Outstanding quality of service, on time and friendly

I left a message through his website. It has been two days and I still have not received a call or email or any word whatsoever. I still have a leaky faucet, I guess Mr. Rooter is getting my business. I was hoping to keep my dollars local.

Very professional. Made suggestions that were very helpful. Called to let me know when they were on the road and when the job was finished. Very pleased

Shea called me back and arranged an appointment convenient for my schedule. He was friendly, courteous and did a great job. I would definitely hire him again.

North Bend WA: So Shea came out, seemed nice enough, looked at the work and gave a ball park estimate that we liked. However from then on he played a passive aggressive unprofessional child avoiding providing a written estimate or a scheduled date. Instead of just saying “we are too busy, sorry”, no, over a one month period he wasted everyone’s time by saying things like.... “sorry I forgot, I will get you it later today”, sorry I got slammed, I will get it tomorrow”, this went on for a month, what an unprofessional company to play such childish games.

Belbrook came out and fixed my hot water heater, the guys did such a great job and left everything working better then I could have imagined super happy!

Belbrook plumbing is top notch. From Will to Andrew, right on up to the owner Shea. Professional, on time very fair on pricing. Very polite and great with communication.
