We recently had our Thermostat replaced by Brennan Heating & AC. The office worked to get us on the schedule quickly to handle our issue. Caleb Phillips, the technician, was timely, professional and helpful. As the replacement, Lennox S40 Smart Thermostat, was pricey, Caleb helped us minimize the expense. He made sure the new thermostat was working correctly and showed us how to program it and use it. He made sure we had the new program on our phones, and we were able to make the appropriate adjustments. Tiffanie from the office followed up to make sure the service was properly done, and we were happy with Brennan's service. Brennan Heating & AC provided us excellent customer service.

Kevin Cashmore was great to work with, very friendly, and offered in depth explanations to get us better acquainted with our new house. Honestly, dad vibes. He assured us our troubles were not as bad as we thought, talked us through future maintenance and upkeep, and did a stand up job.

Brennan technician Hallie did an outstanding job. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything she did and checked. Also asked a couple of times if I had any questions or concerns. A+ in my book.

I had a cracked heat exchanger that was still under warranty. I found out that the replacement is a big job and the installation fee could run up to $2500, depending on the complexity. Senior technician, Sean, worked efficiently, though, and the job was completed in under 4 hours with no issues, so it cost around $1226 with tax. Sean was kind, respectful, and explained the situation and what to expect going forward. Great cleanup, too.

I can't say enough good things about Brad Hanson from Brennan Heating and Air. From the moment he arrived, his communication was excellent, and he was an absolute champ with my two big, noisy dogs. He knew exactly how to engage them, and by the time he was done, he was even playing tug-of-war with my German Shepherd!
Beyond his amazing way with my pets, his technical skills were top-notch. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with our AC unit, replaced the faulty part without any delay, and kept me informed of his progress every step of the way.
It’s rare to find a professional who is not only great at their job but also has a fantastic way with people and animals. Brad is a true gem, and he is a perfect representation of why I love Brennan Heating and Air. They're simply amazing! -
Our 4 yr old natural gas furnace and heat pump combo started to shut down and come back on, sometimes for an hour and eventually 'a few days' before being repaired. I had a younger gentleman technician out by the name of, and pardon me if I butcher his name, Ebs (eeebs). When he arrived, I describe the issue in detail, and he said 'thermostat?'.....and we headed for the furnace room. After opening the heater panel, he checked the wiring, and then went directly down to "a thermostat cutoff switch" at the base of the furnace, pulled off the switch and some water spilled out. "There's your problem", Ebs said aloud. As I understand it, the AC coils in the bottom of the furnace, condensation from coils drip water and then the plumbing and p-trap gradually drips outside. Ebs used a fancy 'home made tool' to clear the p-trap, where a clog had formed. He replaced the original "thermostat cutoff switch" back in place. Within 1-2 minutes, the main thermostat control panel lite up and the furnace begin working! Cheers to Ebs! Cheers to Brennan Heating & AC

Great experience with Brennan Heating and air-conditioning. The gentleman they sent out was very knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Brennan and Heating to a friend or family.

Both Halle (sp?) and James were awesome. They showed up right on time; fixed, tested and explained everything very well.
I highly recommend this business and these two individuals too!
Heat is on, thank you! -
Justin is an extraordinary professional who explains the step by step process of the required work. He definitely knows his profession. He is an asset to his Company.

Technician called about 10 minutes before scheduled appointment to let me know that he was on his way. The office also emailed to tell me who the technician was and that he was on his way. Technician was prompt, courteous, and professional with a friendly manner. He took the time to answer my questions and to explain what the service call had covered. Price was reasonable which is always a plus. Brennans is my go-to company for HVAC and hot water heater products. I would recommend them highly.

Aharon Temple & another technician arrived right on time and very quickly found the problem. At first blush they were worried as my Lennox ductless model no longer had the repair parts necessary for the job.
But they immediately went to check on the lower fuse box next to the exchanger unit and found two blown fuses. Replaced them with much better updated fuses. Great guys and very knowledgeable and efficient -
We had Brennan installed our heat pump a couple of years ago through the Costco program and they did a great job. Recently had the system serviced and had no complaints. The service technician was knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend Brennan to anyone who is looking to get their heat pump install in their home!

Technician arrived right on time and had all the required equipment. I had two units serviced, and it took less than 1 hour. I watched the work done on the unit in my home, and it mostly involved basic cleaning. Two electrical connections were checked. I did not oversee the outdoor work, but very little time was spent on those units. $466 for less than one hour seems a bit high.

