Jesse did an awesome job of cleaning our duct system. I was late getting home and he waited with no problem. Very courteous, very thorough technician. Capital Heating and Cooling is an A+ business!!

Capital Heating has been my company for vacation for 2 decades. Their service is great. The technicians are all friendly, communicate well, and very knowledgeable. Their piping is nothing short of art. Plumb and square and perfectly positioned. Marty has done a lot of the work. Marty is credit to the company and humanity. Ok that might be a little over the top, but, he laughs at my jokes. That's worth a lot of stars.

First time customer. Returned from vacation to find the furnace cold. Capital came the next day and had it working in 10 minutes. Great communication from the person answering the phone, to texting and price transparency. Wes was personable, cheerful and professional. They didn’t do any sales pitch or marketing. Could not be happier with the whole transaction

Ryan has serviced our heating and cooling for a couple of years now and he continues to do a marvelous job. He's here when he says he's going to be, friendly and provides great service. He's a great asset to a great company!

They always hit it out of the park. The techs are great and Sean today was so awesome and informative I’d ask for him specifically each time. Insanely badly needed a filter replacement and also how to and where to buy. Appreciated the walk thru, the lesson, the care he took, and also it’s so refreshing to not have someone be judgmental about my insane life. 5 stars 100% and no, I don’t think the price to come visit is unreasonable. We all have pay for each other’s time. Thank you!!

Sean gave us a call when he was on his way and arrived during the scheduled time. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. He explained everything as he went and was able to quickly repair the issue, and the cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Sean and Capital Heating!

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about my experience with Capital. Kai, our sales rep, was incredibly thorough, helpful, and thoughtful during our consultation and answer questions afterwards. Afterwards, Chase, Kolby, and Erik were incredibly kind and professional during the installation process.

Through the entire process, everyone did everything they could to get us all the information we needed, and to get heat back on in our home after a surprise failure in our old unit, making sure they took care of us first.

Our new heat pump is fantastic - so much better and more comfortable than our old gas furnace. I'd highly recommend the upgrade to anyone.

Yesterday Capital Heating sent Josh out to clean and tune up my 19year old Gas Fireplace. While checking the different lines he discovered one that was barely holding together, which was the cause of a not working at times. He suggested yearly cleaning and inspection due to the age. While asking various questions about my other parts of my home, he told me about all the areas of service they provide. Great job! Thank you Josh and Capital Heating.

Have had yearly services for years now, plus AC installed and furnace replaced. Always have received excellent service and quality work. I have recommended them to many. Panel Glow-Up of the Year

I hired Scott to replace our electrical panel, and not only did he upgrade the power — he upgraded the aesthetic of professionalism.

First of all, let’s talk about the real MVPs: his model hands. I’m convinced he moisturizes with electrician-grade precision. Those hands handled wires like they were auditioning for a slow-motion hardware commercial. Smooth. Confident. Zero hesitation. At one point I’m pretty sure the breaker box blushed.

Scott showed up on time, explained everything in plain English (no confusing “watt-are-you-talking-about” moments), and made the entire process feel effortless. His hands moved with such calm expertise that I briefly considered asking if they offer motivational speaking on the side.

The new panel? Clean. Organized. Beautifully labeled. It’s the Marie Kondo of electrical upgrades. If sparks once flew in the wrong way, they certainly don’t now.

Power hasn’t flickered once. The lights are steady. The appliances are thriving. My confidence in my home’s electrical future has never been stronger — and honestly, neither has my appreciation for well-maintained, highly capable hands.

Would I hire Scott again? Absolutely.
Would I trust those model hands with my electrical destiny? Every time.

Marshall completed our yearly heat pump and furnace service. He was prompt, polite, professional and quick. He was very well spoken and, luckily, didn’t find anything wrong with our system. Capital Heating always does a great job and we have been loyal customers since they installed the heat pump and furnace in 2016.

