I just moved to Houston but I’ve always love the work from Gaskins Cleaning! I loved coming home to a beautifully sanitized and clean smelling home every two weeks. Teresa is a rock star!

We have enjoyed having Teresa and her crew clean our home for many years now. We are totally satisfied. They are friendly and efficient, always willing to take on a special project or tackle something new. I highly recommend them.

We have a very busy schedule. Between work, aging parents, siblings and other time consuming facts of life we barely have enough time to sleep. We both look forward to coming home on the days that Gaskins Cleaning Services comes to visit. Our black-topped range and granite counter tops that are usually sticky with cooking and other kitchen tasks are gleaming, smooth and perfect, as are the floors. I love the freshly-vacuumed look of the rug and hopping in to a nice clean bathroom shower and, for one day every two weeks, washing the day away and just enjoy being home. They even get our ceiling fan dust off when we ask!

COULDN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS! I was admittedly , a little bit wary of switching from my original cleaning crew but I was super pleasantly surprised to be just as satisfied with Gaskins Cleaning Services .

-The owner , Teresa is very customer service oriented, very-flexible and extremely easy to schedule with :
-Prices are super fair;
-Don"t feel the least bit nervous about having them clean our home unattended because they are very honest and trustworthy;After discussing this with several of my friends, I have surmised that this is really the most important obstacle for most NW residents. As more private- ish people , many of us find it very hard to allow others into our personal space. SOOOO Thankful to feel so secure and comfortable with this cleaning service given my multiple horrible experiences in the past.

I made an appointment with Teresa to clean our house. I texted her to confirm the night before since I didn’t hear from her. She said she had an emergency dental procedure and couldn't make it after all. She mentioned that she forgot because she was in pain all week and didn’t think to call or text to let me know. She offered to clean the following week but said if we didn’t want her to, she would understand. She was also supposed to do a walk through consultation in order to give us a more accurate estimate, but never came to our house. Teresa is unreliable and very unprofessional. I would not recommend her.

Let me tell you, I do not like cleaning. At all. And when I don't like something, I avoid doing it as much as possible. But I also don't like a dirty house, so I thought I decided that the perfect solution would be to hire professionals. I hired Gaskins Cleaning Services, and I'm glad I did.

They were very efficient, friendly, and thorough with their services. After they were done, my house was impeccably clean. I never even knew my house could be THIS clean. I also like their prices: they were very reasonable to begin with and after I saw how good the job was, those prices are actually very good. I was referred to this business by a friend who uses them regularly. I have used two other cleaning services in the past and have not been satisfied, so I was a little nervous this time.
They showed up right on time, which already impressed me because my house is slightly outside their normal service area. I wanted a cleaning service because I am just so busy with my business and just don't have the time to do it myself and would like my house to be free of dirt and pet hair and to be maintained for as long as I can.
I am so impressed by Gaskins Cleaning Services crew of two people showed up and immediately got to work on my disheveled, neglected, 1800 sq ft home. They worked extremely quickly and efficiently with no downtime whatsoever. My dog even liked them!

Gaskins Cleaning Services has been our housecleaner for over 7 years. They are dependable, professional, COVID-safe, and use great cleaning products. In addition, they are bonded and insured so you can feel safe having them in your home - nothing was ever damaged, and our cleaner gave us a heads up whenever anything unusual was noticed, both in terms of the physical shape of the house and in terms of any unusual activity at the home if we were not there when she cleaned. I can recommend them highly!

Teresa has been fantastic to work with for everything from a move in/out cleaning to a regular maintenance cleaning at our home. She is very thorough and everything couldn't be cleaner. We will definitely be using Teresa in the future.