JAMES WAS AMAZING!!!
He was extremely professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He was efficient, cleaned as he worked and explained how each part of the system functioned.

Three Strikes, Brennan is OUT
I highly recommend that you avoid any dealings with Brennan Heating & Cooling if at all possible. Here is my sad story: In September of 2021 Brennan installed a Lennox mini-split in an ADU on our property that a family member is currently living in. This was a Costco deal so I was enticed by $700 off. You’ll see the Brennan sales people every time you leave Costco (at least in Silverdale). I decided to have Brennan take over the annual servicing of the heat pump and furnace in our house as well.
During the annual maintenance checkup in 2022, the Brennan technician (one of the good ones I guess) diagnosed that the limit switch on the furnace had failed. He didn’t have one in the truck but said not to worry, they only cost about $35 and I wouldn’t be charged for a return service call. When Brennan called to set up the appointment, I was informed that the charge would be just over $400. Confused, I asked for an explanation. Didn’t get one. Asked again, didn’t get one. So I got myself educated on the subject of limit switches and ended up replacing both of them myself for about $50 total. Strike One for Brennan.
The next summer, July of 2023, the heat pump refused to start. Tried cycling the heat pump breaker switch to no avail and then checked the capacitors, all of which were in range. A Brennan technician came out and couldn’t find anything wrong but did manage to get everything working again by cycling the two furnace breakers as well as the heat pump breaker. I hadn’t tried that and I have no idea why it worked but I was happy nonetheless. Happy until the technician recommended replacing the Defrost Board for about a thousand dollars. “Why?” I asked. “Everything is working now and you couldn’t find anything wrong.” He had no response justifying any further expenditure so I decided to wait until it actually failed. That was a year and a half ago and it’s still working fine. This was Strike Two. Maybe I should classify this only as a foul because he didn’t straight out lie to me about a defective part, but I’m not in a generous mood at the moment so Strike Two it is.
Fast forward to September 2024 and Brennan does annual maintenance on both the mini-split and the main house heat pump. Mini-split is fine, supposedly, although the blower motor is making noise so they replace that. A few weeks later there is no heat whatsoever coming from the mini-split and the Brennan technician suspects a refrigerant leak. How could that be after only three years? Diagnosing and fixing such a leak is a long and expensive process. I decide to get a second opinion and hire a different company with a good reputation and their technician finds the leak in about half an hour. It’s clearly visible. Furthermore, it appears that the leak is due to the manner of the original Brennan installation, not a manufacturer’s defect. (One year warranty on installation of course.) The attached photos show how the Brennan installers spliced both the supply and return lines using three compression fittings per line. This means there are 6 potential points of failure on the two lines. And as you can see, if there is any movement in one direction in the line due to vibration or expansion and contraction, etc., this arrangement allows one of the fittings to essentially unscrew itself. A slow leak eventually occurred. If the splice had been brazed on one end, only one compression fitting per line would have been required. A brazed line can fail too, of course, but probably would have been noticed right away. So Strike Three – Brennan is OUT. Unfortunately, not out my life yet though. I have an annual maintenance contract with them on both units that they won’t let me out of so they’ll be back out one last time come September. And I’ll be watching them every step of the way . . . -
We have had Caleb as our technician for approximately a year. He has demonstrated a high level of technical expertise, professionalism and keeps us well informed. As a result of his excellent service/skills, our heating & cooling bills have been significantly reduced. With much gratitude.

Caleb is fantastic and very knowledgeable about my heating and cooling system. He is so kind and personable it was a pleasure to have him in my home. Thank you Caleb, I hope you get a raise for a job well done!

The heat pump had a series of leaks that were hard to determine and there was more than one. It took multiple visits and all was under warranty. Service men were great and wanting to fix this and take responsibility to back up their product and service. I would have given 5 stars but the heat pump having so many issues was disappointing. But that's on Lenox, Brennan Heating service was great

Exelent experience. Kevin did everything possible to expedite the repair of our heating system. Would definitely provide a ten rating in a score of 1 to 10, (Trump would give at least a 12 rating. Pretty dense president we have!)

The experience was flawless. The two guys that replaced my water heater were extremely nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fast service and friendly faces. I can't recommend enough.

The technician Caleb, was super friendly and was willing to show me some parts of the HVAC which was awesome. He found the problem and it’s since been corrected, everything working great. The company was also able to get me an appointment within 12 hours of reaching out.
