Great service! Went above and beyond to help my family in a time of need. He did exactly what he said he would do for the price he said he would do it for. No surprises and no complaints at all on my end. Highly recommend!
Called Branden to find a short in a GFI circuit for a rental house. He responded and left, fixing nothing – outlets and lights still not working. Never responded back to me until I reached out to him to inquire after the tenants said same problems remained. He told me he didn’t know what the problem was and that he would start by replacing all the outlets for a quote of $350. I agreed to that bid. He came back and ultimately found a genset transfer switch was tripped, reset it, and replaced a few worn outlets – not all. Then sent me a bill for $1K. When I asked him for details related to his man hours because the work he performed on paper did not justify the bill, he got emotional and was relentless in arguing with me and assuming I was the “difficult” one. There are many honest hard-working contractors in N. Spokane, I would recommend using someone other than BCH Electric.
Neighbor and I called.... returned call within 15 minutes..... was able to come out. Was here within the hour, antilized the issues, made checks, was able fix...... Great service, knows his profession. Highly recommend to anyone..
This is the second project we've had done by BCH. First our home and now our new garage. We are 100% pleased with the process and the end product. Total pros and really nice as well.
