We have used Even Flo at our home, as well as at our commercial property, and highly recommend their trusted services. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, professional and timely! I'm the last person to put another small business on blast, but I'd have bigger regrets if this happened to someone else knowing I could have prevented it,
When I first called and spoke with Angela and told her my A/C is not cooling or if it is I can't tell because there is very little to no airflow coming from the vents.
They dispatched their main tech Alan, with supposedly 20+ years of experience. I explained my issue again and walked him to to my vents so he can feel for himself there was no airflow. After he ran a diagnostic, cost $546.20, he said he's identified the issue.
A week later, Alan came back to do the repairs, cost $1691.36 but once completed, there was still no airflow from the vents. He said its working and it may take some time for the temp to come down. Considering his 20+ years of experience, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. In the coming days, still no airflow and with it being sunny outside, with outside temp being in the 60s, it was mid-high 70s inside. I had Alan come back and he "made some adjustments and it should be good now" even still with no airflow from the vents when he left. He came back a few more times and in between his visits, I sent them pictures of the thermostat showing 70+ degrees, when its set to cool at 67 degrees. During his visits, he blamed my ducting system which conviently they do not work with. I even inspected my ducts and sent them pictures before one of their visits. At one point he also blamed me standing too close to the thermostat as the cause of the temp not going down fast enough. SMH..Really?
His last visit after looking at my unit again with a few other techs, he concluded that I had a refrigeration leak, but didn't offer to fix it. When explaining this to me in front of my customers, he spoke to me very angerily as if this was my fault that it took him visit after visit to figure out my original issue. He even demanded I look at him when I looked away for a second out of frustration. He also got up and tried to leave before I could say anything, but Angela stopped him. In any case, instead of offering a solution, he told Angela (which I think is his wife) to just give me a refund because "that's what apparently I'm looking for". I hadn't mentioned a refund up to this point, but hell yeah, I wanted my money back after this whole ordeal and wasting my time. I told them, my original issue was never resolved in which he said he was contracted to fix a not cooling issue. I told him, from the beginning I've been complaining about no airflow. Angela also confirmed I said not cooling, no airflow. However, they both tried to tell me that Not Cooling, and No Airflow was the same thing. Really? It sounds like 2 different issues to me. I'm pretty sure, there can be air coming out of the vents, but it's just not cold. I'm sure at one point or another everyone has been in a car with the A/C on and air was blowing air, but it wasn't cold air.
You can decide for yourself if these issues are the same or different before going with this company or not.
Also too, if they tell you anything different about my situation, feel free to reach out to me. I have have text correspondence they eventually stopped replying to and a written eye witness account from my customer sitting behind them I've saved just in case I had to take legal action regarding my refund.

Nothing but positive things to say about Alan and the office staff. Our AC stopped working, called Evenflo in the morning, and they were able to come out the same day, diagnose and repair the system for a fair price. Alan was knowledgeable and friendly, as well as honest about what we should do moving forward to keep our system working. Additionally, the staff at the office was very respectful of our wishes (baby naptime) and giving updates on arrival time due to a delay. Everything was great, I can’t say enough good things about this company. I look forward to having them as our go to for future maintenance and eventual replacements.

Even Flo came on a Friday to ascertain our needs. We had a housebound person in the home who was in need of relief. The prices were reasonable and then they agreed to install the following Tuesday. They were complete in one day - the permit inspections went without a hitch and the system worked as advertised --- actually better. Alan came out to balance the two floors. I would highly recommend Even Flo.

We had a great experience with Even Flo with our furnace installation. Alan explained our options very well and gave us a plan to make future upgrades. The work was excellent and done quickly. Looking forward to working with Even Flo again in the future!

We had an issue with our gas fireplace and called Even Flo Heating and air to come out and take a look. They were able to get us in same day! Jared our tech even called and was able to fit us in early. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a diagnostic test and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong. He didn’t have the part he needed but he had a coworker drop off the part so they could get us taken care of same day! Jared even cleaned up and painted the fireplace so it looked new! He was able to get everything done and it looks great! We were extremely impressed with this company and if we ever need any work done will be calling these guys again! Thank you Jared and Even Flo for your great work and dedication to top notch customer service!

