Chris was polite, professional, and patient in answering my questions pertaining to my forced air furnace. He got me up and running in a matter of minutes. He was also thorough and checking everything else to make sure it was working properly.

This company is great! I've called on their helps for many years. The scheduler is friendly and efficient making timely appointments. Every technician that's come out is of equal character. Nice. Knowledgeable. Helpful and professional. This maintenance appointment we switched out an old inexpensive faucet and pop up in the bathroom and replaced a Toto toilet seat. I'm so happy!

My kitchen sink was completely clogged, and dirty water was backing up into the garage with a terrible smell. I called them in the middle of the night, and they showed up quickly for an emergency rescue. They fixed the problem fast and professionally, and even took the time to patiently explain good practices to prevent future clogs. I’m so grateful for their timely help and excellent service! Highly recommended.

Team Drew did great they serviced the heat pump which had been over grown by vines. Installed the new thermostat. Which required some troubleshooting which they worked through. Good communication. We've been Day&Nite clients for years and have always had good service.

Second time using Day and Night, this time for plumbing service: leaky kitchen drain pipes. Jake was prompt and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable for work performed.

Called for second opinion for my 8 years Trane furnace, paid $168 for a minor repair, Chris connected the wet switch, I was total everything is good. After a few hours, furnace stopped running, called again, Chris came back after 24 hours, said the wet switch was bad, I have to paid $450 to replace it. I asked chatGPT on the cost of replacing a wet switch, the highest is around $250, they overly charged.

The technician showed up to our house 3 hours ahead of the scheduled time, which was great! She efficiently solved our problem and tested the furnace/heating system after her repairs. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks again Ajanee!

Drew was super friendly! As someone who knows nothing about furnaces, I was concerned when no air or heat would come out of my vents. Drew explained things clearly and thoroughly about what needed to be fixed. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. He showed me where all my shut off valves were and put tags on them for future reference. He even acknowledged an issue with my water heater, since it was right next to my furnace. I'll definitely use Day & Nite again.

I had an issue with a leak in my home. A large amount of water was leaking outside the front door. Based on a recommendation from my condo manager and positive Google reviews, I reached out to Day and Nite Plumbing for help with a leak in my home. Unfortunately, the service I received was unsatisfactory. When the technician of Day and Nite Plumbing arrived, he mentioned that the leak inspection would cost $359, which I agreed to, hoping for a proper solution. If I didn't agree to pay this amount, I couldn't proceed with the work anyway.

After inspecting the property, the technician of Day and Nite Plumbing concluded that the leak was due to the water heater and initially quoted a replacement cost of $6,400(This amount is a wave of the inspection cost but included various options). When I inquired about the cost to replace the water heater with a similar model without options, the price dropped to $4,200. But this seemed excessively high for a 50-gallon electric water heater in a small condo, especially considering that the issue appeared to be minor—just a few droplets of water near the heater's lower element. I later received a quote from another company that said they could replace it for less than $2,000.

It seemed impossible for such small droplets to cause a significant amount of water leakage, so I requested that the technician check for leaks in the pipes behind the wall. However, I was informed that checking the pipes by cutting into the wall would require an additional $220.

After consulting with a friend of mine who is a builder, I decided to stop working with Day and Nite Plumbing. The cost was too high, and Day and Nite Plumbing couldn't properly determine the cause of the leak. However, I had to pay a travel fee of $89 and a diagnostic fee of $359.17.

The basic diagnostic fee was included checking for wall leaks. However, it seems that the technition of Day and Nite Plumbing requested an additional charge because he spent a lot of time inspecting the water heater. The issue here is that, although the technician of Day and Nite Plumbing was a friendly person, he lacked the skill to identify the root cause of the problem.
The diagnosis that the water heater needed replacement was incorrect. The minor droplets at the lower element could have been resolved by simply replacing the element. The actual issue, a leaking pipe within the wall, was not identified.
While it’s true that replacing the water heater with a new one would be ideal, considering the cost, simply replacing the element in my 8-year-old electric water heater could have extended its life by several more years.
Before posting this review, I reached out to Day and Nite Plumbing to request a refund for the diagnostic fee in hopes of resolving the issue amicably. Unfortunately, my request was denied. They declined based on their policy, and so, in accordance with my principles, I am leaving this one-star review.

For anyone considering using Day and Nite Plumbing's services, please take my experience into account.

*To clarify, I am including photos with this review. While a significant amount of water was flowing outside the front door next to the water heater, there wasn’t a single drop of water on the floor pan the water heater itself. The small droplets from the lower element connection caused slight rust on the cover, but nothing more.

**The plumber I recently hired accurately diagnosed that the cause of the leak was in the pipes. He disconnected the existing underground pipeline and installed a new pipeline in the wall. While working on the pipes, he also replaced the water heater with a new one.The leak was not caused by the water heater, but I decided to replace it because the cost he quoted was affordable. The total cost of the work, including the water heater, was only $2,300. (4th and 5th pictures)

I had Chris from Day n Nite plumbing come to service my furnace and air conditioner. He was very courteous, explained what he would be doing with both items. I would highly recommend him and the company to other people. I’m very pleased with the outcome of his work. I have used this company in the past also.
Thanks Day n Nite Plumbing and Heating.

I called Day and Nite because my neighbor told me he had same problem (bad circulator pump), and had it replaced by your company a few years ago. Alex gave me my estimate but was anout 6-7 times more than what my neighbor had paid. I asked Alex why so much more than my neighbor. Alex keeps insisting cost went up double since around COVID era. I told him the estimate is not double but more like 600-700% more. Alex got annoyed and gave me attitude like take it or leave it and asked for trip charge fee. I paid and he left. I called another company and was able to fix the problem at a third of Day and Nite’s estimate (with same stainless steel pump). My experience with Day and Nite was a disappointment.
