This is a great business. The people running it are more than fair for us DYI folks. Every time I go to home depot I see people buying fence boards for more money and lower quality boards. The prices on fence boards and pressure treated wood are a huge savings for better quality. Check out the new metal art they are producing. Super epic!

Extremely talented and caring staff. Best in class for material selections. gravels and mulches. Beautiful logo design for t-shirts and other promo clothing. I will keep going back to support this small but attractive company. 👍

I would not recommend this contractor for any job. While we do indeed have a fenced perimeter around our yard, they neglected every detail we discussed with them in advance and turned their head when confronted about it. We have a mess of a yard now, and they will hear nothing of it. If you use them, do NOT pay them until the job is done to your satisfaction. We completely wasted our money based on the amount of work we have left to do to compensate for the lack of accountability they have to contracted and verbal commitments. Very, very disappointed.

Owner responded a month later - my response to them is below as I don't see a way to respond to their comment directly (weird).

The contract was under the owner's name of the property, who is our aunt that we rent from (I won't share her her name here - CPC - reach out to me if you need more info or want to make this right). Promises were made and not followed-though with over and over - sorry to say.

My fiancé and I are the primary care-takers of the property and I can't express enough how much disconnectedness we saw between those who made promises (estimators?) onsite and those who showed up to do the work. We ended up with a mess of a yard and no accountability from CPC to fix what they didn't do, as agreed upon in our initial meetings/discussions.

Weeks and months went by with our aunt asking them to fix what they didn't do or at least fix what they didn't do correctly. That ended with CPC eventually not returning her calls/emails/letters (yes - physical letters). Unreal.

I understand CPC to be primarily a new construction contractor, and maybe that's why we had the issues we had - and maybe that's where they should stay.

One star stays. There were plenty of your workers that we enjoyed talking with. Good guys, no doubt. But in the end, the customer (us) did not get what they were promised/guaranteed, and that's an issue.

The friendly crew comes out weekly for such a good price that I don't understand how they make enough! Each week they address my yard with what it needs. They respect my privacy or chat for a second like I am an old friend. Today they surprised me by completely removing the scotch broom that I had mentioned as a concern. They have served me for nearly 2 years and I have no reason to look any farther for my lawn needs!

I can't speak to their construction side, as I never used them for that. Landscaping was very unprofessional. The guys they sent to my house were observed by neighbors sitting in the truck for 15 minutes and then leaving while I was out of the country. Several times when I was in the US I'd notice that they cut the front and not the back. They claimed my back fence (which has no lock) was locked.
I was sent a two year old invoice from this company for one landscaping month with no accompanying explanation. It seems they failed to cash a check. If you do go with CPC for construction or landscaping, make sure you're present and keep records of payment forever.
Some people who have used them say they were satisfied with the construction work, so probably if the owner is involved directly it'll be acceptable work.

These guys were amazing! I explained my vision and they went above and beyond our expectations. We had them do a total revamp of our yard, build a horseshoe pit and put in a patio. Will absolutely have them back for future projects. Have already referred a couple people their way.

I went in to purchase some fencing, the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things to me. Everyone was service oriented, polite, and helpful. They are also fair with prices. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you CDC landscaping for everything it was a painless and I felt like people were there to help at the drop of a dime. Going in to buy stuff you know nothing about can be overwhelming especially when staff is less than helpful (we all know the feeling) I appreciate you all, thanks once again!

What great customer service! They came out quickly to bid the job, started more quickly than anyone else was going to, and had the best price. The cherry on top? The workers! They were amazing! Friendly, professional and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend this company, I plan to use them again.

Just don’t let them do any concrete work. To their credit they tore out all of their first concrete pour for my patio and carport due to the poor workmanship. When they re poured everything they took shortcuts and did not put down a new base of crushed rock and sure enough a year later my back patio cracked like crazy.
Also their project manager quoted me one price for plants but the owner gave me a much higher price after the job was done.

CPC provides awesome communication and excellent service. They're my go-to landscaping company and who I refer all of my friends, family and clients to.

