pleasant to work with, and accommodating.

Mike found an issue in the main house which had a pretty high chance at starting a fire, which would have been devastating. The night before, I'd noticed a hot plastic/burning smell while I'd been running laundry at the main house. See the attached pictures for more detail. It was caused by an issue which should have been caught before we purchased the house, but had not. Had Mike not caught the problem, it is entirely possible we would no longer have a house, or be dead.

Mike pointed the issue out, gave his opinion, and went over the details on what a panel replacement would run. Some of the larger gauge wiring had to be replaced due to heat stress. We agreed to the replacement, and Mike came back the following day to replace the panel and resolve any pending wiring issues. Since then, lights have stopped flickering in the house, no more burning smell, and I feel a lot more confident in the electrical panel in the main house.

Because of this incident in particular, and Mike's overall performance and professionalism throughout the several days he was here, I'll continue to use Varsity's services. Thanks, Mike.

They have been a reliable source of experienced, professional electrical work for both small and large scale projects. I've been happy with their prices and availability and impressed with their work. Five Stars.

I did something very dumb and had to call Varsity to help me out of my bind. First of all, they fixed it quickly, no muss, no fuss, at a great price. Second, even though my problem was very dumb and completely my fault, they went out of their way to say it was a totally normal thing. It was very kind.

I am a realtor and a developer. Are use Varsity Electric for every new home I build. Not only do they complete an outstanding job, they're punctual and organized. All of my clients have been very pleased with their work and have a complimented their service.

Excellent service, professional, prompt, very competitively priced, and etc. I had them go through my electrical box and check out everything. Also, converted my kitchen overhead florescents for LEDs, installed GFCI outlets, and replaced my front porch light fixture. Only niggle was that when I originally got my emailed estimate, I had to go to a workiz website that asked for my payment info, credit card or bank account numbers. But when the work was finished, the guys wanted a credit card or check -- the info I had entered meant nothing. But now, it's out there on a website that I didn't want to use in the first place. Next time, I'll call the office and tell them that I'll give the guys a check when they finish. I would have taken points off in this review but the electricians were really good.

This is definitely top level service! Colby and Muhammad arrived on time, were professional, and knowledgeable. They got the job done fast and were able undo and fix all the mistakes done by the previous owner. They cleaned up quick and put everything back to normal. Thank you Muhammad and Colby! Definitely recommending Varsity Electric to my friends and family.

We couldn’t have asked for better customer service, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the value we received for the money spent. We are really enjoying that this job made it all the way to the finish line thanks to Varsity Electric.
Varsity Electric staff are who you hope service people will be. They are communicative. They were thoughtful of our service request, & knowledgeable and passionate about their line of work. We received timely responses and assistance to our calls and E-mails over the period of 2.5 months. And, when the job was ready to be done, the 3 electricians we had over the course of 2 days worked with dedication and drive to having power restored by the end of each day.
This was a job to add a 220V hardwired outside outlet. To do that, we needed to upgrade our electrical panel. PSE (Puget Sound Energy) got involved and had additional requirements for the job. When that happened, the owner of Varsity Electric, Ryan Diaz, oversaw the job from then on out. It was seamless to our eyes, but without Ryan’s involvement on our behalf with PSE, I don’t think our project would have gotten done.
Varsity Electric was our advocate and liaison with PSE. They took care of communicating directly with the PSE Project Manager throughout the job, filling out the technical application and site plan that PSE required to approve the work, and coordinated their own (Varsity’s) work with the street closure and work that PSE needed to do. Ryan’s was always positive about doing this job. He was not deterred by obstacles, and met us more than half-way at every turn, cost-wise, to complete this project that was very important to us.
