Great, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service - something you cannot always say these days about the services we all need to keep our homes looking good. We had our carpets cleaned in our 10 year old home where we have raised our kids and pets; the carpets now look brand new. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a well done job at a fair price. I can't wait to have them detail my car in the future.

Sergio and his hardworking and polite teammate(!) saved me money by assuring me I didn't need the deep clean option I had requested. They quickly and perfectly cleaned our carpets, including getting out many minor stains for no extra charge. Great price (under $200) and the best experience with a contractor I've ever had!

The customer service was great! They were very polite and courteous. However they over promised and under delivered. They said they would be able to treat our high traffic areas with no problem. However they looked the same as they did before they arrived. The guy that serviced the home was quick! As a matter of fact, too quick to do a thorough job. We stayed away from the home an entire day to allow the carpet to dry. Upon inspecting the home afterward, we noticed the carpet had a dirty smell. So my wife vacuumed a portion of the carpet and got up so much dirt. I'm not sure if carpet cleaning is just supposed to shampoo but I expected to get the carpet cleaned also for almost $300. Anyway, they did a ok job.

I hardly ever do reviews but this company is Fantastic! I feel extremely bad for not remembering the gentlemen’s name (pregnancy Brain on my end) but he was extremely professional. My carpet smells and looks very clean. I’m an extremely happy customer!! Service was quick, affordable, and quality. I’ll definitely be using them every 4-6 months.

We had our carpets done today. Three bedrooms, hall and stairs. The gentleman was on time, friendly and professional! He did a fantastic job at deep cleaning our carpets and getting out any stains that were present. It only took him an hour to complete the job and he was very attentive to all our needs. With very little time (only about 48 hours in town to get this done), Super Quality offered a free estimate and was able to complete the work within our tight timeline. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a carpet cleaning service. I have had several cleaning experiences with Super Quality Cleaning Services. I found the owner, Guillermo Pizana, to be eager to do a great job and to make things right on those rare occasions when something wasn't quite up to snuff. Good work at a reasonable price. What's not to like?
