We are a 35 person office and absolutely LOVE the service we get from Vanguard. Creative minds can be messy - our guy Ralph comes in twice a week and does wonders - he keeps our space looking sparkly and client ready. He's the greatest.

Working with Drew at Vanguard Cleaning has been a great experience. The cleaning team always does a great job at our multiple Shelter locations! They are very professional, flexible & pay attention to detail!

We have been using Vanguard Cleaning Systems at our company for about 3 1/2 years. Unlike most cleaning companies who start out doing a very good job and then start slowly slacking off - Vanguard has remained consistent in keeping up the good service they started with. We have been very happy with them.

We use Vanguard for cleaning services at my office and the staff and service have been excellent.
We had used them for a year and even though very satisfied, management at work wanted to try another cleaning company. What a major mistake! The other cleaning company basically did not clean and phone calls were never returned. We cancelled them and went right back to Vanguard and got our old cleaning crew back.
The office staff is always very friendly and always promptly respond to calls and emails.
Our cleaning crew is great. Our office is always clean and well maintained. We have a log book that they pay close attention so I always know that any concerns we have will be addressed.
I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Vanguard a few months ago and they have done a fantastic job cleaning our 93,000 sq ft building. They've met with us a couple of times already to go over details and make sure we're satisfied with the work being done. They communicate well and clean even better!

He has been very thorough in providing our various cleaning services and ensuring that we are satisfied with the results. And yes, we have been very satisfied. Exceptional service from both Drew and the cleaning crews!

We use Vanguard at Windermere Kirkland and they are great! Sales, service, and support are all so helpful and quick to respond. As a business manager, I've never liked one commercial cleaning company I've ever had, but our Vanguard cleaners are great! Bryan Ayers was very helpful in getting us set up.

Our floors look brand new! All of our staff have noticed and even our residents and parents of the day care children have mentioned how impressed they are! The team was punctual and did a great job!

Vanguard is fantastic! Thorough and timely with every clean. My favorite part of their service is that they email every 2-3 months to check in and see how everything is going. If I have any questions or concerns they respond immediately to correct. Exceptional service!

We have a monthly contract with Vanguard and the franchise who is apparently on this contract is NW Janitorial LLC. The staff and myself thought that their contract included garbage's, perhaps some vacuuming as we would have debris under desks and in the show room which remained when we returned to work on Monday. It appeared that cleaning any hard surface flooring was not part of the contract so being a Commercial Cleaner myself, I went there to clean the kitchen floor as it was REPULSIVE. It took me 4 hours just for the kitchen which is small. When cleaning the floor the vinyl seemed soft to me which would mean water damage. I checked to see if perhaps there was a leak from the DW, or Water Filter but that was not the issue. I pulled the fridge away from the wall to see if perhaps there was an issue there. Nothing. I decided to check to see if the cleaners had come and to make sure that the kitchen was still the way I left it. I was APPALLED. The floor had standing water on it EVERYWHERE. I looked at the wall area where there is cove base. The water was seeping under the base. Thus I now know where the water issue was coming from. I am going to speak to the owner on Monday and show him the pictures of Before and After I cleaned it. I am certain after he sees the pictures of the standing water on the clean vinyl floor, that he too will question Vanguard's cleaning standard . I now assume that this is part of their monthly contract but it is very obvious after seeing the standing water on the clean floor that there is no quality control in their work . They had just left when I got there. I had to wipe the floor down with numerous rags to mop up the puddles. I would NOT refer this Company to anyone.

****Monday May 16. I want to thank Bryan for stopping by today to find out why I wrote the review that I did. This is HUGE for the franchise owner of a Co to do this. I still think that the quality of the cleaning is done without any attention to detail or of quality control. I think that now that Bryan knows my concerns, that things will be done with a bit more effort on quality. Thank you

Jose and his cleaning crew have done an excellent job. In addition to being very reliable and trustworthy, they responded very quickly to our request for help when we experienced an unexpected mess due to smashed glass.

Reyes Baltazar and his cleaning crew do an excellent job keeping our offices clean, fresh, and well maintained. Their attention to detail and consistency truly show in their work.

Ana did an amazing ingle thorough job of deep cleaning my house. It was sparkling when she finished! And she was very nice and friendly as well.