This was my first experience adding a fence, retaining wall and landscaping my front and back yard at my home. I was a bit hesitant with the size of the job and did not quite know what to expect from C.P.C landscaping or any landscaping contractor, after reading mixed reviews I decided to give them a shot, well I am glad I did! Cliff and his team did a wonderful job on the outside of my property, I barely recognize it anymore in a good way!! Cliff was not on site but damn did he have a solid crew taking care of things with a very professional foreman that answered all my questions and concerns. Cliff did not require a downpayment, he provided all work out of pocket to my satisfaction. I would not recommend another landscaping company other then C.P.C Landscaping! Thank you for all your hard work guys!

Contracted Cliff and crew from C.P.C. Landscape LLC to install hardscapes, driveway, and grade out the lot following heavy construction on my place in the Skokomish Valley. From initial contact through job completion, they were prompt, professional, flexible, and detail oriented. They offered creative suggestions based on their years of experience and left us delighted with the results, exceeding expectations. We ended up with beautiful results and some new friends. I would not hesitate to contract with C.P.C Landscape LLC again or to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Reliable and well priced landscapers. Efficient at building block walls, fences, turf yards, and has landscaped many of our spec homes. Highly recommended for builders or homeowners alike

CPC was hired to create a beach path for our neighbors and our family to use. We were out of town the week it was performed but however did go into much detail in planning before we left. We asked for a winding path to make it more gradual, large wood chips as they decompose at a much slower rate, a rope along the path for stability, timber landings by lower half towards the base of the beach and native plants to secure the disrupted soil. What we got was the exact path we had already cut not more gradual, mulch not large chips, grass seed instead of native plants that just blew away in the wind, unstable posts with rope, stairs not timber landings. After this the county and the state were called in to assess and determined what was done was not adequate. Unfortunately my neighbors paid in full instead of CPC splitting the bill like was discussed. Now we are asked to pay half of something we do not think was done well. The entire lower half of our beach is washed out as it was done poorly. The mulch is almost all decomposed. And the disturbed soil has been washed away. We tried putting jute matting down to help but had little success. The quote was also increased twice on us as well, even with the minimal materials required. Now we have no beach path, a fight with the state, and angry neighbors who used to be friends asking for money. We don’t want to pay for work we didn’t agree on but are backed into a corner. Cliff had a crew out here but was not out here himself. We tried calling and leaving messages for Cliff but none were ever returned. We are assuming it’s because they already got paid. So I’m here to warn you, this was one of the worst experiences of my life, there are plenty of other land along crews to choose.

We wanted to renovate our backyard, remove all the grass and install pavers and bark. The process started well; Chance came out to do the initial measurements and provide an estimate. After contacting a few other businesses in the region, we decided to go with C.P.C. Landscape. Overall, we are pleased with the work. The massive project took only 5x days to complete, and the attention to detail was apparent. Each day, the landscape team arrived around 8-8:30, and they worked all day until that day's phase was complete. From start to finish, great job by the team.

I couldn't be happier with the work that CPC Landscape did for us. We purchased our home a few years ago with an unfinished backyard, and even from the start, CPC listened to what we wanted/needed. They designed a functional space for us that we instantly fell in love with. They quickly, like within a week, got us on their schedule and began hauling dirt and debris away. To our amazement, the entire project was completed in just five short weeks. They graded our almost 45° incline, built two retaining walls, a beautiful stone staircase, a firepit, and an entirely new back patio space. CPC was super responsive, and the crew that was out here working every day was kind, approachable, and very hard working. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and listened when we had questions or concerns. They also took responsibility and repaired accidental damage to our property without any disagreement or additional cost. I highly recommend CPC. They are the best!! Came here for an embroidery project (yes they do embroidery) after being recommended from a local embroider who couldn’t fit our stocking into their machine. We were told the project would take a week. Called multiple times and finally got the stocking back after two plus weeks. The font did not match what we requested, but even more disappointing was they embroidered the name at the very top edge of the stocking (not where requested), which we can only assume that their machine couldn’t fit it either. Had we been told before they did the embroidery, we would have chosen not to have it embroidered, as it looks horribly misplaced. Honest review, the embroidery work was good, but customer service was TERRIBLE. Affordable at $20, but ruined a $60 stocking that we had to reorder.

Our concrete parking pad and walkway project was executed extremely well.
Cliff and his office staff communicated with us throughout the process. His crew were professional, respectful and went the extra mile in service.

This company is fair and does really good work.
