Chris at M&B construction came out and did a bunch of work on a new manufactured home I bought this year and has done nothing but outstanding work. You can instantly tell when someone takes pride in what they do and go above and beyond to make sure things are done right which is exactly what Chris sets out to do. I would recommend to anyone 100%

M&B landscaped the front and back of my home putting in beautiful retaining walls with plants and rock, cement steps and cement patio off an office. Outstanding work from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality results and a team you can trust. My neighbors love them too. Huge improvement!!

Chris came to work on a house here in Madras, Oregon and they did a great job. They tackled the whole project without hesitation for flooring, painting, Sheetrock, and framing. These guys did it all and for the distance they travelled their price was fair. They all have good attention to detail and they get the work done in a timely manner. Next time I have another project for them I will be calling Chris. They do great work.

Aces, excavating and landscaping have great customer service. They also communicate very well and are very clear with the process throughout the project.

Highly recommend Ace's for hot excavation work. Adrian did a great job excavating our property for us. I'd recommend to anyone, and would definitely hire him again.

EDIT: since the owner replied to my review claiming this wasn’t his work. I would never go to a random business page without knowing 100% I’m correct before posting it. The same number you replied to this with is the same number I have calls and text threads with. Not only that but this google page is exactly where I contacted Andre’s from. My house was done in 2023 in Othello. Now you are doing houses in the new streets behind me and the work you do at those houses are very different than how you left mine. Every day that I go outside I am so upset with how my fence looks. Andre’s you have my phone number you can call me anytime to make this right or come over anytime since you are always in the area building new block fences here in my neighborhood. I never wanted to leave you a review that’s why it took me 3 YEARS. But like I said looking at it everyday makes me so upset that now I had to make one and also ignoring us. I unfortunately have been debating on making a review on this business for awhile now but with constantly being ignored I am left with no choice.
I do not recommend this company. This company completed my fence and when it was time to pay I come out to look over the fence and I am taken back by how bad it looks being that I’ve seen his work from many of people in this neighborhood. There is chips in every single block on the fence as well as big pieces of block missing on each block and they are not small they are very big missing pieces. So I tell him why is every block broken and missing pieces and he said this is how I got the block. So I told him I went to so many houses in my neighborhood to look over his work and not one fence looks bad like this even my neighbor across the street with her husband seen the work and we’re in shock from how bad it was. He told me to tape all the areas I wanted him to cover with concrete so I did that and it still doesn’t look nice. Me and my next door neighbor were going to go half and half on the fence and we had agreed on how we want it. When it came to make changes I made sure to text my neighbor about them so we can be on the same page. I contacted Andre’s not my neighbors. He went to my neighbors and was telling them I was trying to change the layout and how I wanted the block making it look like I was trying to do it only my way so his name doesn’t look bad. Once my neighbor told me that I was taken back and confused as to why he would do that when I was already in communication with the wife through text message. I never confronted him, I didn’t want any problems this was before the fence was started by the way. So he already started on a bad foot. We agreed on a price we said if we do cash can you do a little cheaper. He said yes when it came time to pay he invoiced me a way different amount than what we agreed I was not going to pay something we didn’t agree or shake hands on so when it came time we pay we paid what we agreed on. He never gave us a receipt for the fence either. He promised my neighbors also to do something like attach the top thin block with concrete and he never did that, he was ignoring my neighbors calls and text messages that he had to call off a different number to answer the phone. There is not a lot of people who do block fence so my choices are limited but shortly after we paid we told him we wanted to extend the 6 feet to 7 feet. He said he would do it and never came and would ignore our calls. He is very tough to get ahold of. I was so excited for the fence and to not be happy with the outcome sucks because he is now doing fences in the new streets behind us and they come out super nice. Why would mine be different not only was it on my side but the side of my neighbors too with all the cracks and broken blocks so we were both left unhappy with the outcome. I hope Andre’s learns from this experience so this does not happen to anybody else again. I won’t be recommending him to anyone i know from the gossiping on both neighbors to broken blocks it’s upsetting.

Pioneer Landscaping & Fencing LLC did an outstanding job on our property. The fencing was solid, and the landscaping work made a huge difference.

Answered the phone on a Monday at 10am with the single word "yuh" like someone who just got woke up with a hangover. I said "maybe I don't have the right number" to which they replied "no, this is Pioneer Landscaping." I said "maybe you should lead with that so people know you're a professional. Nevermind, I'll look for someone else."

2 stars rather than 1 because they at least answered the phone, I guess.

These guys are the real deal! We needed to have a concrete pad removed as well as a bunch of old, large landscaping dug out. Fence posts were added around the back yard. They worked so hard for us and completed the job ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend Pioneer Landscaping!

They did our block fence, sprinklers, and sod in our backyard. Very reasonable prices, great customer service, and excellent work. We have dealt with several landscaping businesses in Tri-Cities and Pioneer Landscaping & Fencing has been by far the best we have dealt with. Would highly recommend them.

We got the best quote for the block fencing, and Pioneer did an excellent installation. Their attention to detail was beyond what I could have hoped, and they were all very friendly and courteous. I strongly recommend them for your fencing needs. My daughter and son-in-law are going to have a block fence installed soon, are very pleased with the job they did on ours, and I am certain they will choose Pioneer, also.

We contracted Pioneer Landscaping & Fencing first for installation of a gate in our brick wall fence, then for a walkway to connect to the backyard a week later. On the gate project, Andres’ quote was nearly half of what another local fence contractor quoted. On both projects, Andres & his crew let us know what they were going to do, how long it would take, and followed their schedule. The crew was courteous and professional and did a beautiful job.
