I left a message through his website. It has been two days and I still have not received a call or email or any word whatsoever. I still have a leaky faucet, I guess Mr. Rooter is getting my business. I was hoping to keep my dollars local.

North Bend WA: So Shea came out, seemed nice enough, looked at the work and gave a ball park estimate that we liked. However from then on he played a passive aggressive unprofessional child avoiding providing a written estimate or a scheduled date. Instead of just saying “we are too busy, sorry”, no, over a one month period he wasted everyone’s time by saying things like.... “sorry I forgot, I will get you it later today”, sorry I got slammed, I will get it tomorrow”, this went on for a month, what an unprofessional company to play such childish games.
Belbrook came out and fixed my hot water heater, the guys did such a great job and left everything working better then I could have imagined super happy!
