I have a koi pond and needed maintenance assistance because of health issues. First rate, honest work! I have been very pleased with service since I moved into this house as it already had the pond and I knew nothing about how to successfully manage it. They have helped me along the way.

I have been a satisfied customer for several years. The pond service staff is outstanding. My koi are thriving thanks to the air and water pumps installed by Nature Perfect. Highly recommended.

I love Nature Perfect and I highly recommend their services. They designed and installed a thoughtful waterfall solution for an old pond in our backyard that (prior to their work) was a "mosquito factory". We thought it would be nice to have koi, which require biological filtration. So they advised us on the best solution and installed it. After that the trials and tribulations of pond and koi ownership became my norm and they have helped every step of the way. They never try to upsell, which I appreciate. They inform and let me decide what to do. No weird pressures. There have even been times where my frustrations got the better of me and I really lost it, but they've always been patient and understanding. Honestly we are so lucky to have such an amazing company like theirs in our area.

Nature Perfect has been taking care of my Koi Pond for 5 years now. They do more then just clean the pond and make repairs! They have taught me so much about my Koi fish and do Health checks every year! I am so grateful for the staff at Nature Perfect, I would not have the beautiful pond that I have today if it was not for them!!

We have a small pond with a fountain which was leaking and it was very hard to find someone to even look at it.
Nature Perfect was pleasant to deal with from the start and they showed up consistently and fixed our fountain.

I had a really Grundgy water feature. Nature Perfect came and thoroughly cleaned it. They washed the rocks and rearranged them for better water flow. When they finished I had the cleanest water feature I have ever seen. The water was clear and I discovered a 4th waterfall. The guys worked straight through the job till it was done. I’m so glad I called them. They were on time, did what was planned at a reasonable price. They have great customer service.

The Nature Perfect team is the best! They work so well with their customers, do fantastic outdoor designs and execute the projects to perfection. You can count on them to go above and beyond with your yard project. We were so pleased with the peoples worked with and the results in our yard. Highly recommend them.

I have had them take care of our pond for a couple of years now.
No one else would even come out.
They are thoughtful, careful, come when the schedule, and always wonderful to see. We now have a maintenance plan, and they come out every 3-4 months. The pond looks fabulous all year now.

I inherited a koi pond with the purchase of our home 2 years ago. Knowing less than zero about ponds and fish I reached out to Nature Perfect. They sent John out to explain the inner workings of the pump, filters, chemicals, and fish health. He also returned to perform and explain a basic pond cleanout. I've taken a pond maintenance class at their site and shopped for and purchased all my pond supplies from them. Staff at the store have always been helpful, informative and friendly. I will continue to use their services and buy supplies from Nature Perfect. Best shop around for pond and fish care...IMHO

These guys are great. A few years ago they built a waterfall and pond for us that is the centerpiece of our new front yard and we are very happy with the work. I also call them once a year for a spring cleanup or other maintenance issues and they are very professional. We still get very nice comments from our neighbors.

Nature Perfect refurbished my small (2000gallon) backyard pond last year, completely cleaning it, reconfiguring the pump and waterfall system, removing and returning the fish unharmed. It was so nice to have a clean and functioning pond. Now they are maintaining it quarterly. That pond used to be a pain and now it is a pleasure. They do a great job, very professional and a good. value. Highly recommend.

Had these guys come last year and clean our very overgrown pond. They sent a a named Tim who did an awesome job even when it started hailing and I tried to get him to quit and get under cover, he pulled up his hood and kept working. I am so impressed with this guy and the company he works for. I have already scheduled him to come back this year. Great experience, highly recommend

Nature Perfect installed our pond several years ago. They also do maintenance on it annually. John and his crew are always so careful to care for a fish and they do a great job maintaining our pond. The quality of the products used to make our pond were top-notch, and the workmanship was too, I will rely on Nature Perfect as needed in the future. They are top-notch five stars I can’t see enough good things about them.
