B&b sprinklers did a great thin on our new system. They were timely and communicated with us through the process

Absolutely stellar customer service! From the owner himself coming out to teach me how to winterize my system, to all the guys that installed it.....zero complaints! They were all wonderful, easy to work with, helpful, and professional. I recommend B & B to everyone!

B&B installed our sprinkler system from scratch. They did a great job. It has been the easiest system to maintain and winterize every year. When we had a few issues they came right out and took care of them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the installation of the sprinkler system for my front and back yards. Matt's crew was professional, timely and personable! They went of their way to address any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Very professional and attention to detail. Installed exactly what we requested. Left all areas clean and neat. Explained system and operation so we could easily understand. Highly recommend.

B and B just installed a sprinkler system at my house in Wilbur. They were awesome to work with. Came out about six weeks before to measure and give me an estimate. They initially said it would probably be October before they could do the install, but they called in mid-August and said they could do it the next week. Their installers were professional and they got this done in three days. On the last day, they gave me a tutorial on how to operate the computer system for the sprinklers and they actually left my yard better than they found it! I would highly recommend them for your sprinkler install!

My mother is so thankful that someone recommended B & B Sprinklers when they moved to Spokane. The builder had installed sprinklers in their front yard only. B & B finished the job and has kept their entire system well-maintained over the past 10 years. Hard- working, respectful employees and reasonable prices. We highly recommend this company.

B & B was amazing from start to finish. Brad came out several times to answer our questions and walk through our project vision and gave us ideas of how to make improvements. The crew was quick to install our sprinkler system and made our yard look like they were never there. Every staff member we have dealt with is not only professional but kind. We would give 10 stars if we could.

Last year I got 4 quotes for a new sprinkler system and B&B came in at half the price of everyone else. The work was timely, and all their guys were very friendly and professional. The drain system they use is the best on the market and follow up service has been incredible. No one in Spokane can come close to B&B so don't waste your time with anyone else. Thanks Steve and team!

After 10 years of moving hoses, I decided to bite the bullet and get a sprinkler system installed. B&B did an absolutely wonderful job, from beginning to end. Steve, the owner, was great to work with and Matt, the crew foreman, went above and beyond to install some drip lines that weren't part of the original bid. A great experience all around during a time when we can all use one!

Install team is friendly and helpful with any issues that come up. Nice to have a follow up call after installation to check if everything working properly.

B&B put in a system that required a an irrigation pump and the ability to switch to well water. It was a complicated job because of electrical issues with the pump installed by another company and wrong sized pump. I am an hour from Spokane so they needed to make a number of trips over several years to mitigate problems. The pump company got sold so they wouldn't help. B&B stuck with it and made it work. I have a great system that works properly now. Thank you Brad, Steve & Matt & the rest of the crew. Great people. You run a business the way they should be run. Thanks for your honesty and patience to get things running right. Of course, I highly recommend this company.

B&B was great. They where very friendly, they use the best products and design a great system. I had a few dry spots after my hydro seed was put in, I called the office which the women in the office are the best and they came out the next day and adjusted, moved and replaced heads to make sure everything was perfect. While they where out they ran through every station just to make sure I didn’t have any other issues. Great company and even better service. I wouldn’t go with anybody else.

I needed a lot of help with irrigation at our new home. I called about 8 companies. Half never got back to me or were to busy. One came out and over charged me for a portion of the project. A few companies that provided bids were either outrageously priced, did not offer written proposals, or had ideas that were overly complicated. When Steve from B&B came out it was clear he new exactly what was needed and provided a written estimate quickly for a reasonable amount. The crew was great. They delivered what they promised and I'm very thankful. Couldn't be happier.

B&B put our system in 5-6 years ago and we haven’t had much trouble with it at all. We got a 5 year warranty that we’ve used twice. Both times the techs that came out were very friendly, helpful and took care of the fix. That’s been the good part. The bad parts..

In 2021 we wanted to add another zone and they couldn’t find the time to come out or get us on the schedule because they were too busy doing new installs. I tried calling over the course of months and had to play phone tag with sales to repeatedly hear no. I can live with that, it was crazy times.

