We had a great experience with CM heating for our dry wall patching work. Huge shoutout to Tim Johanson for treating our home just like his own home. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional and a very kind soul. We are very thankful that he visited our home and provided his service.

The CM team did a great job coming in and replacing our furnace and adding air conditioning. Installation looks great.

Matt came to perform a regular hot water heater service, and went above & beyond in the service as well as making sure all the connections were secure for the future. Professional service and I loved the communication from CM - informative texts and communications when they were on the way.

My entire experience with CM Heating has been exceptional! From the initial call to schedule the consultation to the installation and post-installation follow-up, the team from CM Heating made everything seem seamless and stress-free. Everyone who I interacted with was friendly, personable, and professional. The sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were getting the right system for our home and needs. The installation crew was amazing throughout the installation. They arrived on time, answered any and all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on and how my new system works. They were reassuring, in that I could reach out to CM Heating if I needed anything or had any questions or concerns. This was a major purchase and home project for us so having a team I could trust was really important, and CM Heating delivered!

Wade and Mark did a great job installing our tankless water heater. They went above and beyond for our installation. Our installation was a tricky situation and they were able to come up with a an effective way to install the water heater. Would recommend them

In May 2023 my old gas furnace stopped blowing warm air. Kevin was able to come out same day and assess the problem and provide recommendations to remedy the situation. Friendly, professional and answered my questions.

I decided last to have CM Heating replace my old gas furnace with a new dual system (heat pump and gas furnace) which provides heating and cooling. Steven truly went above and beyond in helping me determine what system to choose that would meet my needs. He explained everything really well. I asked so so many questions and he patiently answered them all. Truly amazing customer service from Steven! I wish all customer service interactions in life went that well. I felt he truly wanted to assist and answer my questions, but I never felt pressure to make a decision until I was ready. I appreciate that since it is a large investment. I wanted to feel confident in my decisions regarding a large investment in my home. Steven’s approach felt like a team approach between the two of us to solve my heating issue.

I needed a full new electrical panel upgrade and new service drop to my house as well. Everything from start to finish was coordinated by CM Heating and communicated well to me each step. There were multiple appointments and work to be done as well as coordination with PSE, permitting and city inspections. They did it all extremely well and made it easy for me. Hunter and his installation team did a great job and the electrical team did great too!

I waited a bit to post this review because I wanted to live with my new heating and cooling system for a while and see how I liked it. I can say that I love it! I’ve now been through a significant hot weather part of last summer and through the super cold arctic air temps in January 2024. The system has performed flawlessly. I am comfortable in my home. I was so thankful my new system got me through the cold week! Thank you CM Heating for creating an environment for your professionals to thrive and create a wonderful customer experience!

A few weeks ago, I had to get my furnace replaced. Both Gaige and Hunter were amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and not pushy. I highly recommend for anything HVAC related!

Wade young and Mark did a great job. I had no hot water and they figured it was the ignitor switch that had gone out. I appreciate all they did and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.👍

Jacob and his team installed a new heat pump, (I did not have one, or AC), and replaced my 20 year old gas furnace with a new one in my crawlspace. They were excellent in all areas of completing this job.

I called these guys for repair as my heat pump wasn't working. They came, inspected the unit but gave vague description of how the compressor was 'shorted' and it was too old of a system to repair. I realized that they had no interest in repairing and were only interested in replacing the whole system with a new unit ($$$).

I called another company and they performed the repair in 15 minutes. Turns out that there was no problem with the compressor at all! In fact, the repair was so easy that it led me to believe that the tech from CM Heating was intentionally misleading me into buying a new system.

Don't think I will call CM heating again.

They did a fine job, only time will tell. They came and replaced my 20yr furnace that was busted. Not sure if it could have been repaired but didn’t want to pay just to get a diagnosis for something that probably would need replacement or maybe the tech would try to sell the new furnace anyways… can’t trust people now in days but they did what was asked efficiently, only time will tell how well the works was completed and how the warranty will uphold.

The technician, Younis, who visited to fix the malfunctioning heater, was professional and highly skilled. He provided detailed explanations and was very kind, making every effort to resolve the problem. He was a helpful employee who genuinely cared about helping us, who were suffering from the cold. We are grateful to Younis for promising to obtain the furnace pressure switch part and repair it as quickly as possible. We hope the problem will be resolved soon.

I’ve used CM Heating for several different projects over the years, including installing my air conditioning, an EV charger, electrical work, and most recently a furnace installation. Every experience with them has been excellent.

Their team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and their pricing has always felt fair and transparent. What really sets them apart, though, is how much they stand behind their work.

At one point I had an equipment failure that turned out to be a manufacturing defect, not something caused by their installation. Even so, CM Heating stepped in quickly, handled the situation without hassle, and ultimately replaced the unit with an even better product. That level of accountability and customer support is rare.

It’s clear they genuinely care about doing the job right and making sure their customers are taken care of long after the installation is complete. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CM Heating to anyone looking for reliable HVAC or electrical work.

5 stars on service. our thermostat was beginning to fail. service call scheduled within a day, and thermostat replaced. Excellent job ! Thermostat was on the expensive side but worth it.

1 star on the cost of the service call. The cost of the service call was excessive, IMHO.

It was a water heater that got installed by Brennan team. They did a great job and quick. I appreciate their timeliness.

Service from Brennan has always been excellent. My heat pump has had some issues since install and I appreciate Brennan has been very responsive.

Installed new furnace with Brennan Heating (via Costco) last December. The staff came over for free maintenance (for the first 2 years) this week. Great and professional service!

I recently had the yearly maintenance taken care of on our heat pump. The technician was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand. I have been working with Brennan for over ten years and always appreciate the service I receive. I do not hesitate to recommend them.
