Professional, polite, caring, knowledgeable and on time! Duct work cleaning was quick yet thorough. Furnace maintenance was great. Both technicians took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond, in my opinion. A+

James came out and did a fantastic job. I have an older unit and he cleaned and checked everything thoroughly. Pictures were taken and he explained things so that I could understand them. If anyone needs heating, electrical, plumbing or air work done give Brennan a shout. You won't be disappointed!

The Brennan team that visited our home to do an a/c coil replacement did a terrific job. Mark, Richie, and Abdul worked very well together and all three were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned up as they went and answered my many questions patiently and knowledgeably. The coil was located below the furnace so most of the system had to be moved and some of it rebuilt. It wasn't an easy job but once they were done, I couldn't tell which parts were old and which were new. It looked great and works perfectly. I highly recommend Brennan Heating and A/C. They provide great customer service and excellent quality work.

Brennan guys are very professional and do the job as promised. I had ordered a commercial grade water heater through Costco using them. Job was done on time and I had no issues until 5.5 years. I was upsold with my approval a $330 mixing valve and 10 years warranty which now I am telling everyone dont buy as valve stopped working and now they are quoting $850 to replace it after $200 diagnosis fee. I have asked them to reconsider as I was sold the warranty for all parts not just heater. I am waiting for their answer and will update the review. Overall great guys, please check every line item before you buy so you dont get a surprise.

We have used Brennan exclusively since they installed our A/C unit 10 years ago. Recently we added a Generac auto switch generator which required a new electrical panel, gas hookup, inspections, etc. As always, each and every person I had contact with - from the person who answers the phone, to Craig our salesperson, the installers and service people over the years - has been professional, communicative and genuinely NICE. Really, really nice.
Our furnace has a zone system that with age has gotten a little finicky. It took several tech visits, some head scratching and perseverance, but they figured it out - and only charged us once it was fixed.
I have never written a public review, but after we had a successful annual check on our A/C it was clear the time had come.

Brennan installed A/C 10 years ago and have been maintaining the chiller, and furnace annually since then. Everything still works great, and the service from Brennan is excellent, clearly notifying us when the technician would be arriving.

Brennan installed a new HVAC system for us in 2024. They came out for annual maintenance this year. We were surprised to learn that our AC system was down 1/3 of its coolant. The technician refilled the system, and recommended that we check it again next year to determine if/where there was a leak, and to have it recharged. We were a little nervous about waiting a year so we sent an email inquiry to the office. They responded right away, sending out another technician within a few days. He did some exploration and confirmed there was a leak. The trick is finding out where! He initiated some testing that would give us data in a week or so, and then he returned, isolated the source of the leak, and fixed it. We were very pleased. All our dealings with Brennan have been great. The HVAC installation went without a hitch - the team was on time, extremely polite, efficient and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived (my bad). And for the leak service, same thing. Friendly, professional, thorough and very tidy. The people in the office are likewise friendly, polite and very efficient. I feel fortunate that we have such a great local company and have no hesitation about recommending Brennan.

The technician was very professional and informative, assessed my gas furnace maintenance situation, provided me with options on service, repair, life of my older furnace, future potential maintenance/service and communicated all of this so I could make my current decision on course of action to take now and in the future. Friendly, quick and thorough; very happy with Brennan services and their technician.

James and Dante came to check out my dead furnace. Identified what was wrong and confirmed that, at ten years old, this particular Maytag furnace was near end of life. It was repairable, but it was at the point I would be getting something fixed at least every year.

James listened to what we had in mind, explained our options, and recommended a system that will be more efficient at a great price. And able to schedule the install a day later.

I look forward to having Brennan as my main HVAC company to service my furnace and AC.

We decided to go through Costco's program to upgrade our HVAC system (that didn't have A/C!) to a heat pump after going through an extremely hot summer. What a great decision, and part of what made it great is Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning! Installation was completed on time and with great care. The system has provided us with both heating and air conditioning that is much quieter than the old HVAC unit, consistent, and responsive when we need a little extra heat or cooling, and with a UV air purification component.

Brennan's service has been stellar, performing annual maintenance, duct cleaning, thoroughly checking all of the systems, and responding promptly when a problem popped up - ice formed during a cold, rainy snap (not due to equipment malfunction - rather due to needing a little protection from the rweather). Their customer services reps are quick to respond when contacted. Our most recent maintenance was performed by Dom - a polite young man who was respectful in our home and really provided excellent, knowledgeable service.

