Great customer service. Very reasonable fees. The work was done exactly per the bid, even though we ran into some unforeseen impedances and delays. The electrician (Keith) was friendly, polite and very competent. I enjoyed all aspects of the transaction. A much better experience than with a close competitor.

Great customer care. Offered information over the phone which helped in making a decision. Asked good questions and cared about our project. We didn't use because they helped vet out our solution over the phone which is honest and respectable.

Thank you Action Electric! I gave them a call this morning about an old install and wanted to know if it could be accommodated to fit a new electric kiln. The staff was very helpful and informative.

Thurston Electric recently replaced 3 exterior security lights and an interior ceiling light for me. Rusty, the electrician, gave me excellent advice about the different features of exterior lights, and the lights I then chose are doing exactly what I wanted. Rusty also noticed that the new ceiling light I had chosen wouldn’t cover marks left by the old light, and he suggested adding a medallion, which looks perfect. I will absolutely call Thurston Electric (and request Rusty) for my future electrical needs.

As a Construction Superintendent for near 30 years, only a few of my sub contractors have stood out and apart from the masses. Thurston Electric is definitely one of the best I've had the pleasure to work with.

When things go bad with the project schedule as they occasionally do. Thurston Elect was willing to do whatever it took to keep my project on track with their work, working odd hours or part days or whatever it took to keep things moving forward!

Eric came out this morning and replaced a GFCI for us and discussed future plans for projects we want done around our property. Eric was very helpful and very nice we appreciated his knowledge and excellent customer service. A+++ Can’t wait for him to get started on the other projects!

I called over a week ago to schedule having our hot tub reconnected since we got a new one. The gentleman on the phone put me on hold and then came back to give me a quote of $149.00 per hour. Told him exalt what we needed. Then they show up for apt. Not prepared at all, said the work order was not correct whoever I spoke to, had the name right but then the amount act from $149.00 to over $500-600...... when I called the office the guy apologized said he had no idea who I talked to etc...I will NEVER use them and complaint filed. I called them because they are suppose to be the professionals, but not into bait and switch. The guy when he arrived said " are you hoping to getting the hot tub connected today"? I wanted to say NO, I just called to have you look at it lol.... SORRY NOT MY VIEW OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, and they had no idea who I talked to on the phone..... sad

This was my second engagement with Action Electric. Very competent and professional. A great team. They are welcome back on my property anytime.

Very poor workmanship. The workman told me that there would be no problem installing fan so I left for an appointment. When I returned, there was a half legible note of apology and a horrific mess to my bathroom ceiling that I had to pay another party $300 to repair. I’ve written to complain and offered to pay all but $100 (and did so) but they now have the nerve to bill me for the remaining $100. I told them I would write them a bad review if they insisted on billing me for the full $580, so here it is.

I had Action Electric redo my panel an other wiring. There service was above and beyond what I expected. Very professional installation, I could not be down for long and they complied with my time frame. I would recommend them for any electrical job. Tom Shuler

Excellent! Got a hold of them instantly and scheduled an estimate for 3 days later. JD did my estimate, Gloriann handled all the scheduling, and JD and Trevor came back within a week to do the project start to finish over two days. Reliable, quick to communicate, and the job is done as expected. Will work with them again. (Full under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen on a new Dimmer Switch, also scheduled 3 more projects with them over the next few months)

We returned from an extended vacation on a Sunday to a dark front yard and a large part of our home without electricity. After checking all the logical things that could be wrong,we "slept on it". On Monday morning we phoned Action (formerly Thurston) Electric, and that afternoon Erik Peterson came to diagnose the problem. A smart, well informed and clearthinking person. He did the trouble-shooting, found the issue and only charged us for an hour. Great service. Nice guy.

Had Thurston Electric tech out to the home for a bid on various projects. The electrician took notes and was there for over an hour. Left with contact info to send a bid.

The bid NEVER came. We called to check on the process and was told the bid would be over soon.

The bid never came. Not good follow up. Thurston Electric does good work IF they show up.

Used Thurston Electric for a bathroom remodel. Edward was the electrician, and did a great job for us. Work was done right, fast, and for a fair price. We will use TE again.

Had them come out and do some electrical work on a house that we were in the process of selling. They were extremely prompt, they were able to get to it in just a few days. They quoted me originally without even seeing the work and were pretty spot on. The electrician who came out was professional and did a great job, I wish I could remember his name. Anyway great company, would use them again and highly recommend.

Great customer service! They always answered the phone when I called and were able to schedule an electrician to come give a bid that same week. When the electrician, Rusty, came be evaluated the project, gave a bid, and asked if we wanted it done that day. We were expecting to have to wait multiple days for a bid, then a couple weeks longer to actually schedule the work to be done, so of course we did yes to getting it done that same day! 8 hours later we had 4 new ceiling fixtures and all new wiring to connect those new ceiling fixtures to light switches.

Contractor here, and this is who I choose to send my customers to for panel replacements and other permitted electrical needs. Owner and his son do great work and don't prey on people with high prices. Don't be afraid to give them a call! Please do be patient with them as good electricians are always busy.

We were under contract in selling our home and needed a couple simple things done by a professional. Two guys came out, one being an apprentice, and they worked efficiently and got the job done in just under 45 minutes. After they walked out the door I looked more closely at the work order/bill and noticed that they wrotr down that they were there for an hour and a half. I would have understood that seeing as there were two of them BUT they charged me for both of them being there for 1.5 hours at each of their individual rates. You see they had me write a check on  the spot. I immediately called the office and spoke with the office lady and at that time it still had not even been an hour and they were already gone. I understood that there was probably a minimum bill time of an hour. I was correct, and she said when the men got in she would hold the check and talk to them and I could write a new one, she would call me. She never did. I called several times in the next few days and weekend and kept getting the wring around by both her and the manager, and I believe the owner. They cashed my check and never once called me back as they kept saying another person would give me a call. This company admitted they did wrong but still owe me $130 over charge.

We had several electrical projects and Eric and Jake did a great job on all of them. Super nice guys, showed up on time, left everything cleaned up. Totally recommend Action Electric!

Thurston Electric was outstanding. After calling around to a few other companies this one stood out completely. They immediately came out the same day and were able to diagnose and fix my issue practically over the phone and confirm that it was the issue upon arrival. Their prices were reasonable and the electrician was very friendly and patient with us. I will 100% be using them in the future!