Capital Heating and Cooling has been our “go to” company for air-conditioning, heatin and fireplace maintenance. When it was time to repair and replace worn out parts in our gas fireplace, Josh gave us a great estimate, quickly committed to a date and time for this work to be done and did a great job completing the repairs! As with other professionals from this company, Josh was timely, informative, polite, and did great work! these are the folks you want for your HVAC needs!

I am beyond greatful for the exemplary service this entire company provides!! From the office staff, to the technicians and everyone in between; I thank you all. We had a major hiccup with our Trane Heatpump, and were quickly rescued and fully repaired in no time flat. Thankfully, the parts were under warranty. They didn't just quick fix the problem, the gave the entire system a full check. Additionally, we got some very good advice, along with tips and tricks from the technician Josh, when he finished our repair. Thank you again, Capital!!

We needed to replace both our heat pump and our furnace. The heat pump was the problem but because of new codes we had to replace both of them.We were very impressed with Capital Heating, etc. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and did what was necessary to make sure everything worked. We would not hesitate to recommend Capital Heating, etc to anyone. They were absolutely excellent- all of them. Chase and Jose did an excellent job of installation and we felt very comfortable with their knowledge. Kai gave us three quotes, unfortunately the middle quote did not fit the spot where our furnace was -through no fault of anyone . We picked a Different unit at first. However, the unit for the area of where it needed to fit, would have totally had to have been remodeled. But we are very pleased with the unit that we had put in. Kai was excellent to work with. And we had another source that was guiding us who recently sold his HVAC business and retired and he was also our neighbor, And he moved to another state. We are very happy we chose to go with Capital Heating, etc.

Coincidentally our furnace stopped working on a Friday a couple of hours before the annual service appointment. I thought great. We can get the furnace going again and have the annual maintenance done with one visit by the same person. Wrong.
The Capital tech could only do the annual service, but he could not do that with the furnace not working. It would cost another $160 or so for a visit by a higher level tech to fix the furnace and another visit for the original maintenance by the original person.
I called another company who offers 24/7 service to get the furnace fixed over the weekend. Their tech came and found the problem was dirty burners, an annual maintenance issue, not a full repair or possible expensive part replacement as the Capital tech guessed. The furnace was running in 30 minutes with work that could have been done by the Capital tech if he had either persisted or had more experience to recognize a maintenance issue as a maintenance issue.
I will will continue with the new company who offers two yearly services for less than Capital charges for one.

Excellent Service from James at Capital Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. I had a great experience, especially with the plumber they sent out, James. When I called the company, they answered right away and dispatched James very quickly, which I really appreciated since our water heater tank was leaking and needed immediate attention.

James was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and got straight to work. He clearly explained what he was going to do before starting, replaced the entire water heater system, and made sure everything was done right. When the job was finished, he took the time to go over the warranty for the new unit and explained everything in detail.

He also reviewed their Comfort Care Plan with me and explained the HVAC maintenance services, including what is covered with yearly inspections and in-depth maintenance. I really appreciated how thorough he was and that he didn’t rush through the explanations, he made sure I understood everything.

Overall, excellent service, very professional attitude, and great communication. Thank you to Capital for sending James out, and thank you, James, for the outstanding work. Highly recommend!

Today we had our annual service for our heating system with Capital Heating from Olympia. Our technician today was Alex B. He was very professional from the point we had eye contact. He introduced himself on behalf of your company and greeted me with a handshake. He confirmed why he was at my home today. He promptly put booties on his shoes and came in to look at Situation location, thermostats, cold air returns and where our outside air handle was located. He thoroughly explained the process. He was going to complete from inspection to cleaning and verifying that everything was up and running accurately at our home. Throughout the entire process, he updated as he proceeded as he checked the system. He asked countless times If I had questions and patiently answered every question the process. He also spoke on speaker with a call
I placed to my husband to verify the process phone with my husband. Questions were asked in answer thoroughly in the whole process. Alex was very tidy and conscientious while he was in our home doing his work.

These guys came out and did a fantastic professional job. They guided me through exactly what they were doing and brought up any concerns they had. Their quote was half of what Black Hills wanted and they were still able to get it done in a shorter time frame with much less red tape involved with the county. Overall amazing job from their team.
