Pretty good selection of specialized landscaping items however, they have limited hours. Also kind of expensive but they have some things you can't get anywhere else. Nice selection of fake rocks. Love the one I got. I was able to cover up a downspout viewing cover in the front yard with this one.

Helped us out with large pond design. We also picked up some koi which are doing great. Honest pricing and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

From planning to completion we had complete confidence in this Team: Our second project with Nature Perfect. Our first project was to create a Backyard Oasis in a very small yard. More than 5 years later it looks even better and we enjoy viewing the plantings from our living room year round.

After a construction project our front yard was a mess. The contractor left a lake in the front yard after installing utilities. Nature Perfect regraded the yard and designed an attractive, round, permeable stone patio with seating walls. Rock was added around the foundation. Stepping stones and new turf replaced lawn. Hardy, deer resistant plants were placed. The result is a semi private seating area with colorful trees and shrubs. The project enhanced our entry and solved the drainage issue.

From exceptional customer service, to great pricing, to knowledge of the product and familiarity with the local land, moisture, stone and rock requirements! I can’t remember the last time I spent an hour of a sales person’s time without them losing their smile and luster. Evan is awesome. After all that time, I told him I had to think on it before making a decision. He encouraged us to shop around and make the best decision for ourselves. Not only did we buy from them, but we told him we were looking for a few other things for some other small projects. He found supplies for them all and gave us a great rate and continued exceptional customer service through it all. I’ll probably never go to a hardware store for landscape materials ever again. Amazing people, quality products, I can’t give enough praise.

Nature perfect transformed our yard this fall. We had a formal, legacy water feature that made a nice sound, but the water was constantly full of algae, even though it didn’t contain fish. Nature Perfect removed all the old concrete and stone using a small excavator. They then created a koi pond to my specifications using 3 large stone bubblers we had purchased from them. They brought in huge stones to outline the pond making it look wonderfully natural compared to what was here.
They also made a path into the yard that is very comfortable to walk on. This leads to a flagstone patio that they surveyed in to make sure water drained away from the house.
In addition, they built an L-shaped outdoor counter for us. It will be great for entertaining.
After the grading and stone work, they brought in loads of topsoil and bark to aid in our future plant establishment. That was all topped off with bark mulch for erosion control. We also had them create a level pad for our trash cans.
They even brought in a finishing touch of large koi for the pond. John, Joel, and the crews were all great to work with.
The pump and filter worked perfectly through our last cold snap. They did a beautiful job.

Nature Perfect did an amazing job on our yard. We contacted several companies and they were the only ones to actually respond, but that’s not why we chose them. They helped us design our yard and really listened to our needs as well as taking into account the realities of our actual landscape. Although we likely could have found some other options to complete the plans they gave us for less money, we think it was worth every penny to choose Nature Perfect as they were timely in starting the project, professional in communication and behavior of every employee we met and their work was top notch as were the products they used. They even fixed a crack that happened on our back patio due to soil movement during the project for free.

I have been using Frank and his crew for at least 15 years and can't say enough about their work ethic and quality. They are hard workers and have been doing this for many years. I would, and do, recommend them all the time. Just did today in fact!

Evergreen Valley Landscape was an awful company to do business with! They push customers into spending unnecessary funds on anything they can think of! Not long after we finally came to an agreement, "unexpected problems" arose which involved me spending even more than originally agreed! I've talked with several of my neighbors that have also done business with this awful company and they told me of the all too familiar "unexpected problems" which arose. They agreed that they were swindled and taken advantage of! I've told other neighbors that have been considering doing business with them about our experiences and warned them of what will happen if they do business with these scammers! NO EVERGREEN VALLEY LANDSCAPE IN OUR NEIGHBERHOOD!!! SAY NO TO EVL!!!!

Frank installed our system about 15 years ago and I had no complaints until recently. I called to schedule a time for him to come out and do a general tune up and fix a couple sprinkler heads. He kept scheduling times to come out, but every time he promised to come, he would end up canceling. He was unresponsive and I had to keep calling to try to reschedule (he didn't call me). The last time I talked to him he said I was next on his list. That was a week ago and I haven't heard a word since. I finally gave up and called another company. They showed up as scheduled and everything is taken care of. What a difference!

Tom was so helpful with all of our insane project!! He was so fast and easily understood all of our wants, after only a few hours of having him working at our house he had completed way more than a previous company we had hired that spent weeks at our home. Tom also went above and beyond helping us figure out some sprinkler issues we had been experiencing underground for months beforehand. We are having him return in a few weeks to level off a different piece of our property because we were so pleased with the work!! Thank you!

We had our fence installed August of 2014 and already the latches and hardware have literally fallen off. We stained and treated our fence after installation and the wood has since buckled, warped, and pieces of the fence have retracted away from the posts in unnatural way. We have contacted the Frank to atleast replace the hardware and requested for them to come out and take a look at the fence and make some adjustments. When you are paying thousands of dollars for a service and fence that should last at least 5-10 years, you'd expect a higher caliber of customer service than we have received. Basically, when we called and described the condition of the fence, we were told there was nothing that they could do, and Frank wouldn't even offer to come take a look at it. However, I will say that the crew that installed the fence was prompt and professional, so really, I don't know what went wrong. We used Evergreen because they were recommend to us by our neighbor, since then, my neighbor would agree that the fence is subpar, and I think he is embarrassed to have given us the recommendation.

We had an outstanding experience with Evergreen Valley Landscaping. They did full landscaping for us and were high quality, efficient, on time, and thoughtful of neighbors. We added irrigation and fencing to original bid and they still ended up on time. Highly recommend.

Frank and his team were AMAZING! They were booked out about 2 months but squeezed me in when they had an opening ( 3 weeks earlier). They leveled out two sections of my yard (2000 or so SQ FT), put up a retaining wall with a gutter/drainage tie in, smoothed out the soil and hydro-seeded in less than 3 days. The job ended up costing less than the quote even though he added more material when I requested. Frank is a great communicator and his team is very friendly. The next time I have a big project in my yard I will definitely call these guys and happily recommend them to a friend. Thanks EVL!
