Aaron and Gavin came out to troubleshoot an issue with the water heater I purchased and had installed by Steve’s Plumbing a little over a year ago. They ran the diagnostics and found no issue with the water heater itself. After checking other things, they determined the issue is probably with the electrical outlet the water heater is powered from. They did however get the water heater working again and advised me to check with an electrician to deal with the issue with the power source. They were prompt, consulted with their colleagues to come up with this diagnosis of the problem. They wore facial masks and practiced social distancing. They were very personable and helped me out on a Saturday. Thanks Aaron and Gavin.

If you are thinking of engaging the services of Steve's Plumbing make sure you ask about their "Standard Rate" for the service you require before ordering a $59.00 service call. If they will not tell you then do yourself a favor and find another plumber. I recently made that mistake and ended up with a nearly $500.00 charge for a job that took no more than 20 minutes labor and probably less than $5.00 worth of material.........They even added a $5.00 fuel surcharge, at a time when fuel is at it's lowest cost in the last five years.

We have an older house and we have utilized Steve's Plumbing for a variety of services over the past 6 years. Each time they have been prompt, courteous and they have always fixed the problem the first time. I knew they were the right company for me after another major plumbing company gave us a ridiculous estimate for an emergency job. Rather than taking advantage of our desperation, Steve's Plumbing came out right away and charged us a very fair, competitive price. Phil was our most recent plumbing tech and he proved they are still the plumbing service we want and trust in our home!

We were pleasantly surprised not only by the quality of the work, but also by the honest pricing policy. We agreed on the cost in advance, and after the service was performed, it did not change. The craftsmen did a complete cleaning and check of the system without any additional, unnecessary services. For their price, the service is simply excellent!

The technician was friendly and explained everything clearly. There was a small delay due to a previous appointment running long. He apologized and still completed the job efficiently. The AC is cooling perfectly again. Positive experience overall.

Had an old furnace short cycling, called these folks and they came out same day to diagnose it. Found the pressure sensor wasn't closing and got some quotes for a replacement furnace since it is 20 years old. Cleared a blockage in the pressure sensor tubes and the furnace is working fine again, $180 for the visit and time wasn't bad. It'll break for good soon I'm sure and I'll be calling Cascadia back for a replacement. They're great to work with.

These guys are great! They sent a technician out who was able to diagnose my old furnace that had gone out. Show to me and explain the failure in a simple easy to understand way. Amazing and fast service; had an AC issue and needed emergency service. Was able to schedule a visit within an hour and Regis came and diagnosed the issue. We were extremely pleased with the work done by Cascadia in assessing the condition our HVAC system. We had Cascadia come out to assess our system after another company came and gave us an unbelievable high quote for major repair work. The technicians Regis and Nate were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. Their assessment found the system to be functioning very well with only a couple minor parts needing replacement. They literally saved us many thousands of dollars in unneeded repairs I will definitely continue with Cascadia for my HVAC service needs.

Had Nathan stop by today to do a yearly checkup on a few mini-splits in my home. He was quick and efficient, noticed some excess water in the units and blew them out for us to prevent any leaks popping up in the future. Highly recommend Cascadia Comfort for any HVAC needs you have.