My wife and I have been very pleased working with Brennan since they installed our HVAC in 2013. They are very responsive, professional and provide a great service. Kevin came out to our home a few days ago to perform an annual HVAC system maintenance check. He was very thorough, polite, and ensured everything was working properly inside and outside our home including cleaning debris off the coils on our heat pump. Thank you Kevin and the entire Brennan team!

We can’t say enough great things about our experience with Brennan Heating & AC, and the extremely nice technician, Joseph Rodriguez! He explained the process, was so personable with my husband to discuss the football, and then showed us photos of how extremely dirty our dryer vent was. We’re extremely thankful that your company keeps our dryer vent clean & safe to prevent a fire! We setup a reminder on our iPhone calendar to request this service every three years. I purchased a new furnace/AC from Brennan in 2016. They did a fantastic job then, and have provided excellent yearly maintenance ever since. Consistently professional, always on time, and very nice and friendly. What more could you want?

We had a Brennan technician come out to clean and service our 18-year-old furnace to get ready for winter, and we are very pleased with the overall experience. Making the appointment was easy and the office did a good job of sending reminders and giving us updates on the tech's arrival time. Reginald Denson, the technician, was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about our furnace. He spent several minutes explaining the key components of the system, which ones were likely to fail as our furnace reaches the end of its life span, and how much it would cost to repair or replace the unit. We would definitely recommend Brennan's service team!

My furnace stopped functioning on a Friday morning and even though I was able to it working, I still wanted to scheduled a tech to come out and take a look at it just for peace of mind. First thing Monday a Brennan Tech took a look and everything checked out. There were no issues. I offered to pay for a service call but the tech refused and said since the maintenance checkup was just performed 2 months prior he was not going to charge me. That's incredible and that great service was a reminder to me why I purchased a furnace from this company in the first place.

Since I met them from CostCo to update my water heater and furnace, it has always been a great experience. Recently, they started assigning the same person. That really helped when he came. We had a very weird issue that only happened at certain time of the day, and he founded it right on spot the first time. He gave us options without pushing, from keep it until the component die to change your furnace that's mid-life (kind of suggesting this was extreme). We made the choice with no pressure. He made the repair and the furnace is working great now. All of the employees I dealt with so far have always been kind and polite.
I would recommend Brennan Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electric to whoever wants their A/C, heating... needs taken care of.

In December, I reached out to Brennan Heating for support via their web form, but never heard back. In March, Brennan Heating reached out to me by phone to schedule their annual HVAC maintenance. I took this opportunity to describe the problem I was having in December and asked them to send a technician who could troubleshoot it.

However, this recent appointment fell victim to a bit of miscommunication. I let the person scheduling the appointment know that I needed help from someone who could troubleshoot my Carrier smart thermostat. I described the problem in detail. They gave me the name of the person they had scheduled for that visit. But the person who arrived was someone else, who happened to be unfamiliar with the thermostat and unable to operate it without help, so I didn't bother asking them to troubleshoot it. That said, they were able to fulfill the main reason for their visit (HVAC and water heater maintenance), though.

I called to let them know that I still needed help with troubleshooting the smart thermostat, so they scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day and gave me the name of the technician they chose for that follow-up appointment. Again the person who actually showed up was different, but that person was able to confidently troubleshoot (and solve) the problem.

Key takeaways:
(1) Don't expect Brennan Heating to reply to anything you post to their web site's Contact Us form.
(2) If Brennan Heating sends a technician who can't solve all of your HVAC problems in one visit, they'll schedule follow-up visits until the problem is solved.

Giving four stars because Brennan Heating did quickly schedule a follow up visit and did send someone who was able to complete the maintenance and fix the problem at no extra cost.

Justin Shook came on an emergency call Friday evening. He replaced our hot water tank that had leaked all over our garage. Justin was absolutely the best! He arrived quickly, very professional, explained everything in layman’s terms so there was no confusion and was efficient. He even cleaned up the water that had leaked! Brennan isn’t the cheapest BUT we’ve used them a few times and they do quality work and the price was higher as it was a night urgent matter. Just thankful they came and it’s all in the past now. We will have them perform maintainence on our furnace also in the very near future.

I've been a customer of Brennan Heating for several years. They serviced my original furnace and water heater and eventually installed replacements for each. All service calls were done promptly and professionally, and the most recent one. with Brad, was especially pleasant and appreciated. My only suggestion for improvement would be to step up your senior discount, as I and many homeowners are retired seniors on fixed incomes, and any discounts are welcome. Otherwise, wonderful company and services!
