I am buying anew kiln, but it has a different plug than I have installed. They let me send them pictures from my phone and then checked their stock and were willing to save the receptacle I needed. When I got there I had decided to get a new plug instead and they found that for me. Thanks

Everyone is nice here, varying levels of knowledge. At least they have the ability to move products around so you can order in from other locations. They sell wire off larger spools. There are plenty of tools available if you need something specific also.

Associates are always very nice and helpful

They generally have what I need, and the folks here are always super friendly.

Been looking for a while for a place like this. Always has what I need for industrial motor controls. Higher priced than most other places but the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I wondered into the shop with a certainly dumb question and, despite me not being a pro contractor (their primary clientele), these guys took the time to test out an electrical component I brought and offer some suggestions how to move forward on resolving my electrical issue. Thanks!

Ordered a starter on Monday and said I MUST have it to work this weekend (or Dave would miss two days work over it.)

Said I'd prefer to have it shipped rather than pick it up if possible.

It was just shipped 15 minutes before closing time today (Friday.)

It would only have taken a phone call to prevent this.
