We had a fairly small project with electrical failure to our front circle at the end of the cul-de-sac. The work by Tony on bidding the job and then the work by his team was exceptional. Cost seem very appropriate and the work was done as planned and done well. I would certainly choose to use this company for future electrical work that we might need to have.

We have used Reliable Electric for many years and have always received great service. Our current project has had equal results, with them going above and beyond to get our project done in a very tight time frame. What a great crew!

I used Reliable Electric to perform electrical work necessary for a fireplace insert that was being installed that same day. I don’t know a heck of a lot about electrical but I do know they came recommended, were on time, did neat work, were kind and friendly and got the necessary work done. I will definitely use again.

I had the best experience with Reliable Electric Inc. Our electricity stopped working. We had no heat, with children in the house. I was so worried about the cost, and the problem with my electricity. Brennan Barnes, was professional, knowledgeable, and Reliable to do the job correctly. I recommend him to everyone!!! When I built my house they were fine, but recently I called about a problematic outlet. They told me it would be 2 months before they could send someone out. I asked if they could refer anyone else because I was worried about a fire hazard and I was told to call the fire department. So I'm not finding them reliable at all and really think the one star is generous.

I cannot say enough about this company. I was recently blown away by the service Tyson provided. I hear that its uncommon to have an electrician out for an appointment and then to have him come back for additional work in the same day. I know it just worked out that way and I know its not always the case. I am able to fully use my kitchen because of him and Im super grateful. Thank you!!! And Brenden is super nice too :)

I called many electricians they were too busy or just plain didn't answer the phone. I was able to easily get in touch with Tony. He came out to my place gave me an onsite consultation, followed with an emailed quote a few days later. The price was very reasonable to change out two electric panels. They did good work, and did it in the time frame promised. Thanks Reliable Electric. :)

I called them on March 23 requesting to have an EV charging station installation in my garage. "Gary" said they were booked till mid May or later but if I paid more a guy who does commercial installation could do it mid April. I agreed to that. Gary told me to get pictures and email them.i did. He did not respond. I emailed the next day requesting confirmation of receipt of email and pictures as they hadn't responded. I never heard back nor did they return my calls. I then called Sound Solar who responded immediately and we're out here within days and installed it.

These guys are great. I have had them out to my house three times now for various upgrades and they are going to upgrade my panel soon. I would recommend their services to everyone and I have. Our whole complex has a mandatory upgrade that we have to complete and I have talked to other owners and my bid was comparable if not better than others.

Wiring got drilled through, from an exterior wall. It took down our furnace/AC. Needed repaired asap. They made time between appointments to repair it for us, all while giving us a fair price.

If we need someone for a repair, in the future, I will call them first. Great company. I highly recommend them.

I called because I'm having an issue with an outlet they previously repaired. I waited a couple days for a call back and didn't get one. When I called to follow-up, I got attitude. After leaving a message and waiting a week, I called a competitor who was much more responsive.

Response to response: I was told I'd get a call back with a possible date. I wasn't called back to even be presented a date I could be satisfied or dissatisfied with.

Used them before, everything seemed to go well. Then we used them to wire up a hot tub. Guy who came out didn’t do as asked, he ran the wires along the top of the deck instead of underneath deck or through the house crawl space. Also placed the electrical off switch too close to the hot tub according to building code. We asked for someone to come back and someone else came out and immediately asked us “who did this?.” He did a great job fixing his colleagues mistake where everything looked professionally done. We then got multiple bills for both visits. When tried to explain they were fixing their own mistake they insisted on double charging us. Won’t be using them for any future projects, both residential or commercial.

I just wanted to write and thank you for helping get my heat back on last month. You squeezed me in when no one would even talk to me because they all so busy and you provided exceptional service. Tyson really went above and beyond and was so kind and patient, explaining problems in my electrical system that really should've come up in the home inspection! I just received the bill and I'm so grateful for your fair and honest business practices. I was really in a tight spot with the heat being out and nowhere else to go; you could have charged me so much more but I can see that's not how you do business and I thank you for that. I can see why you're so highly recommended by all those electricians who couldn't fit me in!

I have used Reliable Electric now for several jobs at our different store sites, installing motion lighting, repairing exterior lights and photo cells. They were on time, followed up with me ahead of time to get all the information they needed to do the job. The person who came out to do the work was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and quick. Work came in at quoted price. I have used multiple companies over the years at both my Olympia stores and my Portland stores, this company and it's people are the best I have found. Fair pricing and great results.

These electricians are so reliable and they truly named the company with the right name! Mike was great and we used Reliable many times at our place of business in Lacey. We also have a location in McKenna and we will definitely use Reliable Electric if we ever need an electrical problem or for a service.

Had them wire up my hot tub and they did a great job. A Year later called them to replace and fix some outlets and they showed up that same day and got it done in a few hours.

Competent and friendly technicians.

People here complain about being charged for drive time, which I don’t get, they have to pay their employees while they are driving to your house, plus gas, insurance, etc.

Highly recommend.

If I could give them 100 gold stars I would! We found an unexpected electrical cable when cutting a window opening to intall new windows in our old house. It was raining and the side of the house was open. Reliable had an electrician on site for me in less than 2 hours to terminate the cable and decomission an outlet so we could complete the installation. Thanks so much to the Reliable staff for squeezing us in so we could get our window installed. GREAT customer service.

To all concerned customers: Reliable Electric charged me 1 hr of “one way drive time” even though they’re 18min away from from my residence. When I kindly asked the clerk, I was quite aggressively told “it was time the (electrician) needed to do paperwork” and that my previous invoice from reliable electric which did not include the same charge was “in error” and that I “caught a break”. There was never any question about me paying the balance. I just wanted to understand. Clearly this company does not care about completely viable questions that are asked respectfully. While the electricians themselves are extremely polite and knowledgeable, I would recommend another company if you want an invoice that is honest.

Office "professional" just hung up on me! Billed for circuit replacement "circuit was overloaded" after they updated another circuit. No difference in what the circuit had been used for but would black out the lights and receptacles. Sent us to collections after I had previously called. It was our fault but won't explain why the one replacement would create a shortage on another. Then she refused to talk to me as the bill was under my 85 year old mothers name. I said, " seriously". And hang up.

Had a great experience with Reliable Electric. Great communication ahead of time, on time and efficient. I had a number of jobs lined up. he moved through all of them with precision. The bill was very fair. Highly recommend.

Reliable electric is always great! They replaced all outlets and switches in my house for a very reasonable price. And ive called them since about several strange electrical issues which have all been fixed
