Andres and his team did an exceptional job on our block fence! They were able to come out quickly and got the job done in a timely matter! It looks great and they were professional. We were happy about the pricing and the final product is perfect! Highly recommend.

I had contacted Andres after seeing several Block Fences in our area being constructed. After speaking with our neighbors and locals, we found out that he had done several block fences that we absolutely loved. His attention to detail as well as strong communication allowed us to have the fence of our dreams. He truly took his time to make sure we were happy with the work, and it meant a lot to me and our family. With our lot not being the most level, he made sure to level everything out for us and make it look 100% better before leaving the property. He is definetly worth considering especially if your having doubt with who is capable of quality work.

I wanted to leave an initial review for Thornworks specifically to give a shout-out to CJ, who has been helping us deal with some significant tree damage to our property. The damage affected our cover, deck, fence, railing, and some landscaping areas.

I originally found Thornworks through their good reviews online and decided to give them a call. That’s how I first got connected with CJ. From the start, he’s been responsive and willing to help us navigate what has honestly been the hardest part of the process so far, insurance.

Dealing with the insurance company has been slow and frustrating, but CJ has been extremely helpful in documenting the damage and pushing back when things were initially denied. He was able to clearly show the extent of the damage and advocate for us, which made a big difference in getting more of the repairs covered.

Another thing I appreciated was how quickly he was able to come out when we needed help. The damaged patio cover was at risk of getting taken down by the wind, and CJ was able to come the same day I called to help knock it down safely before things got worse. That kind of responsiveness meant a lot, especially since it was pretty last-minute.

I’m leaving this as an initial review because CJ has done a great job so far. I plan to update this review once the work begins and again after the project is completed so people can see how everything turns out from start to finish.

Very happy with the roofing that was done. C.J. as the project manager was quick to answer any questions that I had and very communicative through the process. Jaimie and the crew up on the roof did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, they had everything cleaned up nice, and were very friendly. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend them without reservation.

I had a real mixed experience with the landscaping side of ThornWorks. Some of the work they did was fine while some didn't make sense. We tasked them to fix our dying lawn which had dirt patches and dead grass. We are new to lawncare and mentioned this to them that we were relying on their judgement. They did tasks like seeding our lawn which fill in parts. However, 20% or more did not grow much grass, either growing weeds or remaining dead patches. They told us that they the ground should have been dethatched before seeding (which they never offered to do) and that they should add weed killer when seeding (another landscaper was baffled by this). We additionally paid that landscaper to aerate, seed, and apply weed killer after them which has greatly improved parts of the lawn. Also, for each task they did, the work would only be 85% complete or have some obvious issues so we had to keep calling them to come back over to finish fix their work. I will say that they were cheaper than other lanscapers we met with but it was a mixed experience overall.