This year, six years after install, our warranty was up and a PVC elbow going to our manifolds was busted and they came out to fix it. Well, there were apparently three leaks. The tech mentioned it was probably caused by bad winterization. I’ve winterized it the same the past five years, but fair enough. Then he said, well he’d try to put more slope in it to make sure all the water drained out while winterizing, which would hint at a design problem, not user error. So was it a bad implementation or are you suggesting that I suddenly winterized wrong this year?

Anyway, they were friendly and it seemed they fixed it. But it wasn’t. A week later it starts leaking again further up the system. I call to have them come back out, they say it’ll be two weeks. Of course it’s going to be in the 80s and 70s the next week but they can’t be bothered with old customers. Still, they installed the system, so I schedule an appointment for two weeks out.

One week later I get the bill for $730. My system is still leaking, my grass is dying, and I’m getting taken to the cleaners cause they didn’t tell me that in order to (not) fix my system they were going to charge me to replace everything in my sprinklers boxes.

It’s clear that new installs are important and previous customers are not. It’s also a nice billing strategy to not to tell the customer how much it’s going to be until you’re gone.

This is the first sprinkler company I’ve dealt with so maybe this is just how the industry is. Likewise, maybe it’s my fault for not asking how much a job is going to cost before it’s done.

However, at this point, I’m done getting bad news over the phone even worst news in the mail. I’ll find someone else to work with or I’ll do it myself.

Don't ask for a phone call back. They'll get annoyed, cut you off, label you as"difficult" and refuse to service their own system. Ever again. Paid $10,780.00 for a new system on an existing landscape. It was difficult. There is an enormous amount of basalt in our region. I wasnt too hopeful they would accept the job but they did. Ran 1st season with a couple of tweeks. Came back to walk me through the shutdown in the fall and the start up in the spring. It was part of their contract. Parts broke. They fixed it for standard service call. Later that year had another leak somewhere in ground that shut the whole system down in the middle of summer. It doesn't matter what the request was for as it had nothing to do with warranty work, I was expecting to be charged standard service call and parts. I just wanted someone to return my calls and either schedule or tell me they were unavailable. Nearly three weeks shut down and hand watering. The office manager finally conveyed to me to stop calling. The shop was annoyed and was labeling me as "difficult" in their files and they will not do business with me anymore. OK. Didnt expect that. I heard they had inconsistent customer service but I wanted a "no blow-out" system and they were the only ones doing them so I hired them. Should have listened to the complaints. I had great service with Jones sprinkler in the ensuing years. 9yrs later I have a leak in the valve system in my basement to the tune of a 5gal bucket. Jones' recording said they were finished with blowouts and closed for the season, as was everyone else. So I called B&B it was their system. B&B checked their records and called back the next day. Nope. So I don't know what that still was about but she was pretty nasty to me on the phone that the file said no. They claimed they told my husband this 9yrs ago. He said he has never spoken to them. I was the master gardener, I hired them after explaining the zone requirements signed the contract and wrote out the checks. I walked through the shut down and maintenance with them and Mike knows nothing about nor had anything to do with the sprinkler system all these years. A bit disingenuous of them 9yrs later to say this. I dropped it 9years ago and didnt post a review because I didnt think it mattered. But I've realized the take away is they only want to sell the systems. They are plenty booked up. They don't want to waste their time on routine service calls. They'll label you as a nuisance and have an excuse to not come back. I dont care, I can find a plumber. But if you do care, about reliable customer service, find someone else. Not a great business model.

Jason, Dave and Calob(sp) did an awesome job installing my sprinkler system today. You can’t even tell there was work done. Very professional. Jason explained how the system all works. I will definitely display the sign in the front yard for as long as possible.
I’m so very HAPPY!! Thank you

B & B Sprinkler has my business for life, they installed a quality sprinkler system for our new landscaping. We had a couple warranty repairs needed, and these guys jumped on it immediately without any hesitation. Had it repaired with the new parts needed very quickly. They are professional, fast.
    Highly recommend B & B .
