Cascadia Comfort provided a very transparent and helpful job of replacing our old & leaking HVAC system and showing me along the way why and how things on our old system were failing. They really go above and beyond with vetting who is coming to your house, giving a full bio on the technicians- which goes a long way to build trust which i appreciate. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR Heating, Cooling and Fireplace needs. One of the owners Regis came out to fix our furnace, as our heat stopped working. What we had dreaded would be a $1000 fix, ended up only costing us $175. Regis had the part to fix the heater with him, replaced it...we have heat again!!!! He also took a look at our faulting fireplace before he left. Cascadia will be back to fix the fireplace in 2 weeks. Fixing the furnace and the inspection was ONLY $175... can't beat that... HAPPY CAMPERS!!!!!!🤝

Incredible service from start to finish! On the day of my appointment, I received a reminder about my time slot & a little summary about my tech (name, hobbies, etc). When my tech was on their way, I recieved a notification. When they arrived, the tech was incredibly kind and knowledgeable- quickly took care of the service & provided a thorough breakdown of their findings before heading off.

Had a great repair done to a very old furnace. We avoided a huge expense of needing to replace the entire unit. A bad transformer was replaced which revived our ability to stay warm. Our technician was very informative and explained our options and was able to give new life to our aging system. We are very grateful for the repair and we recommend Cascadia’s services.