We just had Even Flo come by for our annual cleaning and maintenance for the sixth time in the six years that we have lived in this house. As always the technician was friendly and competent. He had been scheduled for another job which would have been a conflict with completing his work on our system. He called the office and rearrange his other work so that he would complete ours without having to rush or take shortcuts. He found that our filters were not at all in good shape so he arbitrarily replaced them for no extra cost. These people are a great company to do business with.

We started using this company probably over 20 years ago now. Back when it was a one man show and he was driving a 2 wheel drive van. He came to our house to repair a broken furnace, spent 3 hours and just got it running for us. He didn't want to charge us because the furnace wasn't truly fixed, just running. We couldn't agree to not pay him and settled on $100 for his time and effort. This was during a huge snow storm Not another company would come out to help us. Alan came after finishing up his other clients and did this for us. You will not find a finer company with better morals or ethics in Snohomish county. Since that night they have installed both a furnace and an AC unit. They do the yearly service on both. Give them a call. I know you will not regret using them.

I was referred to Jay by a good family friend. I asked my friend was this person someone who is trustworthy and honest.
I called Jay on. Sunday morning and to my pleasant surprise he answered the phone.
He was awesome on the phone and he worked with schedule and was able to come over to my home the next day.
His work is honest and he was amazing to speak with and just all around nice person.
I have already referred his company to a couple of my coworkers.

Just had a whole house AC installed by Even Flo. They are great to work with. Very punctual in all appointments, and the technicians were very good to work with. Price is reasonable, and appointments were quick. Within two weeks after I first called, we got the AC up and cooling!! All inspections and works were taken care of. Highly recommended!

Even Flo Heating always provides a great service experience at a fair price. We appreciate the technicians expertise in getting the most out of our systems. Tanner was very helpful in answering questions and pointing out things to watch for. He pointed out that we had electronic filters in pointing the wrong direction and that's working properly now. Arrived promptly and worked fast and efficiently.

Fantastic service and install. Would highly recommend. We decided to add an AC Unit, and opted to install a new furnace as well. Alan was extremely helpful and patient, answering a barrage of questions, and assisted us in making the best choice for performance of A/C unit and furnace pair at our budget. Not only does Even Flo provide the best performing brands (Trane/American Standard), but the price quote of material and labor was well under the competition. It's not always safe to go with the lowest quote, but it absolutely made sense in this case. Alan's crew did a fantastic install, and was in and out in one day. They've absolutely got my business for all heating and AC for the foreseeable future.

Even Flo replaced a 36 year old gas furnace at my house. I was given straight forward options for a new heating system with no sales gimmicks, which I appreciated. Any questions I had were welcomed and answered quickly. Their pricing was fair and lower than competing bids. Their installers did a really nice professional job and I have a quality new Trane furnace that will last for years.

First of all this review is over due because we have the AC and heating installed by Even Flo Heating back in October 2019, but I want to wait until we start using AC in summer to write the reviews.

Overall we are very happy to have Even Flo Heating helping us with the installation and so forth. Alan the owner gave us a professional consultation and a very reasonable quote; the quote from Even Flo was much better than the vendor that worked with Costco, mind you. Alan didn't add a lot of bells and whistles; rather, he told us, in a manner that we could understand easily, what we needed and what we didn't.

The installation of both AC & Heat was completed within one day. They came in early and worked until nightfall; they still went over all details with us with patience and professional demeanor. They cleaned up well and checked repeatedly before bidding goodbye. I was so impressed.

Fast forward to summer 2020, we realized the fan was too loud when we used AC, as our master bedroom was nearby. With pandemics in mind, they took every measure carefully during the scheduling and check-up. Alan came to check on AC and adjusted the fan speed because everything worked beautifully and nothing was wrong. We were happy with the solutions.

All in all, Even Flo is a solid company that provides professional services, and we will be happy to send the words out to our friends and family.

