Garden Senior Village had a carpet scratch line from a wheelchair. Ruben was here for unit 303 carpet and offered to give GSV a sample of buffing out the scratch from the elevators to the front area. Line gone!

There is nothing "green" or "clean" about their carpet service. The first impression was bad when he showed up with a filthy tool that had not been cleaned since the previous customer. It was caked with dirt and pet fur. He said it was just "sand". Okay, I give him the benefit because I really want the carpets clean. But the other red flag was that his website shows a video of the "Amazing Rotovac" machine and there's even a photo comparing the amazing results with a typical wand extension tool. But he did not bring the rotovac tool. He showed up with a wand on an extension hose, exactly what his own website shows to be inadequate. The ironic part is that his website has a section devoted to: Be aware of companies using “bait-n-switch” techniques! But that is exactly what he did “bait-n-switch”. The process he used was to use a glorified spray bottle to apply a light layer of cleaning solution which barely dampened the carpets. Then he used the wand to collect the spay solution. After he completed one room the carpets looks the same as before. The carpets are four years old and there were zero distinct stains such as wine or urine to begin with- other than being darker in high traffic areas. His treatment had no effect. I could tell this wasn't going to cut it so had him stop and pack it up it. He had the nerve to say "well at least you know this room is clean"; and haggle with me on the cost of not cleaning one room. Later that evening I vacuumed and retrieved almost a full canister of dirt and pet fur. Decided to buy a home carpet cleaner from Lowe's. The waste water was dark brown! So clearly the Green Plus Carpet Cleaning did nothing to clean my carpets. And it's not "Green" if it's not effective, it's just a waste of energy and solution. I called him the next day and he issued a refund. On the plus side, he does respond to phone calls and texts fairly quickly. But I was left with the feeling that this carpet service is scam. Maybe if he had actually brought the Rotovac machine as advertised it would have worked. But I will never know.

I contracted their service twice and got 5 Star service. On time, took care of every spot. My little 2 year old niece lives with me, as you can imagine: chocolate, milk, colors, etc all over the carpet and stairs. Ruben even did some of my stairs for free. I highly recommend this company.

I'd give Ruben 10 stars if I could! We had an after hours emergency, and he was here in 45 minutes!! (AND with a smile on his face?!) Nicest guy ever, knowledgeable, flexible, polite....all around great experience and would highly recommend without any hesitation. Floors look amazing.

Reuben and his son Jermaine did a fantastic job! I moved into a condo and got all the carpets cleaned before the move. The carpet was in poor shape, but Reuben and Jermaine got them looking so much better! They were friendly and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning!

Ruben and his son did a great job on our carpets. We had pet urine stains and our whole basement smelled like dog as a result. Thanks to Ruben, the stains and the smell are completely gone and I actually spend time in my basement now. I would highly recommend these guys, not just for the quality of their work, but for their friendliness and professionalism. They were highly responsive, on time, and fast.
