He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, fix it, all the while being professional and friendly and empathetic and we so appreciated his work ethic! Isaac was thorough in his explanation regarding cost and services before he began work. The trip charge was removed once work started. Both Isaac and Wade listened to what I had to say about this job and some other things I may need to deal with in the future so they offered me a discount membership which began immediately. I was kept informed as the work progressed and they cleaned up everything before leaving. The membership discount nearly paid for itself. Very impressed!!

Very pleased with quick dispatch for a broken furnace on a freezing cold day. The technician Ajanee was very knowledgable, professional and got my system functioning again. She did a great job. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

In our society today we continuously wonder how good is a company or how technically sound are their technicians. As a home owner these questions are constant when selecting a reputable business to work in our homes. I would like to ease your concerns with Day and Night plumbing. We have relied on them for 15 years to handle any plumbing needs that has arise in our home. Today they replaced a 13 year old hot water tank. Technicians Jon and Alex performed the replacement with outstanding promptness, courtesy, and professionalism that you expect from a top tier company. In fact, Jon even remembered installing the old 13 year tank. In addition, they answered all my questions about the equipment, installation, and the 6 year warranty. I could not ask for a better team and company to provide for my needs as a homeowner. I cannot thank you guys enough for all the work over the years with repairs, and improvements!

Isaac and Isaiah were fantastic! They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with a shower leak, and also confirmed we had low water pressure as suspected. They communicated clearly how we could fix this ourselves, but decided to have them take care of it. We are very happy with the job done and are confident day and nite will be our go to plumber!

Jake Newman did a phenomenal job! Showed up very fast, was incredibly respectful and cleaned up the water spot incredibly well. That was a very kind thing to do. Appreciate the great service!

Update: I had my 1 year service from Day and Nite. Jacob and his trainee, went over the whole system to make sure everything was running right. They cleaned both the inside and outside units and took precautions to ensure they didn't make a mess of the house. Everything is running great and the guys did a great job.

Update: I had my first service with Day and Nite. I reported a drip from my outside unit to Day and Nite and they quickly got me scheduled to take a look. Jacob and Drew came out to check things out. They determined it was condensation that was not draining correctly. The mount had settled as little bit after the installation causing it to be slightly off level making it drip. Jacob and Drew were able to make a few adjustment and it has been drip free. While they were here the checked on my system's performance and made sure it was running well.
Jacob and Drew were extremely professional, friendly, tidy in their work. I highly recommend Jacob and Drew for any Hvac maintence needs.

Day & Nite was amazing. Everyone I interacted with was extremely personable and professional. Our installation team Rob and his apprentice, Jordan, were efficient, clean, and communicative. They cleverly solved problems as they arose while installing a 3 zone minisplit into our over 100 year old house, which was no small task.

Our customer service rep (also Rob) has a vast knowledge of the products and installation process that helped us choose the Hvac system that would be most effective, efficient, and affordable for us. He also provided us with the information we needed to prepare the house for installation.

I greatly recommend using Day and Nite if you have Hvac installation and maintenence needs.

We had a water leak and couldn’t tell where it was coming from. We called Day n Nite Plumbing and Heating. Drew Stuart showed up within 30 minutes, along with his sidekick, Jordan. After a thorough check, they determined the cause of the leak was our fridge. They stopped the leak and recommended next steps to us. Drew and Jordan were punctual, professional, and personable. They patiently answered all questions and put our minds at ease. They even went above and beyond by helping me move heavy boxes so they could access the crawlspace. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and plan on calling them for future plumbing repairs. We really appreciate that they responded quickly during our emergency!

I have used Day & Nite for years, highly recommend them for all your plumbing & heating service needs. I was really impressed by Drew Pearson who came out and did our heat pump maintenance this year. Very thorough and complete, because of his listening skills he was able to make great suggestions like a whole house surge protection. He questioned the install on one of the lines and took the time to check under the house, then called into the shop to insure everything was up to code. While under the house he took pictures and informed us we had a problem with our dryer vent and another location under there. I appreciated greatly him going above and beyond to insure everything was in prefect working order.
Trade companies are spendy, but when you get service like what we received the value is absolutely there.

I appreciated that the company initially stated there would be a $69 trip fee, followed by a quote for any necessary repairs. However, when the technician arrived, I was immediately charged $245 before any work began. If I did not accepted, I would still owe the $69 trip fee. This was very different from what was originally explained.
The entire visit lasted about one hour, which included basic troubleshooting testing the T2 sensor on my water heater and calling Bradford White technical support. For a non-emergency plumbing service, the cost felt excessive, and there was no clear explanation of the hourly rate that justified such a charge.
The main reason for scheduling this visit was to have a Bradford White certified company to verify the issue and order replacement parts. Unfortunately, no parts were ordered, as the technician stated he could not verify what needed to be replaced. This made the visit feel like a complete waste of money, especially since Bradford White tech support had previously told me they would likely replace the control board and fan due to ongoing issues which requires a authorized company.
Although the unit temporarily worked after a power cycle, the problem continues to return. Despite this, Day & Nite advised me to simply monitor the unit and call back if it happens again—essentially requiring a second paid visit just to proceed the original request.

We had a great experience with this company. I felt confident that the technician knew what he was doing. I trusted his advice & recommendations. It was such a good experience that moving forward we will be using them for all our household needs including plumbing, electrical & yearly furnace & electric fireplace maintenance. Highly recommend them!

Day and Nite installed a heat pump to replace my forced air home heating system, utilizing the existing ducting. I was pleased and impressed with the entire operation and results. Several technicians took part in the process, which took place over two days, and part of a third. Great work!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Super friendly! She and Jacob took a lot of time to assess any issues my new system may have.

The other questions do not apply. I had a new heating system installed four days ago and they came here to adjust it.

We paid $422 for 15 minutes, and our toilet is STILL NOT WORKING. They charged us $98 for a 5 minute diagnostic alone, and charge a minimum of $324 per hour. They spent 10 minutes tightening a cartridge of my toilet flush mechanism and deemed the work complete. The company receptionist and John, the manager was extremely rude to the owner of our business. This is the type of company that makes people wary of plumbers. We were recommended here because our friend has a legacy relationship with this company when it was still a mom and pop store and had a great relationship with the original owner of the company. Now things have completely changed. We are still waiting on them to refund us for not fixing the toilet at all. Will update the review if there are further changes.

Edit: John and the receptionist contacted me and kindly offered to resolve the issue at no additional cost. They sent a senior plumber who correctly diagnosed the toilet as unfixable, which the prior novice plumbers didn’t catch. We are happy they tried their best to help us, but at the end of the day we still paid around $500 for no fix, because their additional charge to switch the toilet out was $1500. We appreciated the helpfulness of the senior plumber, and would just advise to check their prices before booking, which namely we did not. Thank you for trying to resolve the problem!

They came out same day, mid afternoon and worked outside near the septic system. Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. They found the issue (blockage) at one of the baffles and we were good to go. Very professional and informed us of each and every step they were going to take before taking it. Highly recommended and reasonable price for same day service, as well as many extra steps they took.
