Dan Edmonds gave me an estimate for a new roof at a reasonable price. He explained everything about what should be done and what they were going to do. He gave me several options on different roof packages. He gave me an upgraded package for the price of the lower package. He also threw in a free replacement of my skylight. I feel that he is trustworthy and didn't try to upsale me. He showed me that his company is highly rated with the BBB and Washington state.

Update:
The re-roofing was completed a month ago. I think they did an excellent job and left everything clean and spotless. It did take a couple weeks longer to get the right size skylight replaced, but it was an upgrade to the one I originally had. This one had a remote control shade. Very nice. I did notice one problem with a section of gutter a month later that was pulled away from the house and the rain water was running in-between the back of the gutter and the fascia on the house. I contacted Israel the project manager and he sent someone out that same day to fix it. They fixed the problem and I shouldn’t have that problem again. Excellent customer service. I am very pleased with end result and would recommend True Blue roofing if you need your roof replaced or repaired.

After learning that the company that had replaced my roof 5 years ago had dissolved, I sought out someone to fix the leak. Tristan, from True Blue, made time for me the next day and fixed the leak. Outstanding customer service!

Aron from True Blue is our primary contact for the roof installation. He inspected our roof and gave us a thorough assessment of its condition, as well as answering any questions we had. We were impressed by his ability to be a salesman while managing to not come across as one. We're looking forward to working with him further and we will update our review once the job is completed.

Dan came by to give us a quote on a new roof for our ~2500sq ft rambler. He was on time, professional, and had tons of knowledge regarding different types of roofing. He walked us through the companies online L&I information, which I loved because I want to support companies that take care of their workers - providing opportunities for them to became masters of their craft. As first time homeowners there's always a sticker shock with the price of a new roof, but with True Blue providing financing at better rates then the banks, it helped solidify our decision to go with them, along with the warranty attached. If you're looking at having to get a new roof for what is arguably everyone's biggest investment, I would highly recommend them.

Recently I had my roof replaced with True Blue Roofing, and I can confidently say they did an outstanding job. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and exactly how I asked.

I upgraded from the builder-grade OSB 7/16” (oatmeal) to 3/4” CDX plywood, and chose GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles with the full 50-year Golden Pledge warranty. They also installed Tiger Paw underlayment and Ice & Water Shield. Basically, the best materials available — and they delivered!

Special thanks to Dan, who patiently consulted with me and helped me decide on the best roof system for my home. Also huge appreciation to Denis and his crew, who worked fast, clean, and very professionally — they practically replaced the entire roof in just 2 days.

This crew of hard workers was very professional, extremely courteous, friendly, positive and upbeat. The price was EXCELLENT and the results were gorgeous. They’re very busy due to popularity, so you may need to be a tad flexible on arrival times but we couldn’t be happier on the service, price and product we received. We highly recommend this company.

My driveway looks amazing. His prices were fair and reasonable and his crew were hard working and prompt. Waiting for the newly poured concrete to be sealed. Once completed it will be absolutely terrific. Will follow up with another post once concrete is sealed.

Nelson and his crew were quick, efficient and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would. A cherry tree cracked driveway and they removed the roots and leveled the area. Nelson worked with us on the color of the cement and built a great looking driveway and walkway for us!

His prices were fair and reasonable. His crew was prompt and hard working. I ended up with exactly what I was hoping for quicker than I expected it. If you're looking for concrete work in the area, I can't recommend him high enough!

Hired to do deck replacement, concrete patio, driveway and walkway. Would show up sporadically. Had to call them constantly to get work done. Part of contract was to seal newly poured concrete. That part was never completed. Have called and texted numerous times with absolutely no response. Did not finish clean up or reassemble under part of deck they took apart. Do not recommend.

I had an issue with my sprinkler system and Lorenzo explained it all to me over the phone. He came by a day later to assess it and fixed everything that day. He really knows his stuff and I would highly recommend them! Exceptional customer service 👏

Ramos landscape installed a really nice flagstone patio, walkways, did some clean up around our property...was a pleasure working with Lorenzo...crew great job, cleaned up and reasonable prices too!

We had totally torn up front yard after maple tree got removed in February. Roots and rocks were horrible, sod needed replacing, AND sprinkler system was shot. We are seniors and usually DYI, but this was too much. Also, we have an HOA, so it needed to be fixed asap. My sister recommended Lorenzo because he had just rescued her by doing big project before her house sale could close, so we called him. We got VERY REASONABLE quotes to 1)repair/re-direct 6 zone sprinkler system, along with doing the certified backflow testing. 2) Clearing rocks/roots, old sod off yard and bringing in new, good quality topsoil, AND re-seeding or doing sod. We chose to re-seed. This was wonderful enough to just have a plan for summer, but they finished all of it TODAY! They did the sprinkler system last Saturday and the re-seed project this Saturday. Lorenzo is the best guy! He brought several of his crew to get the job done and they all work super hard. But he's such a great boss, with good leadership. He takes his crew to lunch or brings them lunch. My husband and I are so impressed with them. We're going to ask our HOA to put them on their contractor referral list. They have better prices than most, so why waste your time on high quotes? I'm posting an initial picture of the dirt today because it is so beautiful compared to the horrible tree roots & rocks before. When the grass is in. I'll post that. These guys did this entire 2000 square foot overhaul of our yard in 6 hours ( including lunch break). I'll have grass this summer and sprinklers to water it, so HAPPY!

Amazing service! I had an issue with Backflow Testing. Lorenzo was the only person that took care of it asap, in 1 day. I'm honestly impressed about his level of service, he even refused payment until everything was documented and the issue was cleared.

I'm going to have him in my quick contact list for many maintenance needs.

Samuel and the entire crew were responsive and wonderful to work with. They were so quick to come out and give a quote, then I was amazing at how quickly they completed the work. We did an extensive yard clean up and in one day they got 4 loads of very old rubbish out of our property, and dug grass out between paver stones. The next day they laid mulch and top course gravel. What a transformation in two days! I’m so glad we used Ramos and are looking to set up frequent maintenance to keep our new beautiful yard kept up. Thank you!
