I have tried several cleaning service companies throughout the area. American Maid is by far the best. I am very particular about the cleanliness of my house, the customer service I receive and the cost of services. American Maid has surpassed my expectations in all of these areas. I fully recommend American Maid.

Outstanding! They've been cleaning my house for years now and they do an awesome job. They come in like a pit crew with everyone assigned their tasks/areas. They have a team lead who does a great job talking to you and making sure they are doing what you want, and if you have anything you want to bring their attention to the team lead always remembers and makes sure it's done right.

My first experience with this company was a little rocky but got matter settled amicably. The three young ladies who came to our home were all very friendly, professional and hard workers. They did a great job for us and we have decided to have them come in once a month. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs this kind of service.

They are fast, efficient, trustworthy, professional and personable. I find it uplifting just to call them on the phone if for no other reason than to listen to the uplifting greeting. Does your cleaner bake you cookies while they clean? American Maid does... :) They also do a great job cleaning...and they always seem to show up right when you need them the most. We've been with American Maid now for a while and we really like the job they do cleaning our house. I'd recommend you check them out if you are looking for a house cleaner.

I have them scheduled in one week. I am so impressed with their questions and process to discover the cleaning needs of my home. Also their ability to schedule on the days I requested. I'm sure their workers will be just as efficient. Can't wait to meet them!

We have had American Maids for the past 4 years, or more, and just love them. Our regular Lead is Carol, and she makes sure her team follows the instructions for our home and that the little things we want done are. The biggest plus is that with their team concept, they are in and out in under an hour. The are all very professional and we trust them to leave them in our home while we take off to get breakfast or exercise, when we come back the house is locked up and perfect. The whole group of maids both female and male are polite and through. We had a different crew today headed up by Franky, with a new young man Parker, and Heather a regular, and again, even though they don't do our house regularly the information sheet they have on our requirements assure us of getting the same quality job each time. We would recommend them to any and everyone.

American Maid has been cleaning our office now for 10+ years and we will continue to use them. Their crews are absolutely wonderful and leave everything sparkling clean. 10/10 would recommend!

American Maid has been cleaning my home for years. It is great to come home to a clean home and know that they people who cleaned it are reliable and trustworthy. I also like that they are a small, locally-owned business and have been around for a while. And they have been conscientious about keeping COVID-safe.

Paid for a deep clean but didn’t even get a standard clean.

Large dust bunnies left under bed. The baseboards and the one ceiling fan were dusted but we’re not washed down as it says they do for their deep cleaning and sections where we feed the dogs we’re very dirty. It also says the deep clean includes patio doors inside and out but these weren’t done. Dining room table and a other small furnitures pieces were moved for cleaning and not put back.

I contacted them and they offered to come back but I was leaving town for 5 weeks that same day. No other compensation was offered to me.

It’s either false advertising or they need to revise their cleaning spreadsheet. I was all set to set them up for every other week but they have lost my business.

I met the owner a few years ago in a convention for cleaning services, I admired her because she is so knowledgeable, she really have the answer how to maintain the employees engaged, involved, making sure they are part of it of the company! She has a great passion for American Maid and I have learned so much from her experiences that I decided to apply in my own company and totally changed the culture of my maid service as well. I have learned the cleaning techs do an outstanding service and I would definitely hire American Maid to clean my home!

A year ago I visited my elderly parents for the holidays and hoped to hire cleaning help for their house as a Christmas present. The owner of American Maid Cleaning managed to squeeze in a consultation to put my Mom at ease and even scheduled a quick follow-up cleaning during a very busy season. Since then they have come monthly and my Mom has raved over the service and kindness of the staff. I'm thankful to have found such a great company that has continued to help my parents through some difficult times.
