Reviews of local pros in Moses Lake, Washington

Best in central Washington!

Timely, clean and professional. Derek is the best in the business!

Amazing Job. Finished very fast! Highly recommend!

May not still be in business. Call went to voice mail and the voice mailbox was full.

Great service and communication. Knowledgeable on varieties and care of indigenous vegetation.

100% your tree guy in the Moses Lake area! Derek will take care of your trees as you would expect from an ISA Certified Arborists.

I’ve been a customer of them for years always do stellar work and can count on them anytime

Great communication!! They did a fantabulous job. I would absolutely recommend to everyone!!

Did a great job pruning the trees and cleaned up after. Will definitely be asking them to come back in the future.

Excellent communication. Work done on time and fair price. Will definitely use again.

Wish I could hire this crew for All of my projects! My place would look Sooo good.... Let me know if you branch out!! 😉 👍😁

Had a God awful dead tree in the front of my house, they cut it down and cleaned up around the base, they did a great job, no complaints, very easy transaction, everything was done digitally so I didn't have to waste time being there waiting for them or anything Bravo

Derek was so helpful in discussing why we should get rid of the trees that were diseased.
He really knows his stuff & is a hard worker!
I will be recommending his business!!

They came out & gave me a quote to remove trees. I approved the quote & the appointment was scheduled. The day of the appointment comes and no one showed up! Called him twice and he has not returned my calls. Very disappointing because he was really nice & the quote for the work was very reasonable.

This is my neighbor's business. Though he has not done work for me personally, I have seen is work for others, spoken to a few clients who have expressed deep satisfaction with his work and work ethics. So far as I know, he is the only state certified arborist in our area, and in discussions with him, he has detailed his formal schooling in the field. I highly recommend him to anyone needing professional and competent services.

I highly recommended this company. We used him twice, once for trimming our extremely overgrown trees and second for stump removal. Our trees are so much healthier since he trimmed and reshaped them. You won't be disappointed with his services.

Nice guy, terrible business owner. Round 1: Showed on the wrong day, with no communication. I had to leave work to come home and move stuff out of their way. He was short staffed, and didn't finish the job. Not necessarily his fault, but some transparency before half the day was over would have been appreciated. Round 2: Complete no show. No communication at all, even when we called and emailed. Ended up having to rent a man-lift and finish the job ourselves seven months later. Again, nice guy but wouldn't recommend if you needed a job completed. Edited to respond to owner's comment: I do not have you confused with another business, everything is under my husband's name which is different than mine.

Always very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Derek and his crew are very good at pruning and trimming in order to preserve the health of the trees. We are lucky to have them in this area.

I have been using Green Tree Preservation for 5 years and today they did it again! They were on time, excellent team work, got the job done and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you for excellent service.

In addition to tree trimming they also removed some trees, bushes, and some stumps. They were very affordable and did a great job. I'm so happy I found this company, no one else will touch my trees as long as they're in business. The owner, Derek, is responsive and communicates well. He is an arborist so you don’t have to worry about your trees getting hacked up.

Derek does amazing work and is very reasonably priced. He has done lots of trees in my neighborhood, Sage Bay, including helping us save our two big beautiful trees. I always recommend him to my clients when they need a professional tree expert. He has great recommendations if you want to make changes and it is very evident that he Ioves what he does. I highly recommend Derek at Green Tree Preservation.