I recently had a new furnace and air conditioning installed in my home. While my furnace was still doing well (even after 26 years) I knew I'd have to replace it - probably sooner than later. Many of my neighbors had used Even Flo Heating for their new furnace installations and were very pleased. I called and made an appointment for Alan to discuss my options. Alan explained absolutely everything I needed to know and provided several different options for my home. The installation was scheduled quickly, and before I knew it, the installers (and Alan) were at my home. Introductions were made and the installers went to work. Their installation work was superb, and they even provided me with a tutoring session on my new thermostat and how the system worked. I am beyond pleased and impressed with their professionalism and installation quality. Alan has a great team working with him, and Alan is so easy to work with. I'm so glad to have had this done --- and I get to really put my new air conditioning to the test this week with 90 degree temperatures! Thank you, Alan and crew. I am sure that they are a great maintenance company, after all, seeing all the positive reviews was the reason why I contacted them to get an estimate for a heat pump install. Estimator lady was nice and showed up on time. She spent about an hour at the house. Throughout the entire process, she was very unsure. There was a lot of “I don’t know where the lines would go”, “I don’t know if the unit would fit”, “I am not sure how they would connect things”, etc. My house is pretty standard, late 70s construction, nothing unique. I kept asking if maybe she wanted someone else to take a look, kept offering to take pictures or videos so maybe a technician or installer could make a recommendation, kept asking if they’ve really never seen anything like this and maybe there is another contractor that they work with that could help make recommendations on plumbing and electrical. I told her that I understand if something is unique and am perfectly fine if they needed to bring a subcontractor for a part of the install. The matter of fact , on a couple of those “it’s probably impossible” comments, I offered a common sense solution of my own, and she would say, “yeah, it would probably work”. Never heard back from them again. Did not get an estimate, didn’t get a call or an email, didn’t get a follow up, saying they’re too busy or just not interested. Radio silence. Probably dodged a bullet but quite a waste of time. I ended up getting three estimates from other contractors, I asked them about every single item this estimator lady wasn’t sure about and they had a very simple solution for every single one. They were very surprised that another HVAC specialist had an issue with things they called very routine and normal. Even Flo is probably a great repair company, installs is clearly not their cup of tea though.

We have used Even Flo a couple of times over the course of the last few years, and have always received prompt, courteous service that was straight forward and affordable. We will call them again when needed.

Our air conditioner needed a replacement. We contacted 3 companies for site visit and estimation. Even Flo stood out among the three with good options at most competitive price. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. We were first impressed by Angela. She was very knowledgeable about various products and combinations they offer, extremely patient to answering our many questions and explaining the process of installation, and responsive to our needs and concerns. With her help, we decided to replace both AC and furnace. She quickly arranged installation date and saw through the replacement work. Her installation team, led by Allen, did an excellent job to replace our furnace and AC. They were prompt, worked effectively as a team, and got the system tested and work place cleaned up after installation. Overall, Even Flo was very professional and responsive from start to finish with a great crew. We are pleased for a job well done at a reasonable cost.

We just had a dual-fuel system installed (Bosch IDS Light inverter + 96% furnace) and I couldn’t be happier with Even Flo. Angela Puerschner (president/point of contact) ran the project like a pro—clear options, no pushy upsells, transparent pricing, and fast, friendly communication. She handled financing, permits, inspections, and even sent all the paperwork I care about (AHRI certificate, paid invoice, warranty registrations, labor warranty terms) without me having to chase anything.

Alan, the lead tech, is the kind of subject-matter expert you hope shows up at your house. He measured static pressure, set airflow right for our ducts, dialed in the dual-fuel lockout, and walked me through what he tested. When a furnace part arrived DOA (it happens), they owned it, kept me updated, and made it right quickly. The crew was respectful of the home, cleaned up, and left a proper commissioning sheet with numbers that actually mean something.

Bottom line: excellent workmanship, great communication, and a fair price—rare to get all three these days. I feel lucky we found Even Flo and would recommend Angela, Alan, and team to anyone looking for a rock-solid HVAC install.
