It’s okay to be late, I understand as I am in the service industry as well. What is not okay is poor communication. People take time off and wait for your services. In my case I was specific that I was receiving two bids today and I did not want two different companies at my home at the same time. I explained that if they were to arrive at 12 we would need reschedule(scheduled for 9:30-10). The office was supposed to call their employee and call me back but never did so I knew whether we needed to reschedule. I have now called 3 times and each time, no answer. I’m sure you guys do good work, however with a job as expensive as mine I will not use a company that cannot provide proper updates.

Brin and his team were all around amazing. Very professional from the start and through the whole process of working with them! Brin came to our house to do a walk through and talk about what we had in mind.. tearing out trees, clearing ground, adding new driveway, laying gravel, pavers, hydro seed, and more. His team absolutely crushed it. Turned out amazing. Moral to the story, LawnBoys is the best team you could hire to crush any job!

I have no doubt in my mind Lawn Boys is the best landscaping company in the county if not all of western Washington. There is no project to big or too small. Their customer service is unmatched and their product never fails to impress. All this at an extremely affordable price. I hear the owner is also a great guy.

We had a contract with these guys to maintain our neighborhood landscaping but all they did was a horrible job! Full of weeds and dead grass. Also, when the workers show up it looks like the prison showed up with the work release crew. DON'T USE THESE GUYS!
