We had our solar system installed by Sunset. Very pleased with everything. Jesse, the sale person was very responsive during the whole process. The price was very reasonable. James and Houston, the installer were quick, professional and neat. Great installation.

Just had a new Heat pump system installed by Sunset. It was replacing an old furnace. The system plugs into our existing duct work. The install is very clean. The HVAC installers, Devin and Tyler were great to work with and did a excellent job. As did the electrical team.

Excited to have both projects completed.

We paid for Sunset Air to replace the heat and air conditioning for our condo. The unit was installed with a warranty. We called the company out becasue the unit was not working properly. They came out and sais it was working fine and that we owned for the service call. The unit was still not working properly and we had to hire another company to properly wire the system. We paid extra for no reason and the company has made no efort to correct the situation despite calls and emails.

Our old central heating system died and we decided to update/upgrade to a heat pump so we could finally have air conditioning, too. After a failed attempt to get someone out to do a bid, we got a tip to call Sunset Air from a friend. So glad we did! Dane came out when he said he would (less than a week during a very busy time), showed us our options, gave us a quote, and 2 weeks later we were up and running! My husband was home during the install, which was just 2 days and exactly what we were told it would be, and he said the guys were amazing. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and, apparently, pretty funny to boot! We couldn't be happier with our choice and will absolutely recommend Sunset Air to friends, family, and anyone else looking for an honest, professional, and fair deal.

Our technician Robbie was extremely thorough and took the time after he conducted his inspection and servicing to explained everything he did. We’re very pleased with the ongoing maintenance service we’ve received from Sunset Air.

Bradley showed up on time and took measures to make sure to keep our house clean while he worked. Bradley discovered an issue we were not aware of and was able to help us address it and resolve it quickly. Sunset Air is responsive and provides great quality HVAC products and services. Jim was our salesman and project manager. He misquote personable and friendly, as is the entire crew. They installed a heat pump furnace and AC as well as a heat pump water heater with natural gas back-up. (We already had gas appliances but we are shifting to all electric appliances.) Tyler and Devan did great work on removing the old appliances and installing new ones.

We are preparing to list our home and reached out to Sunset for a system checkup. I was quoted a reasonable price over the phone and had the pleasure of working with Dre during the checkup. Dre was professional and cordial. We had great conversation and he did an awesome job cleaning up the HVAC system.
