Sam and the install crew for the ductless heat pump were especially helpful. I’m not good with spatial relations and Sam took the time to physically hold up the unit and let me look at it from all directions so I could make up my mind. He also took time to explain they whys; such as codes, proper installation, where the heat would flow from the location etc.
Sam is not only an excellent technician, but has great people skills. I can say the same for all the teams that were involved with this project; E-mail, phone, scheduling, electrical panel installation, ductless heat pump installation, and drywall repair. My hats off to the schedulers/coordinators who managed to keep it all flowing smoothly for a seamless process.

This was a positive experience. The ductless heat pump heats, cools, and dehumidifies, which has made the climate in my home more comfortable.

This was my first experience with CM Heating, and I will definitely use them again! Service tech Riley Vance was great! He was very personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had a lot of questions, too, since this was the first service for the furnace in my new home.

The communication was great from my first call till Davis showed as promised to give me an estimate.
After looking at my current furnace and inspecting my home he explained each step he was doing and the benefits of each system available. Davis went over each estimate and payment options cash, 3 or 10 year loan options. No pressure applied. I am on the schedule for installation of my new system. Very impressed with CM Heating.

From start to finish, the experience was great! We were recommended CM Heating by a coworker, and were very pleased with the results!

CM Heating agent Sam Mitchell did our original estimate, and walked us through a variety of different options and tradeoffs. He was respectful of Covid protocols, and let us grab some photos inside the house rather than going in.

We went with a new heat pump, a furnace replacement, and a new thermostat. The installation was scheduled quickly and on the day of installation Michael Mackenzie and his team of installers arrived right within their 1-hour window, with a 30 minute warning call to us. The installation itself was very clean - they ended up not needing to run new wiring, and eliminated that charge off our costs. They implored the installation 2 hours earlier than the estimate, and gave us a run-through of all the systems.

Overall we were very happy with our experience. The only complaint we had is that we would have loved CM’s contacts to be a bit more immediately knowledgeable around options for dealing with wildfire smoke - Thankfully they were eventually able to answer questions here, but with wildfire season a growing issue, it would have been great for them to have answers on hand!

Once again, it was a great experience, and we would happily recommend them to others.

As after 24 years, I am now in search of a new furnace. CM Heating was my first consultation and they made it so easy for me. Davis D., was very friendly and personable. He was great in explaining everything that would be done and step by step proxy. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns that I had and made sure that I felt comfortable about what was going into the quote.

Sean arrived right on time to give estimate on furnace replacement +AC. He very friendly and professional, plus had great knowledge of the different system options. He answered all my questions in detail and his entire visit was a couple of hours! By the time he left, I had a firm idea of cost and all that it entailed. (Estimates from "rival" companies had me waiting for return email results). Highly recommend Sean to provide the details needed to make an informed decision.

CM Heating installed a new a Heat Pump and gas furnace for us. They did an excellent job. All of the employees from the office, the sales department and installers are excellent. John came out to do some repair work to our attic entrance. The new furnace is larger then the old furnace so some trim work needed repaired. John did an excellent job. We could not be happier with our whole experience.

I will always recommend CM heating. They installed 4 heat pumps over 2 years ago at our home and I’ve been getting maintenance/service with them ever since. Today we had Carson show up same day to fix a very annoying noise we got from one of the pumps and he fixed that in no time, even taught us how to handle issues that may come up and all.

I am so amazed with the high quality of service, professionalism and friendliness that I have received from Christian with CM heating.
He made sure he understood exactly what I needed. He went through all the options available with finding a Generator that was a fit for my needs.
He did not try and upsell me. He made sure that I understood the process from beginning to end. He took the time to answer all of my questions.

I’m very happy with the work CM did for us. From scheduling and appointment reminders to the actual work getting maintenance on our furnace, they did a great job. Luke the technician was friendly and got the job done quickly. We are happy to know our furnace is in good shape for the winter!
