Without a doubt, Dmitry was one of the best appliance technicians I have ever had. He’s professional, highly capable, reliable and he was a pleasure to have in my home. I had a Sunday emergency with my GE stackable washer. He answered the phone when I called Sunday morning and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. A part needed to be ordered. He came back Monday morning at our scheduled time with the new part and got my washer up and running quickly. I highly recommend him for all your appliance needs.

Dmitri arrived on time and carefully looked over my dishwasher issues. He explained the problem and said he could repair it, but better if I buy a new machine. This advice was great. He’s thoughtful, intelligent & honest. I will call troubleshooters again.

I called Troubleshooter Appliance Repair sight unseen for the urgent repair of my oven heating element. Dmytro’s response was immediate and reassuring. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted an extremely reasonable price for the repair, and was available immediately. We scheduled for the next day. He was on time, with the necessary parts and equipment, and the repair was done quickly. In addition, Dmytro professional and affable throughout. I was very impressed. I will definitely call him again and happily recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Absolutely a wonderful person that I Meet Dimitri to be. Prior to coming over at my home, great conversation clarified all procedure as needed, very open with his pricing and even more his arrival time very prompt. His work in diagnosing was on point, a part that was needed sure enough you had it on hand as he was suppled with model and serial number prior to him arriving.
Great experience, if need be I would only deal with him only. I will be recommending him to all family and friends and clients as I’m a general contractor.

Needed to install washing machine and dryer. Over the phone call to make the appointment, Dmitry was very transparent about pricing and potential slight cost-up if any additional part was needed. I can also tell he is knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’ll need to do. During the service, he was professional, focused, and finished the job beautifully. He’ll definitely be my go-to technician whenever I have the need of appliance service.

He did an excellent job fixing my washing machine! Was able to come next day and did the work quickly. After fixing a broken lid lock, I still had issues and he came back the next day to troubleshoot and fixed additional issues. He was communicative and fair, would definitely recommend!

I hired him to repair my refrigerator, and unfortunately, the experience was very unprofessional. At first, I was quoted a much higher price, but after some back and forth, the price was lowered. Later, I noticed the same problem came back just a couple of weeks after the repair.

When I tried to contact the technician, I discovered I had been blocked, which is extremely unprofessional. I had to reach out using another number just to ask about the issue. I was originally told there was a warranty/guarantee (labor and parts), but then the policy suddenly changed, he claimed labor was only covered for 1 month while the part was covered for 3 months. This doesn’t make sense, as both should be consistent under a professional warranty.

To make matters worse, instead of honoring the original repair, he tried to charge me again. If it was truly the fan that was broken (as he initially claimed), the issue should not have returned so quickly. And if it was another part causing the issue, a professional should have been able to identify that during the first visit.

Overall, I felt misled, ignored, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism.

Our dishwasher stopped working and Dmytro showed up within the 2 hours window he said the same day I called. Before him I called several others, they will charge $20 cheaper for diagnosis but have to wait few days to a week.
Dmytro’s work is professional, thorough, clean and reliable. He was also very patient with my questions and showed me step by step how he figured out the source of the problem. I am extremely satisfied with his work and will not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends and family.

I was able to schedule someone from Volta to come out to my house for my project within 2 days. They did the work quickly and correctly.

Serghei and team did a great job upgrading our panel to 200 amps, installing additional outlets, and installing our hot tub. Friendly staff and great communication.

Serghei was a pleasure to work with on this project. He was fair on pricing, attentive to all details, prompt with scheduling, and finished on targeted time. He is a Can-Do type of person which made my life so much easier.

Short version. Sergei failed to show up on the planned day. I called him 50 minutes after our planned meeting time of 1PM, on February 24th, 2023. He had forgotten about us and was on another job, an hour away in Seattle. After much conversation, he said he would head our way and be there in an hour. When he arrived (now two hours late), he got right to work. He quickly drilled through some other house wires that were in plain view while drilling through an exposed wall stud (he did make repairs afterward). He finished in about 40 minutes, including the repair to the other wires.
The City of Renton electrical inspection was supposed to be the following work day, Monday, per Sergei. We had someone at house all day on Monday to meet the inspector. The inspection was cancelled by City of Renton because they said that Volta's business license had expired. I called Sergei and he said it was just a technicality and he would handle it within the hour.
Later that day I called him again to see if he did get the license paid up. He said he was too busy and would do it tomorrow. This went on for over a week with numerous phone calls, text, and emails. Broken promise after broken promise.
Finally on March 8th we got our inspection signed off and the job was complete.
I will say that Volta's price was fair and Sergei was polite, but the hassle to get him to simply wire up the charger and get it inspected as agreed upon was almost comical if it hadn't wasted so much of our time.
I would not use Volta again.

Victor was very professional and identified the problem immediately and fixed the issue within minutes and restored power in our dining area immediately! One of the outdoor outlets had no power, Volta sent out the electrician next day, electrician was courteous and explained everything to me in details, kept me in the loop all the time. The problem was solved quick and did not require 2nd trip. What a wonderful experience with Volta.
