We shopped around quite a bit before deciding on Sunset Air for our new heat pump. We are absolutely thrilled with the product and especially the service! Jesse has been very helpful with all our questions before, during, and now after our installation! I would highly recommend Sunset Air!!!

Sunset Air installed a unit at my grandparent's house. The technicians were all very professional. We were able to speak with Caleb, Michael and Bret several times. They were very knowledgeable, respectful and patient. They did a great job not only installing the vents but keeping the areas clean and free of debris. They showed up in a timely manner and greeted us as well as letting us know when they were done for the day. They were friendly and took pride in their work. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend them.

I commissioned Sunset Air to install a new Air Conditioning unit to my existing furnace. Lucas and co., the installers, had a keen eye toward their work, was friendly, communicative, and comprehensively knowledgeable answering any questions I had on the system. You set a great standard.

They completed the installation in record time, they were supposed to be here for two day, but it turned out to be one!

My entire experience with Sunset Air was amazing from beginning to end! From the initial visit with the project manager Steve, who answered all our questions and made us feel confident in our decisions, to the awesome techs and electrician that came in for installation. Lucas and Brett made the installation days a breeze. They were kind, professional, and very efficient. The whole project was smooth from start to finish, and completed just in time for a heat wave! After a couple years of hemming and hawing I finally had Sunset Air install my heat pump just in time for the summer “heat wave” I couldn’t be more satisfied. The installation crew was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. Everything was explained to me before installation and proceeded with minimal impact to the site. By the end of the day I could cool my bedroom to a comfortable temperature. Can’t wait for winter to use the heating mode!

Devon did great! Our new ceiling cassette ductless heat pump is a game changer. Coming home to a warm house is new, but is something I can get used to. Thank you to all the rebates from PSE, Energize Olympia, and the local union sheetmetal workers. It was a deal we are glad we took advantage of.
