Marty Celletti performed my annual furnace service today for Capital Heating and Cooling. He is an excellent technician, extremely knowledgeable and personable. We have had the pleasure of his expertise of servicing our furnace for a number of years. We always request Marty if he is available. However, they seem to have a very good team of technicians. I also had some questions regarding the electrical status of my home so Marty took some photos and indicated he would forward them to the electrical section of the company. He certainly is an asset to their company.

Excellent communication, incredibly reliable, always looking for ways to save me money in the long run by spotting problems early on. Really appreciate recommendations on how to handle charging my EV safely at home. Timely and affordable with excellent customer service. They installed my heat pump works great and this time they fixed the wiring after a GFI nearly caught fire (unrelated to heat pump install). Repeat customer for a reason!

Sean Potter has come out to our house a few times for different issues and each time he's been professional, pragmatic, and honest about the work that needs to be done. We've had a great experience with him, and Capital Heating in general. Highly recommend!

Shawn serviced our AC unit and was completely professional and was willing to stay the whole day if needed. He ended up fixing it in under an hour and even checked up with us a few days later to make sure everything was still working. Honestly a great guy and seems to enjoy his work while also being pretty vocal with us about what he was doing. He's very knowledgable and anyone would be lucky to be working with him.

My family purchased our home in recent months, and we used Capital Heating and Cooling to start us a maintenance program and show us where the filters were so we can change them regularly. We're very happy with the work, friendliness, clear explanation of our HVAC system, and their prices.

Dale, completed our annual geothermal heat pump, gas furnace and thermostat check up. His expertise led to an immediate improvement in the performance and sound of our heating system. True expert in his stock and trade.

Sean did a great job and took the time to explain things thoroughly. He even let my 3 year old hang out close by and watch him and ask questions and he completely made his day!

Our heat pump was making a thump when it shut off. I made a appointment to have it looked at. technician Ryan was assigned to show up. I was impressed with his work while he was here. He found the heat pump had a part that needed replaced. Ryan found he didn't have the correct part on his vehicle .He drove back to their facility for the part and returned the same day. I've had my heating system serviced by Capitol sheet metal more than once. All the other techs performed half the diagnostics Ryan performed. I hope in the future I have Ryan come out. YOU THE MAN RYAN!

Yearly maintenance and as always Capital Heating did a great job. They we're on time, provided service tech info and photo so we knew who to expect at our door. Tech was friendly and professional explaining what he was doing and status of the maintenance.

I called first thing on a Thursday because the pilot light assembly on my 20+ year old water heater had stopped working and we hadn't had hot water for a few days. Dispatch was able to schedule us in the same day, and James M. was at our home within a couple of hours. Too old to fix, although James really tried to help with several suggestions. I was also concerned about the price of a new water heater, James even tried to guide me to some self installation advise. Ultimately we decided to go new. James took a quick trip to get supplies and had us set up with a 50 gallons of hot water within a couple of hours. And all rejoiced! Thanks!

Cleaning & service for a gas fireplace that was well overdue. Service was professional & respectful. I really appreciated the notifications for expected arrival and then a text message (with a photo of the person providing the service). I try to "shop local" and definitely recommend!

Capital Heating and cooling is a good and reliable company. I had problems with my funance and when I called them, within no time someone shows up at my door. My funance was fixed started working normally again. The Tech was very friendly. He explained step by step what the problem was and also shows me how to do some mentenance monthly without their presence. I can surely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their funance.

Capital Heating and Cooling installed our furnace and air conditioner several years ago and they have remained our go to maintenance company. All their crew who have maintained our equipment have been professionals in that they know exactly what they’re doing. Wes just took care of our furnace and air conditioner and we’re extremely happy with what he did. He explained what he was doing and was very professional. I highly recommend these guys! They are truly amazing.

We were thoroughly impressed by Wes from Capital Heating & Plumbing! Having just moved into a house with Hydronic heating, we knew very little about the system and how to best care for it. He walked us through the system, pointed out some areas to watch as well as suggested repairs/maintenance areas. He also showed us there our property’s main water shut off is - always important to know! I would certainly recommend Wes and Capital Heating & Plumbing based on this visit.

As a Real Estate Broker, many times we are asked to have a furnace cleaned, serviced, and inspected as part of the inspection negotiations. I had this work performed by Capital Heating and Cooling as they have been reputable and reliable. Imagine my surprise when the buyer moved in and every time the furnace came on it tripped the breaker. Capital Heating refused to consider this warranty work and these buyers have been without heat since before Christmas. I will not be using them again and will be recommending that others choose a company that will stand behind their work.

Alex was our technician for maintenance of our furnace and heat pump. He went above and beyond explaining his work. He cleaned the outside of the heat pump as well as regular maintenance on furnace and filters. He was very easy to work with and we are happy with all the work done!

Shawn & Erik arrived a little earlier than expected to our job site to our satisfaction. Both had a great attitude and very personal appearance, clean and with a smile. They both explained the procession of installation of our HVAC system and said they would be more than happy to answer any and all questions and concerns through the installation. My wife and I had GREAT interaction with them and enjoyed them very much.Both had GREAT skills and very efficient in their work. We will welcome them again if ever needed!!
