CM Heating service call today was to check heat pump calibration. Andrew made the necessary adjustments; he also adjusted UV lamp position as requested so that the light bulb was not visible. He answered my questions about how the unit functions with respect to dehumidification, and gave additional helpful information about fan settings on the remote and how to optimize for my particular floor layout. Brenda in the CM Heating office extended me a courtesy call to update me about technician's expected arrival time within the arrival window.

I found that CM Heating delivers exceptional top-notch customer service after the sale, just as they did during the sale and installation. I continue to be impressed and a very satisfied customer. I love this company!

We just had our second annual maintenance check for our furnace and AC. Luke was very approachable, friendly, did an excellent job, and explained everything very well. He gave us overview of maintenance checks he performed clarifying all questions we had. We had an awesome experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend CM Heating.

C M Heating did a good job installing new furnace and heat pump last June. They were courteous, on time and finished the job in one day. I needed a back-plate to fit over the thermostat which they ordered and the technician came as promised to install it. The gals in the office kept me informed at all times. Chris was friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. He fixed the issue quickly! We had been without heat for 4 days and they were able to squeeze us in last minute (on a holiday Sunday of all things). Would definitely recommend this company. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

I had issues with the blower on my old furnace not coming on and was able to get same day service for it to be looked at. I got everything running before the tech arrived but Dane opened it up and made sure it could still be used. Whomever owned the home before me mickey moused everything about the furnace and the amount of things not up to code (or even common sense) was unbelievable. I had already planned on replacing it and getting a system with AC and Dane worked hard to get my scheduled estimate appointment date moved up from 2 weeks out to 2 days. He answered all my questions, was extremely pleasant and professional. I won't hesitate to recommend Dane and CM Heating to others.

Trent and team arrived on time and we were impressed with his friendly manner. He is very professional and knowledgeable and very good at explaining what they would be doing, The workmanship was excellent and after the job was finished he took a lot of time to walk us through the operating procedures and care of equipment. We are very pleased with the finished installation.

I had an new gas furnace and heat pump installed. The CM team that came out to do the installation work were great. They were on time, walked me through the process, encouraged me to ask questions and updated me as they progressed to make sure everything looked like I'd expected it to. I'm extremely happy with my new system and my experience with the CM team.

Was told I had a broken condensor pump - quoted $500 to replace. Thankfully I did five minutes of research. Hosed off the gunk clogging the pump intake and back in business.

Great service! Appointment communication was very complete and helpful. Our technician was right on time and thoroughly explained what he would be doing. Our heating and a/c units had annual preventive maintenance checkup. Really like the "before and after" pictures showing the work that was preformed. CM Heating has earned my business going forward.

Prices were quite fair for the installation (after a bit of negotiating), and the system installation was very professional. However what impressed me even more was the follow-up customer service. The unit I got had some operational issues (problems with DAIKIN, not the installation itself) and the cooling was somewhat unreliable. Despite my complains being relatively minor, they sent out repair people three times and replaced parts until it was working flawlessly. All at no charge! I was very impressed with the service and warranty and will definitely use CM heating for future work!

We have been reaching out to HVAC companies for bids for AC install. CM Heating was the third company we've dealt with and, by far, the most professional. Pricing was right in the middle, but no other company could come close on the level of engagement and the sheer number of guarantees offered by CM. In addition, Jeremiah and Sean were extremely knowledgeable and spent the extra time to make sure we had all of our questions answered. I truly appreciate the personal touch as well - coming to the house and taking the time to ensure that we were getting an estimate for the right kind of system based on our needs. Professional, knowledgeable and personal - at the right price. I really couldn't ask for more. The install is scheduled only a few weeks out as well, which I was super impressed by given supply chain issues. The other companies we've talked to were all several months out. No service performed yet - but so far I am very impressed with CM Heating.

Technician Ryan was super enjoyable to work with. Our furnace is over 20 years old and still trucking along. Ryan taught us what things will need to be watched as time goes on. He gave a thorough checkup and cleaning and installed our new filter. Overall I’m very happy with the service! Plus, before scheduling service I had compared some prices and CM was much more affordable than my other option.

We have a nice experience with CM Heating. It was super easy to schedule and they were very friendly over the phone. On the day of service, Zakary was very professional and prompt for the appointment to do an annual maintenance on our furnace. He did a thorough job, took pictures and checked everything off the list, which was extensive. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips on how to keep our older system in good shape. It is a nice reassurance to have the furnace checked before the Fall/Winter season comes. I would definitely recommend CM.

Luke was very professional and very thorough in his work. He spend a good amount of time checking the electric heater that we have and was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it (replacement of a low-voltage fuse). He was great at providing us with suggestions for better operation of the heater and went beyond our expectations. I have used the services of 3 major service providers in the region for my heater needs, and I'd say CM Heating has been the best service so far.

CM Heating was great. I reached out via their website and heard back from them via email within a few hours. They asked me a few questions to make sure the correct service type was scheduled and then confirmed the date of appointment. As they promised, the technician reached out about 30 minutes prior to arrival and was almost exactly on time. He was efficient with his time and communicated clearly what he did and any recommendations he had for my system. Also helped me install a C-wire for me new thermostat. All done in a timely manner and was very professional while in the home. Will definitely be using CM heating for routine maintenance in the future and would recommend to others.

Worked with Daniel Hanyak to replace our water heater and fix a few related issues. Daniel and the other member of his team were fast, professional, communicated clearly, and most importantly did fantastic work getting everything replaced and working again. Would highly recommend.

I've used CM Heating a few times. The first couple went fine, no complaints. Called for an issue with a hot water heater, got an appointment for the next day. Technician showed up three hours late and without examining the unit, said that there was nothing that he could do (not sure what the intention of the visit was). Said someone would come by in the next day or two to work on it. CM called me the next morning and said that the soonest that someone could be there would be four days from now. That'll put me at about a week without hot water and no one even diagnosing the problem yet. I'll be looking for other solutions here. 3/5 to give credit to past service that went without issue.

I did my own “background check” on CM Heating and subsequently scheduled a service call for my furnace, as it stopped working. Adam came out and did a thorough check and diagnosed the issue. It was shot, so he took the time to do a consultation and provided me with options. He was courteous and professional and went through everything with me. I am so grateful for his wonderful customer service. I chose the furnace that will work best for me from his recommendations and am looking forward to having it installed in a few days. Jacob from CM Heating was the lead technician on a project to replace an air conditioning unit at my home in June 2024. He was very knowledgeable and thorough completing the project.
