The guys Riko, John (I think that was his name) and inspector ( plumber journeyman-no name given.), were kind, efficient, professional, and they did a fantastic job! I have used this company before, when it was roto router. I would definitely recommend them. Great people they have!

Had another plumber cancel on me last minute putting me in a tough spot but Colby with Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job. Even though my kids were crazy and the job seemed like it was all over the place, Colby & team did a fantastic job, were very timely, and very efficient.

He showed up in the timeline they gave me within the hour .. my bathroom and kitchen sink were both clogged he did a excellent job pulled toilet ran a camera and showed me the issues then cleared it out with his water jet threw it all back together and even did probably more than he needed to . everything is working great

Floated on septic pump was hung up cause tank to overflow.
Tech came out with 3 hrs of initial calls. Remedied flow switch issue. Came back later in the week to install upgrade discharge pump.
Service Tech was very attentive, professional and easy to work with.

Special kudos to Jacob Costa. He fixed a nightmare I was left with from a handyman. Got all the leaks repaired in the sink and replaced the line under the toilet where the other guy broke the knob off! He was patient and professional. Also very happy that I got scheduled same day I call....right before the hoilday!!!!! Thank you Jacob...you are awesome!!!

Atreyu Sondergaard came to my home due to an issue with my toilet. He gave me a very clear explanation of the problem and gave me choices of three options to resolve the issue. I did not feel pressured to choose one over the others. He resolved the issue in a timely manner once I made my choice.
He was very pleasant and respectful of my home.

They were at my house less than an hour after I called and the technician was professional, kind, and didn’t talk down to me because I am a female (this has happened with other plumbing companies). The plumbing issue was fixed and is guaranteed for a year. I will definitely use them again.

Called Mr Rooter for an emergency plugged toilet. Megan(I believe that was who I talked to) was very nice and was able to send someone within the hour...phew! Colby came to do the repair, and was great. He worked quickly to unplug my clogged toilet. He quoted a price ahead of time. He definitely saved the day!
