Such practices as the way beds are made, pillows placed, tissue and toilet paper decoratively folded, linens and towels brought back to their office to get tough stains removed; these are just a few details consistent with their service. What is important to me was the owner, Raquel and her staff's friendliness and professionalism. They are always communicating, on-time, and responsive to any requests. Raquel runs an efficient and customer focused business which I find of value. I highly recommend their service without reservation.
