The Switch Electric agent did an excellent job in the startup procedure on our newly installed 26KW home standby generator and explained clearly how & what had to be accomplished showing the complete process. He answered all of our questions and completed the process showing Switch Electric has top-notch technicians on their staff.

Switch Electric did such great work installing our standby generator (5 years ago), and our technician today, Morgan, was fantastic. He performed our annual service, helped re-level the generator (after the ground had settled underneath it over time), and got us all ready for the next time power goes out in the neighborhood!

I had a fan/light installed in my bedroom and the box had to be upgraded to accommodate the fan. The technician/Bryan was very knowledgeable and was excellent at stopping and answering all my questions. He explained what had to be done and why. I have used them a few times and have been very pleased with each technician that have done the work.

Switch Electric Home Energy is a great company to work with — everyone from Tyler, to the scheduling office, to the onsite installers (Brett and team) were professional, communicative, friendly, and extremely courteous. We worked with Switch on a 9 kWh system and from the design/concept to build, everyone was quick, efficient, and sharp problem solvers. I found Tyler to be very responsive and informative, and really worked with me as a partner — listening to my concerns, addressing them, and working to find the best solution possible. On top of that, their pricing is very transparent and fair. I got a couple of other bids from A&R Solar and Tesla, and both of the quotes/teams lacked the specificity and transparency that Tyler operated with.

When it came to the actual installation of our SunPower panels, the team was quick, communicative, and did good work. You can tell they truly care about what they do and the craft of their work. For instance, our house is three stories tall and it's nearly impossible to see the panels from the street level, yet the team worked to make sure the layout actually looked really good. Details re where / how to run conduit to roof penetrations to even where to place their ladders/equipment — everything was handled with care. I'd 100% work with Switch again, and cannot recommend them enough!

I had my Universal Tesla installed by Switch Electric on 10/29/24. Kory came and gave me a quote first. He told me my cost and explained everything to me in terms I understand. Jacob and Eryn notified me before they arrived. They reaffirmed where I wanted it installed. The area was a little more difficult to do but they did such a clean and beautiful job. They also fixed a few of our outlets in the house. After they were done, they labeled the electrical panel nicely. A few days later, they had an inspector came to our house. I highly recommend Switch Electric and will definitely use them again.

Honestly, if I could make it a six star review, I would. What an amazing company to Hire! They came out reviewed my needs gave me a couple suggestions even fixed one of my switches on the spot. I had them come out put in 3-20 amp drops, the work was done in two days, I was without power for only about two hours. The technicians that came out to support the job were outstanding. I cannot say enough nice things about this company, and I have already referred them to one of my friends.

Cortney arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work just as promised, but more than that, she was friendly and thorough and made sure all of our questions were answered. We will definitely use Switch Electric services again.

Had an issue the first visit with a technician that was not able to do the job. Had to reschedule for the next week. This time, a team arrived to replace a chandelier in a room with 16 foot ceiling. They were prompt and efficient, offered suggestions about height and measurements. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend this group and will keep them on my list for future needs.

I hired Switch Electric Home Energy because they came highly recommended by my brother in Law who has used them and been very happy. I am so thankful because they were awesome. Eryn was the electrician that came and also had Ryder with him. I was having an upgrade from 100 to 200 amp service, a new fuse panel, plus a car charger install and a generator outlet. My power feed had to be re-routed also. I was so impressed with what they did for us. We couldn't be happier. The quality of work they did was top notch. I will happily refer people I know who are in need of an electrican to go with Switch. You will not be disappointed. These guys were fantastic. I have looked at their work several times since they left because it looks so good. ! Thank you guys so much for everything !!

From working with Deeana with scheduling (I believe there was one other person in the office) to Courtney at the installation the service provided was top notch.

The office staff helped me navigate the Ford charger red tape, an electrician in the office helped me understand what they would be installing, why they were installing it and why doing more would eb overkill.

Courtney arrived for the installation, met me with a hand shake, asked where I wanted my charger, explained her plan for installation, clarified a few things, then started her work. I let her know I would be on a Zoom call and asked her to wave me down when she needed me. When she was done she waved me down, asked if I was done, offered to wait for my call to end(?!!!), then reviewed the work completed.

This is the level of service I strive to get from my crew. This experience was truly refreshing and I look forward to working with anyone from their team in the future.

Needed some work done to accommodate our new induction range and it couldn't have been easier thanks to Switch. They were very prompt about addressing our follow-up concerns, too -- Tyler was extremely helpful!

We recently had Switch Electric install a Generac generator for our home and cannot say enough about the great customer service and quality of work they provided on this project. Customer service began with the initial phone conversation with the office staff. They were friendly, helpful and even arranged for Kory to come out the next day to provide an estimate. When Kory arrived he assessed our site, listened our concerns, answered all our questions and did not try to oversell products or services beyond our needs. We received a detailed estimate later that day at a reasonable price and decided to proceed. Bryan and his assistant arrived the next week to install our generator system. They were extremely courteous, answered any additional questions about the system and performed a top quality installation of all components. Before leaving they made sure we were satisfied with the work and that any additional questions were answered. The office staff followed up the next day to ensure we were satisfied with the work performed.

Should we have any future needs for electrical services we will use Switch Electric.

Switch installed a new circuit and breaker box for our new hot tub, as well as three new outlets. The electricians were knowledgeable, professional, very knowledgeable about current regulations and they were flexible and friendly. There final bill was slightly less than estimated. Love these guys!

Bryan and his crew (Riley, Eryn, Ryder) went above and beyond providing excellent service. The process of updating a much-needed 60’s kitchen remodel required a few creative solutions for lighting, appliance, and outlet placement. Also, as with most remodel projects, you anticipate finding additional issues not addressed prior to starting the project. Bryan and crew handled these concerns with ease and the final outcome was virtually stress free. I’m very pleased with how everything came together and look forward to a modern space with better lighting and workflow. Highly recommended Switch Electric!
