Sofia and her crew did an amazing job getting my house ready to sell! Her team is dedicated, hard-working, and truly went the extra mile to do a top down cleaning for a more than reasonable price! I highly recommend and will be using their services again in the future!!!

I called last minute and basically begged them to clean my carpets and mop due to my dog having an accident in the house. They came same day and did an amazing job!! They literally saved me. 10/10 would definitely recommend!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Sofia's crew did an outstanding job deep cleaning my home. I called her on a Monday and they came the next day. Oven, blinds, windows, light fixtures, were all included. I'm going to have her start cleaning on a regular basis. Very satisfied with Sofia's services.

I love having Sofia house cleaning come and clean my home. The ladies are very good at what they do. When they are finished my home looks fabulous. The only thing I wish they would do is put things back where they found them; put the throw rugs back down on the floor when they are done. It is minor things, but important. I would definitely recommend Sofia and her team.

My first experience with Sofia's cleaning today went very well, she did a wonderful job with my bathrooms which were long overdue for a good deep clean.

Work was awesome! Only downside was final price was $60 over what i was told and i only learned about the added cost AFTER the work was done.

With pets, kids and life, it gets hectic and cleaning is not our personal forte, but it sure seems to be there’s. The ladies take pride in their work and are very kind. Sofia and her staff are amazing. She answered her email herself,(not an automated reply) and fit me in last minute. They were up on stools getting the tops of refrigerators and cabinets and things I wouldn’t have thought to do. I really appreciate a real human service. I tried scheduling with the brand names and they just flooded my inbox with ads and no response for scheduling. This was truly a godsend of help when I was just so overwhelmed. Sofia's team did a fantastic job deep cleaning our home. We have two little ones and keeping everything clean on top of working and parenting has been very difficult. Hiring Sofia's Cleaning Express is going to take a lot of the extra work off our to-do list!

Sofia's team was incredible. We live in an area that has hard water, and we moved into our home in 2020. It has never been professionaly cleaned. Everything now looks spotless. It also took a ton of stress off me since I work 40-60 hrs a week. A big thank you to everyone that came.

We hired this service to clean our house after moving out in preparation for putting it on the market, including having the carpets cleaned in three bedrooms. Overall they did a nice job. However, there were a few issues.

The main problem was communication, which culminated in the cleaners coming the day after they originally were scheduled without giving us a heads up. There was also a little confusion about the quoted price, which I should have asked to receive in writing to make sure we both knew what the agreed-upon quote was. I don't think the price we paid was unfair, but I was definitely not clear on what the final cost was based on the conversation I had with Sofia.

There were also a few places in the house where small things were missed - for example, cobwebs in some closet corners, bathroom drawers not wiped out, dust behind some cabinets, etc. Most frustrating was that we had asked via email for some adhesive residue to be cleaned off our fireplace which was left from baby proofing foam we had just taken off. The adhesive was still there, which we had to clean off ourselves when we came to do a final walk through. I think this was probably related to the communication issues because they did address some other requests we had put in the email.

If you go with this service, I recommend being very clear and getting everything in writing to hopefully avoid any communication problems like we had.

Jake is the best window cleaner and roof and gutter manager that we have ever hired. He is punctual, tidy and resourceful and does an excellent job . Our roof is extremely challenging and he has done a great job cleaning it for us for years. I recommend him highly.
