Responsive, quick, professional, and reliable! I would definitely recommend and I'll be a returning customer!

Dmitriy was punctual, polite, and respectful. He fixed our over oven microwave for much cheaper than it would have been to replace it. He quickly and quietly diagnosed the issue and got to work. I highly recommend Dmitriy for any appliance repairs.

Very professional, Demetri came in diagnosed my dryer repaired it, very reasonable price, he gave me his card and if I have another problem I will be calling him.

I highly recommend Dimitry and Troubleshooters. He was very transparent and credible. He arrived in time and work was billed just as he had agreed to before arriving. He fixed our Samsung appliance and says he works on all major brands. Not easy to find a legit appliance repair person but he is a good one.

Arrived on time and fixed the issue with my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. I am happy with Troubleshooters services.

I had a great experience with Troubleshooters Appliance Repair! They were able to come the day I called. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. The problem was a clogged/blocked part. They cleaned it and replaced the part instead of charging me for a replacement part. I appreciate the honesty. Highly recommend them.

It seems he did a thorough investigation, identified the problem with my washer machine, bought supplies for the solution, then fixed it.
The seal looks pretty good to me.

Dimitri was able to visit our house the day we called and diagnosed the problem with our oven. He helped us determine a solution and was able to get parts quickly. We will call him again the next time we need an appliance repair. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Great experience. The dishwasher error wasn’t showing when he first came out, but when it came back later he was kind enough to return that evening. He found the issue, repaired it, and now it works perfectly. Highly recommend!

One of the knobs on my range burned out. I called Troubleshooters, and just in a few hours got a visit where the problem was quickly identified. A part was ordered, and a few days later, once it arrived, they came back to fix the range. Everything was done quickly and carefully. The service was friendly and attentive. Good customer experience!

Dimitri was super responsive, and very knowledgeable to fix our problem. On time, efficient and honest. He’s stored in my contacts for all household appliances. Could t recommend him more!

Dmitry did such a great job! My washing machine was leaking and overfilling. He came out to diagnose it and ordered a new gasket for me. The next morning he came right on time and installed the gasket, which was a bit tricky to install since my laundry room is fairly small. So he had to maneuver a bit. All the while, he kept a pleasant demeanor!! The gasket was difficult to replace, but after it was replaced he went on to diagnose other things and found some things disconnected. He went above and beyond, even cleaning out the standing water under my washer. 10 thumbs up for Dmitry! I would recommend him to anyone! He also repairs GE, Bosch, and Kenmore appliances, and I’m sure many more! Thank you, Dmitry!!

Dmitry, my service technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had no problem with allowing me to sit in for a portion of the assessment. He clearly explained his rationale for diagnosing the problem with my dishwasher and the repair solution. It was less than 45 minutes and came with a 1 month guarantee.
