I had a great experience with Nature Perfect Landscaping and Design for a few work projects. They are very professional, and great at what they do. They do everything they can to ensure we are happy with their products and service.

Working with Nature Perfect was the best experience I have ever had working with a landscape designer. Landen Moore is extremely responsive and listenied carefully to my ideas and suggestions. But most of all he is a creative, hard-working, generous, and imaginative designer. I cannot imagine anyone ever being disappointed with a garden created by Nature Perfect.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Nature Perfect put in a putting green and water feature for me in 2016. They now continue to come out quarterly to help me maintain my water feature. I am thinking about hiring them again to do some more landscaping.

It was a pleasure working with Nature Perfect! Our designer, Laureen, was great at going back and forth with us to work out the design and plant selection to suit our needs. The installers did a professional job, and the company was quick to respond and create a solution for us when heavy rain caused some erosion.

Nature Perfect transformed my small back yard into another living area! Kenny, the project manager, helped me figure out what I wanted and came up with a great, simple, clean design. They took apart the old, broken flagstone patio, removed a tree, and removed an old tiki type BBQ pit. They leveled out the yard and installed a beautiful stone patio, giving me a lot more useable space, while still incorporating my rock walls and established plants. They created a great edging that blends into to rest of my yard. A few weeks later, the rain came, creating an unexpected “water feature”. They proactively solved that issue, leaving me with a delightful area to enjoy the morning sun, as well as entertain guests on summer evenings.

I highly recommend! Nature Perfect services has been an enjoyable experience, especially working with their service technician, Brett. Very professional and caring, paying attention to every detail. We had a pond clean out with plant removal. In addition to the normal accumulation of sludge that settles at the pond bottom, Brett removed fish waste that was underneath the sludge from three koi we had several years ago and he also found a kong toy that our 7 year old golden retriever had when she was a puppy! This is impressive since other pond companies cleaning our pond missed the fish waste and Willow's puppy toy!

They came to clean my pond and seal up my skimmer and big waterfall.

They did good work, no mess left behind, wouldnt even have known they were there other than the leaks stopped :)

I will use again. Fair prices as well.

We have used Natures Perfect for blow in bark a couple of times now. We have a LOT of landscaped areas and get about 55 yards delivered. It’s done in one day. And our place looks beautiful. It would take us weeks to do it with a wheelbarrow and rake it all out ourselves.

We have used Nature Perfect for years for maintenance of our pond and waterfall as well as our pond and landscape lighting.
They have replaced pumps, lights, transformers and much more. Their work has always been very good.

I have John and his crew out each spring and they do an excellent job draining and cleaning my koi pond. They take great care in removing my fish and replacing my fish once the pond is cleaned. I can't say enough about how great of a job they do.

Nature Perfect helped me solve a water loss problem in our water feature creek. Fair price. There was a moment when I thought they could promote a high cost fix - rather, they gave me a smart, low cost approach. I appreciate that. I'll be back.

The Nature Perfect were recommended to us by a friend. We have good size bubbler fountain that needed a lot of TLC. Technician came on time and spend good 6.5 hours working on it. After he was done it was beautiful! Their receptionist, Teri, is wonderful. She was very helpful recommending sprinkler company to us as well. It is hard to find a good quality reliable sprinkler company in our area for some reason.
Will definitely use Nature Perfect again.

Paid for an expensive waterfall feature in our backyard, but it is leaking somewhere and is creating a high water bill to keep it filled. I ended up turning it off completely, which is not what we had imagined back during the design phase, and while writing large checks for the installation. I have already attempted to notify Nature Perfect, but zero response thus far.

I have a koi pond and needed maintenance assistance because of health issues. First rate, honest work! I have been very pleased with service since I moved into this house as it already had the pond and I knew nothing about how to successfully manage it. They have helped me along the way.

I love Nature Perfect and I highly recommend their services. They designed and installed a thoughtful waterfall solution for an old pond in our backyard that (prior to their work) was a "mosquito factory". We thought it would be nice to have koi, which require biological filtration. So they advised us on the best solution and installed it. After that the trials and tribulations of pond and koi ownership became my norm and they have helped every step of the way. They never try to upsell, which I appreciate. They inform and let me decide what to do. No weird pressures. There have even been times where my frustrations got the better of me and I really lost it, but they've always been patient and understanding. Honestly we are so lucky to have such an amazing company like theirs in our area.

Nature Perfect has been taking care of my Koi Pond for 5 years now. They do more then just clean the pond and make repairs! They have taught me so much about my Koi fish and do Health checks every year! I am so grateful for the staff at Nature Perfect, I would not have the beautiful pond that I have today if it was not for them!!
