Constraction reviews in Pasco, Washington

Adrian and his crew were extremely professional and did a great job on our project! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

Adrian and his crew did a outstanding job replacing my 3 car drive way would highly recommend this company for your concrete work.

Redid front driveway and entrance pathway. Came in on time and was super polite and professional. Will be using again in the future! Highly recommend for your next project!

Very competent contractor did a great job

They have done several projects for us to include driveway, pool and extended patio. They we're always on time and communicated very well. I fully recommend his company.

After two concrete companies couldn't get my job done and one was a no call, no show twice, Adrian was fast to respond, showed up when scheduled, kept in contact with me, was affordable and did a great job. Couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend Stratum Concrete. They do excellent work, are easy to communicate with and are committed to meeting customer requests. Will definitely use them again if/when we have additional concrete requirements.

I've used Stratum Concrete twice, on a large driveway and a Patio. Adrian is easy to work with and explained what they would be doing and why. I highly recommend Stratum Concrete.

Stratum was very professional and prompt. Stayed on budget, On time, and was on top of the project at every step. We are extremely happy with the end result and have recommended Stratum to several of our neighbors. If you're on the fence, go with Stratum, you won't be disappointed.

Adrian did an awesome job on my project . I feel fortunate for great experience . Work was above my expectations . Thanks

Used Stratum for 2 driveways, 2 back patios. Work was done on time, and done well. Price was competitive, I'm about to have them quote me on another project. Communication was good and he reliably replied to requests and questions.

I had a 17'x17' patio and a 4'x15' slab done by these guys and I've gotta say I'm incredibly impressed by the quality of work they do and the honesty they've shown. I did most of the prep work myself and they came in and poured and finished the slabs for an incredible price. Unfortunately the concrete we got was hot and they were unable to complete half of the job before it dried up. But they made it right with no hassle to me. I greatly appreciate these guys. I will absolutely call them again for any other projects I have.

I have used Adrian and his crew two times now and both were exceptional service and held a high standard of professionalism. As most reviews show they do an excellent job. Can’t wait to have them out for the next job!

Great communication from the start to the end of my project worked really well got more then what I was expecting would recommend

Adrian poured a 25 yard driveway for me and it turned out beautifully. Despite drainage challenges he sloped it perfectly. He also did an outstanding job with landscaping including getting two ponds and a waterfall roughed in. I would highly recommend him.

Stratum Concrete tore out an old patio, replaced it and extended it into a beautiful sport court area for us. We’re very happy with the work, but we were even more impressed by Adrian’s responsiveness. Sometimes it’s hard to even get a call back from a contractor, but Adrian always communicated well, listened to what we wanted, and delivered on what he promised. We can’t recommend these guys enough.

The Wentworth Family

Stratum replaced our aging Trex deck with a new concrete deck. They removed and discarded all of the old materials and the new deck looks awesome. The work was done on schedule and Adrian is one of the nicest contractors we have ever worked with. We highly recommend them!

I hired Stratum Concrete to pour the pad for a shed I will build soon. Adrian and his crew were very professional and they did a great job in all area’s. From the site preparation work, pouring the cement, to the wear on tear on the lawn from the machinery, there was never anything to worry about. Minimal wear on the lawn and no broken irrigation heads. The cost for these types of projects is always about the same no matter who you call, but I can count on Adrian and his crew to do the kind of quality work I expect for my money. This crew really did a fantastic job and I will definitely hire them again without looking anywhere else.

Adrian and his team were very communicative and courteous. They showed up on time for every part of the project. Everyone on the team was exceptionally kind and respectful. The crew finished our large back patio in a very timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They were very meticulous and made sure our project looked fantastic. I will be recommending them to anyone that has concrete needs.

We hired Stratum Concrete to do our flatwork for our new house and were so extremely satisfied that we hired them again when building our shop! The foundation, slabs, stamped patio and walkways all came out flawless without any issues both times we worked with them. Adrian and his crew take pride in their work, are very easy to work with and clearly communicates throughout the project. They are on our 5-star contractor list and highly recommend them for any concrete project!

Adrian came highly recommended and now it is my turn to do the same. He listens to what you need and provides clear and accurate description of the process. The driveway looks amazing and improved my curb appeal. Everyone complements how great it looks. He and his crew were great, no nonsense workers and very respectful. Adrian treated my home like he would his Mothers. I am thrilled to have found Stratum and will not use anyone else for my concrete work. I am 1000 percent satisfied.
