Paul and his coworker did an amazing job! It’s hard to find local businesses that are available during the spike 🥵 season!
They were able to replace our entire ac unit during 4th of July week! It was well over 100 degrees out there and I thought they might cancel but knowing I had littles at home they ensured to get it working for us. Very professional and kind !
Would 10/10 recommend!

Paul was excellent. He came late at night and fixed my central air. It was 86 degrees in my house. Great job!

Paul was awesome. Walked me thru the service he was doing and let me know what will need to be done in the future. He also gave me some great recommendations on how to keep my older heat pump running as parts are getting harder to get.

They were able to come out on short notice and got my AC running again, the tech even gave us some tips to do in fall. A+ I highly recommend, price was affordable as well!

Paul was just great. We had an issue with our heat pump, on a Friday afternoon. Told us he couldn't come on Friday but would come on Saturday. Not only did he keep in contact with us, he came to our house on the way to a family party, and fixed our problem. It was during the hot weather, 96 degrees outside, so he knew we needed air conditioning. Was nice, respectful and professional. I would recommend Columbia Basin Heating and Cooling to anyone. 100% professional and a good value and great quality. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I called for my air conditioner repair. Paul was there within an hour. Fixed the AC fast. Was very polite and professional.

Peter and Paul showed up same day as I called. My AC/heat pump wasn’t working and was making the house miserably hot. They found the issue very quickly, for the parts ordered and installed within very reasonable time. I would highly recommend Columbia Basin. The cost was much leas than expected and reasonable.

Very happy with the service. When I booked the Furnace Service, I mentioned how they had five stars on Google. I was impressed and they deserve five stars. The price was reasonable, the workers were respectful and courteous. They fit me in a reasonable time even though I didn’t have any emergency situation. I will definitely continue to use for all heating and air conditioning needs.

Always quick response very nice to deal with with reasonable prices. We have rentals so there are go to company for HVAC repairs.

Paul and his team did a great job for us. We live about 35 miles outside of Moses Lake but it wasn’t a problem for Columbia Basin. When our original Trane unit wouldn’t work Paul had someone out to help us the same day. After the evaluation our 19 year old unit needed to be replaced, Paul carefully gave us a bid for 3 different units and explained the differences to us. Paul was there to install within a couple days of ordering the unit we chose. It was a Saturday of Memorial weekend which was awesome with our schedule.
Overall I highly recommend Columbia Basin Cooling and Heating for their communication, prompt response and friendly staff.

Paul is wonderful! Our heat stopped working during one of the coldest days we've had so far this winter and he was able to get us in so quickly! Called Paul and they were able to come out the same day figured out what was wrong and ordered the part. The part did take a week to come in, but they were very responsive to my text messages and came out the day they got the part to put in. Very friendly and answered any questions I had!

The compressor switch on our central air went out on a day it was 97°. We were put on the schedule that afternoon and they had it fixed and us back on line in 10 minutes. We have made Columbia Basin Heating and Cooling our only heating and cooling service provider. I would recommend them with a 5 star review.

I thank God for Columbia Basin Heating and Cooling Services!! My air conditioner stopped working yesterday (Friday), around 11:30 am... Within hours (mid-afternoon) it was back working!!!!
I was so stressed 😥, was expecting family from our of town...called the company that installed the unit, but found out they weren't in business any more😔; what am I going to do?!
Got on the phone (google), and called neighbors... see if they knew any service, anyone that could come out asap. No one available/ recodings, left messages!
