We began using Twinkle as our cleaning service 2 months ago. From the beginning, we were impressed with the detail Luis provided in advance and his willingness to answer all questions. The company seems very organized. We know exactly who will arrive (an e-mail with pictures, exactly when they will arrive, and exactly what we can expect. A supervisor is available to introduce new clients to the cleaning crew and go over details. And after the cleaning, we get a quality check e-mail where we can leave feedback. All that is wonderful, but it wouldn't be worth it if the cleaning crew did not do a good job. However, after a cleaning, our house is absolutely clean without an overpowering toxic product smell. The cleaning crew members have been friendly, helpful,and conscientious. It just doesn't get any better. Thank you to Luis, Rebecca, and your wonderful cleaning techs for making our lives so much easier!

Love this cleaning service! The owner is quick to respond and schedule the appointment. You get a follow up email detailing who will be cleaning to place with their pictures which I like- you know who is coming into your house. I've only had my place cleaned twice but both times they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this business!

I recently changed cleaning companies because this kind if service needs to be affordable as well as efficient. Twinkle came through with good personnel and incredible customer service. I used them because others in my neighborhood have had good success with them. It’s challenging to run a cleaning company with constant turnover, but the owner Luis managed to keep the product consistent and make the customer feel valued and important

I needed short notice move out cleaning. A friend of mine recommended Twinkle. They responded right away and came to assess our place the next day and scheduled the cleaning for a few days later, right in between Christmas and New Year's. They did a very thorough job and did it very quickly for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!

I am very happy with Twinkle Cleaning Services. The price is reasonable. The cleaners on the staff are hard-working and do a great job. Some of them don't speak English very well, but one member of the team is always fluent in English so communication is not a problem. Luis, the owner, responds quickly to any messages I send him.

I especially appreciate that Luis is very flexible in scheduling. My husband and I spend part of the year out of town, and he is always able to accommodate our irregular schedule.

I signed up for Twinkle's deluxe clean & recurring weekly clean. Each week they clean my house so thoroughly! I especially like how they rake the carpets before vacuuming - it makes a huge difference. The small details are even more impressive though. For example, last week they lined up my kiddos toy cars on his window sill (when they could've just pushed them to the side to clean the floor). So grateful we found Twinkle!!

We hired Twinkle Cleaning Services to help get our home ready for hosting our family Thanksgiving celebration. They did a great job cleaning our home. And showed a ton of extra care by doing little things like remaking our kids' beds, adding bow/flower decorations using our kleenex/toilet paper and generally working well around our dog. I highly recommend them.
