My experience with Makenzie was very unpleasant. She was extremely rude and unprofessional — she pounded on my door and spoke down to me while trying to set up an appointment about my roof. The way she approached me felt aggressive and disrespectful, not to mention her attire, and it made me very uncomfortable. I would not recommend dealing with this company based on this experience.

Had Erik come out to take a look at our siding. He was at my door at 6:00 on the dot as promised. He walked around our property and sat down with us to go over absolutely everything and answer any questions we had. Super pleasant and refreshing interaction, very nice and respectful and was not pushy on us making a decision on the spot. Very happy to see company’s like that are still around.

Did not need a complete roof other company's tried to do that for me. But true blue came out said we can fix the problem and not replace the roof. This was such help I did not need to go get a lone. The employees were so polite and professional. Made sure everything was fixed before charging me. The only company to call for repair.

I had a great experience with True Blue. We needed to have our roof cleaned and serviced, and Tristan came out and did the inspection. He carefully explained what we would need and how much it would cost. He broke down all of our options from least to most expensive and advised which option he thought would suit our needs best.
Tristan then returned and did the actual servicing of our roof himself and it looks fantastic. We could not be happier, and we will be recommending True Blue to anyone we know who may need work done. We will also be contacting them in the future when the roof needs to be replaced.

David and his team at True Blue went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service when they did our roof repair. He was very communicative, started and completed the job on time, and made sure to explain all of the repairs he worked on with pictures so we could see exactly what was done. Very friendly and helpful team! We would definitely recommend True Blue!

Super nice guys. The crew cleaned up everything very well. I have not even found one nail in my lawn. The owner is a really nice guy. His office crew twisted my arm until I took a donut. Once the roofing crew showed up they were done in two days. Looks awesome and with stood our bomb cyclone. Too bad the power guys don’t work that fast.

We had TrueBlue Roofing replace the roof on our townhome/duplex, and they made the whole process so easy. They sat down with both us and our neighbor to make sure the pricing was fair and accurate since our two homes share one roof, which we really appreciated. The team was always responsive, answered every question we had, and kept us updated along the way. The quality of the materials and workmanship was top-notch, and the price was better than anywhere else we looked. I was very satisfied with True Blue Roofing’s work. I had moss removal and gutter/downspout clearing. Their cleanl-up was wonderful too. I recommend this small business.

I purchased replacement of all my windows through True Blue Roofing and Siding. The sales guy, Sean, was very nice and explained the windows and the process very clearly. The guys that coordinated the windows were super friendly and got the work done really quickly. They were very cool around my pups, too. I give 4 stars because there was some misses during the project: a small custom job was missed when providing the work order to the team, also they mis ordered the number of windows for the initial install. However, both of those issues were quickly resolved and I am very happy with my final result. I would definitely use TBRS again and would recommend.

David and his crew helped me out on a repair for my roof where I was having a leaky skylight. They did a great job, we got the great flood of 2025 and the roof did its job. David was great at communicating with me and always answered my questions

Dan was helpful, and well versed in all the details about roofing and was constantly checking on the roofing job as it was being put on. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail, and would highly recommend this company as a result of his expertise.

We had a small leak over our garage and True Blue sent out a really nice person to take a look. He did a super job and looked over the rest of our roof to make sure it was okay. I highly recommend this company.

We had an old roof. Dan Edmonds came out, inspected the attic areas and gave a detailed quote for replacement. Dan was very professional and took the time to answer all the questions. There was no pressure at all. We accepted the quote a month or so later and the new roof went on without a glitch. Within budget and on time. Looks fantastic! Thanks Dan!

Good work, difficult business dealings.
Our sales rep was clear about the cost of the project and the timeliness, which we agreed to. However, the project was never scheduled as promised and no one would return our calls until we contacted our sales rep after 6 or so weeks. After that contact, we got a call they were coming the next day. The project was completed in the expected time line, but the materials were left behind for weeks, even though we reached out to the work team about it. When they did pick up, they left behind a pile of scrap that we picked up ourselves. The light fixture they took down was not replaced and when I met with the manager of the company, I was told thar was outside of the siding teams scope of practice, even though they took it down.
So, the work itself was great. The communication and follow-through were poor.

We just had a good experience working with Dan Edmonds who inspected our home for a roof replacement. Knowledgeable and informative. We highly recommend them.

We hired True Blue Roofing for a roofing project, and they did not disappoint. From the initial site visit to the last day there was clear communication. The team members including the owner were extremely professional and the kindest human beings. If you are looking for excellent roofing company hire True Blue!

True Blue replaced the roof and gutters a few years ago, and recently the downspouts started having problems. I contacted True Blue to request an assessment. However, they said a technician would call me back, and then I received no response. This happened 5–6 times before someone finally called me to schedule a site visit — it took about a month just to connect. And every time I called, I had to re-explain the gutter issues, which became really exhausting.

After the assessment and site visit, the downspout repair went smoothly, and their work has been great so far. I would still work with them, but only if they improve their response time.
