I love my new B & B sprinkler system ! I have a large yard on a well in Deer Park. The past several summers have been scorching. Now all my work and stress is gone ! It all takes place at night and does not affect my well usage during the day. Steve was an awesome professional with excellent information on how to get everything working at my location. At the end of his visit he said "this is a quote, not an estimate" The job came in exactly as he quoted. Jason and his install crew were fantastic, they made sure that everything was properly completed and tested , that I was completely satisfied, and even fixed a standpipe issue I had. Also, the wireless adapter is totally worth it, I can manage everything from my phone anywhere. I highly recommend B & B , they have the best business experience in the area and I am confident I will receive excellent support if I have any questions or issues. My lawn has completely changed in only two weeks. Thank you Steve, Jason and B & B !

Roy is awesome he has come out everytime to turn on and shut off my system. He's just a great people person and always shows you everything he's doing step by step. He's very professional about his job but still has a great attitude and has fun with it. He's a great guy that works for a great company, I would recommend him and B and B sprinkler to everyone. Zack and his team went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right! Everyone was courageous and respectful, and they patiently took the time to thoroughly review the system and make sure we were satisfied.

We had B and B sprinklers instal a sprinkler system for us. We have a yard that is terraced and difficult to reach, we have landscaped planting areas and needed various coverage types. They are professional, completed the work in the time frame given and true to the estimate. The follow up is remarkable and the service for shutting down in the fall and starting in spring is great! We received several estimates from other companies but we are so glad we chose B and B sprinkler. Best money we have spent on our yard and home update!

Jason Thomas crew was amazing, they installed my system a few years ago and I can't be happier. If I have any questions or concerns they get things taken care of quick and efficiently. I also like the fact that they are registered with the BBB and they stand by there work. I definitely recommend them expecially if you are concerned about fire season protection and want a system.

B&B serviced our sprinkler system and we cannot be more impressed with the customer service. The technician was able to correct all our issues and even stayed late to make sure the job was finished. He had to dig up grass and plants to install a new line and we can hardly tell—the grass was replaced perfectly where he cut it up and the plants were placed delicately returned to their spots. He even leveled out the soil in the garden bed before leaving. Truly exceptional service and the attention to detail has us only using b&b going forward.

After receiving three different bids from companies in the Spokane area (one of which never called me back), we chose B&B because they have their own plumber on staff, which eliminates the need for us to hire a separate plumber. The other company informed us that we would have to pay a plumber to bring water to the outside of the house and that they were three months out for scheduling. B&B, on the other hand, apologized for being just a couple of weeks out and their salesman was willing to answer all my questions, even the silly ones, while the other salesman seemed disinterested in my concerns.

Last year, we hired B&B Sprinklers for a small backyard project and were extremely pleased with their service and no-pressure sales approach. We loved them so much that we had them come back in the middle of summer (their busy season) to set up our apple orchard. They were quick and accommodating on every job, and every crew member was professional!

Did we experience a couple of leaks during the startup? Yes, but they promptly came out to fix them. At the same time, we had some construction happening nearby, and the construction crew ignored the sprinkler flags, which led to additional leaks. Despite this, B&B responded quickly to my call and fit me into their schedule to repair the damaged heads within a few days.

We were so satisfied with the service we received for our money that I called this morning to arrange for another area of our property to be set up with sprinklers. I’m thrilled to no longer have to drag hoses around while mowing the yard!

Very knowledgeable staff, hard workers and very attentive. They have seasoned employees that have been with their company for years which says alot!

Unlike the other bids I received from their competitors who wanted me to get a plumber to do the pipe work they saved me money, time and hassle finding a plumber and did it themselves.

They came back to move the control box because it was an eyesore where they initially placed it and didnt charge me. They made sure everything was locked and certian areas cleaned up just as I instructed.
They broke my gate and fixed it the next day. They came back after they closed to make sure I knew how to use the new system.

Awesome guys to work with. They were very professional and straight forward with what they had planned prior to installation. Always showed up on time and answered all of our questions. Took time to show us the layout of our new sprinkler system and how the control panel worked. Also showed us how to install our drip lines when we got to that point. They were very commited to service following installation and told us to give them a call if we had questions or needed something adjusted. All this and they were the most competitively priced option we looked at. Overall this was a very positive experience and I can't recommend them enough for your sprinkler system needs. Thank you!

Wow what a great experience! First the salesman Steve did a great job explaining the whole job to us. Very knowledgeable on the system and parts they used. He also loves dogs and our dog loved being around him. The crew they sent out to install the sprinkle system were very professional and did an amazing job. Installed a sprinkler system (late August 2025), a "No Blow-Out" system that included: Rainbird Stainless Steel Rotary Heads, pop up sprinkler heads, Drip line(s) around the house, patio area, drip line to tree and (stubbed for future garden). Also installed 2 spigots. ESP-ME3 controller and LNK2 wifi module. Jason and installation crew did a professional job! There is no need to hire a plumber as B&B Sprinklers Inc... they do it all! I am a repeat customer (they installed a system when I lived in the Spokane Valley area).

Needed work done on my, fairly old, sprinkler system. After a long period of radio silence from a previous and different company used for any sprinkler maintenance, I decided to give Aaron and his crew a call. My voicemail to Aaron was almost immediately responded to and work on my system was conducted the very next day. Aaron and his crew worked fast and efficiently. Their attention to detail even pointed out issues that the previous company I was using completely missed. I greatly appreciate the level of professionalism Aaron and his crew operated with. Wonderful level of communication as well. After work was finished, I received my bill(which was very reasonable), which also included attached photos of the work done. Refreshing to see a high level of honesty on their part, which seems to be lacking these days anymore. I will be continuing my business with Aaron and his crew for the future, and would highly recommend this company for any landscape needs.
